McDonald's in Bay Point

This is the 6th time I’ve ordered a Quarter Pounder and its meat patty not been cooked thoroughly. This time literally the entire middle was still pink and raw despite being brown on the outside.

Only got the coffee ☕ and I just gave it a 2. I dont care for the food.

Quarter pounder with cheese buy one get one for a dollar. Definitely not too bad the meats better than the regular patties fries werent super warm but not that bad they have an amazing tropical sprite which I would highly recommend. One other thing, they underfill the sodas I have no clue why theyre doing this lately but its getting ridiculous if youre getting a soda to go threw the drive-thru

Messed up on my order. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese and mayonnaise. I will never come back to this location. The person working the register didnt even know English .

I come here every morning usually to grab a Caramel Frappe that is all. And today Ive finally realized and isnt just here either.... "I am not light (skinnedenough for the fellow Mexican workers. I am partially Mexican as well lol. They seem to tend to noticeably Mexican first and extremely more politely... I guess Im too dark. Sad.

Dont eat here anymore but take out delivery service is pretty good. Seems like a family place alot of people gather after work and school here. Play place inside.

My coffee had coffee grinds in it took away the whole taste

McDonalds is always my 1st go to I love my Caramel Sundaea

Without fail, this location is ten steps higher than the rest not only with the food quality, but the kind disposition of the staff. So this update to my thoughts a few years ago are still on point. Someone is doing a really nice and noticeable job carrying out an exemplary set of workers whom extend that same type of consideration and dedication to us as customers! You guys are doing a really great job and I always enjoy my experience and my food! Theres something to be said for that because its impossible to find nowadays, no matter where youre at. This is a very solid ran location and it should be recognized as such. I will keep helping with positive reviews, because they all count and they all add up! Just reading to figure it out beforehand, please support them if you have any experience that leaves you thinking, good or bad. Its just nice to have a eatery that you can count on. Im personally, surprised its in McDonalds! But Im McLovin it lol lol

Horrible the cashier must of been high couldnt take down a simple order made one order into 3 then i didnt get my order of fries i swear you guys need to fix that ish

McDonalds is getting way over priced. You can go to Dennys get a real meal for the same price

The fries are always old, not hot and even hard during the evening night shift. Why is it acceptable to give out old cold fries.

Foods always cold n I have to go back inline before I order that if they just got it right the first time they would have to waste food and make more but I have no other issue besides that when I let them know the foods called to have no issue giving me new food so thats cool they always tell me I can keep the food that I told him was cold but I always end up giving it back I dont want any more food.i just want what I paid for

I ask the person who took my order if I could have some grape jelly and was told that they didnt have grape and wasnt getting any grape jelly in with theost nastiest attitude ever. I can take my money somewhere else.

The crew was rude. We waited 10 minutes to order crew was just standing around and talking among one another

One of the worst McDonalds Ive had. The food was so blah. Tasted like cafeteria food. The fish filet and fries tasted old and had an odd taste like the grease needed to be changed. The best thing was the sweet tea. Better off just ordering a beverage.

Drive through is the standard by which all fast food restaurants should be judged. The # 3 meal is amazing!!

This McDonalds is pretty cool. I come every day after school after getting dropped off by the van service and me and the other students are allowed to sit inside and wait for our parents to pick us up. I dont usually eat anything here but when I did it seemed pretty cool for a McDonalds. It sometimes does take quite a while for me to get my order but I understand it though since this location does seem to be pretty popular. Overall pretty nice location. I also like that you can see behind the counter.

Its McDonalds they are the same everywhere .The only thing that makes this one special is one of their managers here is literally one of the most beautiful ladies Ive ever layed eyes on in my life.

Almost half the time the orders are wrong and the afternoon and night shift are rude

Always make sure you get a receipt and the correct amount of change back from your order

I think McDonalds delivery service through doordash is awful! They send cold food.

Every time I go here they all was forget something. So check your bags before you leave because its never just one thing they forget they forget a Lot .

Staff arent the most hospitable & tend to rush you, yet make mistakes. The drive thru line is typically long & a bit slow. Sometimes the fries arent fresh.

Some issue with them understanding my order but super helping staff and food was as expected.

Took to long to get my order and took about 25 minutes to get my food. Which were cold fries and chicken nuggets were very over cooked. Not happy about the food and service.

The McPlant with cheese and Big Mac sauce was good. I did yearn for two of the very thin plant based beyond patties! I am going to ask for a McPlant double 😉 texture was good. Wasnt dry. It is a great alternative to meat when not in the mood or as part of your lifestyle diet. I would eat it again and I dont frequent McDonalds

Giving 2 stars cause at the the breakfast sandwich taste the way it should. But I would avoid this place because whats the point if asking for extra of something and PAYING for extra and then driving away and finding out you didnt even get normalof that something? Plus the lady in the drive thur in the morning you can just tell she hates her job. Horrible costumer service. Time to find breakfast else where.

They did have an unreasonable customer there but we waited over 15 minutes with just four people in line at times they were two people working with this one customer and one of them was a manager so the other person really didnt need to be over there and could be helping other customers the food was good and once he gave attention to us I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes I dont know if its the area, or just that bad customer but I wont return

This was my home store and the lady who works drive thru in the morning is AMAZING! Last 2 months the service has gone down, today was awful. No receipt and lady walked off to talk, I waited in the backup lane for 15 mins and went into the store for my 2 drinks and said the machine is down when I saw 2 people walk past with the same drink. No apologies, ripped off my extra espresso shot, nasty attitudes. No tag on drinks to report, nice con for the manager on shift today at 10 45am.

I think this is the last time Im going to comment about McDonalds, or any other fast food restaurant. Unless something occurs where they need to make improvements, they are what they are. You know what youre going to get, you know what its going to taste like, its always the same listen variations here and there. I mean how many different ways can you make a fast food hamburger? I appreciate them for what they are, a quick and tasty high fat, high calorie, greasy, salty unhealthy meal at a fairly low price. I do recognize that some of the menu items are a step in the right direction as being somewhat of a healthier choice. It is what it is, all in good moderation. Those who frequent such places on a regular basis should plan for an early departure from life, due to a lowered life expectancy that diets of high salt, high fat and high cholesterol foods contribute to. However, in moderation, every now and then, it sure does taste great😁

McDonalds is McDonalds. Same food that its had for the past 20 years. Lower the price on Big Macs, Egg & Sausage McMuffins and McGriddles then Ill give it 5 stars. And more selection of soft drink choices.

McDonalds McDonalds the manager is very very fast and efficient he does a very well and good job and so does all his staff but the one on Atlantic Plaza they are rude and the door Dashers cant come into the lobby and its a big line and no one wants to you theyre losing a lot of money because of all the door Dashers dont accept it because theres big big lines just letting you know have a good day

Just as bad as any of the other McDonalds locations. Asked for a simple mcdouble without onions, got a wrapper and a tag that said no onions, the burger itself however had more onions than either of the other 2 that were ordered with onions.

This updates a previous review. Im not sure how it happened but the quality of the food (or perhaps the preparation of the foodat this McDonalds has improved incredibly. The last three times Ive gotten a meal here is been hot, juicy, almost greasy (which to me is delicious). Kudos to management for better hiring practices or training as this has become a good place to get a meal.

Just started using the McDonalds Mobile App, using the points system really works when you connect it to your debit or credit card, just give them your Drive-Thru Code and place your order and the transaction happens no more getting out your wallet. Just pick up and go!!

Staff was nice. I went through drive through for a sweet tea on a hot day and what I got was hot, unsweetened tea with not enough ice to cool it off enough to drink. If they were out of ice and/or just brewed the tea they could have let me know so I could have ordered something else. Disappointing

I ordered double quarter pound for the kid, It is still left with the paper on the meat on top with the cheese. is the paper eatable? is it healthy? RECOMMEND DO NOT EAT MC DONALD HERE!!!

Long drive thru lines amd they will not let you go inside to take order to go unlike other fast food restaurants. I think its a little strange because I do see people go im and get a order but if someone else goes in they wont let you. I think it might be manager or employees friends that allow this not sure.

I found a half eaten nugget broken in to piece in my food were in a pandemic im genuinely afraid i might get the virus my sister trough the other half of it away an thought nothing of it was doordashed

Used there mobile ordering for the second time. Im very happy at the ease of use, and the speed that the order I placed from the parking lot was ready. Im sure I beat all the drive through customers. But sometimes the food is not hot...But I like the McDonalds Mobile app. Great for ordering the kids food super quick.
