Worst employees... if youre not going to listen to the costumers order then you deserve the negative input

Busy during lunch time 11am to 2pm and ive been pleased with the freshness and have been hot off the grill not sitting under a heat light

Out of all the fast food. McDonalds is probably the most consistent with their products. I tend to go here the most. I wish the app would work. 😪

Mens bathroom sink doesnt work. Not sure how employees are washing their hands.

Idk how EVERY time i come through here they mess up my order. Honestly its impressive. Im pretty sure they are purposefully messing up orders to pocket the money for missing items. Pathetic.

Stopped in for a quick bite with family, food was to company standards, fresh, fast, and tasty. The restaurant was well kept in cleanliness, and organized. Food was served to us, the worker who delivered the food was super nice. Typically dont do Mc Ds but I would definitely consider going back to this one again. Also this store had their fall drinks available on their menu which was a plus for me!!

This McDonalds is super fast they actually put me through the line super fast and had someone outside to speed it up. The only thing was nobody seemed to be happy to be working and the prices are just not as cheap also the food wasnt the greatest quality my McCflurry was only 2/3 empty as well as my fries.

Doesnt even deserve the 1 star went through your drive through and my mcchickens were soggy I called and was nice the manager decided to argue with me mind you I work at mcdonalds my self!!! Everything we are doing right now is cook to order is what I was told halarious cause the McChickens were not even hot! You had a line so I know it wasnt cook to order your either not letting your fried stuff drip long enough or your double timing your food! Health violation why I bother to even leave a review idk your store has the worst reviews I have ever seen your first window person was rude the second window our food was already bagged and was being pushed out the window so cook to order? Hmm McChickens have a 5 minute cook time 2 minute drip time shouldnt have even been ready when we got to your window liars !!!

Still wearing masks. Was out of town and wanted my 3 year old to have fun at the play place like I used to. But of course it’s closed, probably because of Covid. It’s been over 2 years people.

Today I ordered 2 mcchickens, usally I expect to not get one but today they seriously didnt even give me any.

Fair quality, pricing and deals need worked on. The variety of cultures causes staff to need the ability to be bilingual, which is a hit and miss, though theres not enough staff with quality customer service. Not sure if its because of the job they have or just isnt the best with bedside manners. All in all, its about what you expect for Mickey Ds these days, eat here if you want a McDouble lol.

Wow....... One of three items is right. 2 have half of what i asked removed....... Not really sure how you guys expect to fix this when it does nothing for my dinner now or if i came back i will be out 10 or 20$ in fuel and i have a hard time believing that the food would be right still........ Ive been to this mcds over 40 times in 3 years. 1 time was my order correct. This place is absolute garbage. I stopped going for over a year. Went back yesterday to get my daughter something and they still screwed up a happy meal. Garbage.

I ordered a large iced coffee for .99 offered by the app and nowhere on the coupon did it have any exclusions but when I got service finally after waiting over 15 minutes and had about 8 people running around for drive thru but nobody helping front counterI order an iced mocha and I am then told that the iced mocha is the only one that is excluded from the coupon.

This Iconic establishment has gone so far downhill it is disturbing. When this company was founded GMO food was not a "thing". Everything on the menu is made with products from GMO ingredients.A Spicey Chicken Sandwich was like shreeded flavorless cardbaord with rubber inside. no sauce, no letuce, tomato nothing but a dry bun, I thought maybe perhaps I was not well so I too a second bite and spit it out. But hey I got those great Micky Ds fries, that were cold flavorless pieces of straw. imagine french fries that dont even taste like a fried potato????Im amazed, next time the people Im with insist on this junk I will most definitely pass...Going to everything automated. no personality in the establishment.Place was clean. about the only positive.

My chicken sandwich was dry and when I went up there to get Mayo it took forever. The soda I got had little taste, and when I went back up to get dessert, I was ignored, nobody was there except me... not very satisfied 😕 😒

This is one of the places I go to get my bacon, egg and cheese and biscuit because the one at University village on 25th and does not make those for some reason is the only McDonalds that does not make them and the only thing I like

Not happy. Ordered 2 cheese burgers meal with no onions... about the 3rd time now and they still cant get the fact that no onion means no onions! But can at least print off a receipt stating no onions on each burger. Back to just packing lunch, cant take any more of my lunch time for it to be corrected, and by the time I find out go mostly lunch less due to onions have bad reactions to me. Check your order before you bite into your food if allergic!

It was very fast and efficient. They were very polite at the counter. Will be going back again for sure.

Very friendly service. I am a regular customer. I order 5 nights per week. Almost every time I order the big Mac, no lettuce, extra Mac sauce. I get charged for the extra sauce, but my sandwich comes no lettuce & NO sauce. Why do I get charged 40 cents for no sauce?

Im not a big fan of eating out, especially fast food- McDonalds is one of my least favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat

I’m a man with an androgynous sounding voice and I’m constantly being called ma’am at this drive through. Come on that’s so outdated in 2021. I’ve never met a woman that wanted to be called ma’am either unless they were 97. You can be respectful without gendering people. Also let’s not forget about our non-binary folks out there.

When they have a line of 6 to twelve people right at 6 am maybe take a clue and open earlier. Also have fresh biscuits and breakfast items not carry over from the previous day. If I could find a different hot breakfast at 6 am on the dot I wouldnt be stopping here for sure.Last biscuits have been hard some were not even warm. Cheese isnt even melted. 😕 our business have gone way down with the staff shortage. McDonalds is taking advantage of their customers & being the only place open at 6 am.

This is a pretty decent McDonalds. I usually have good experiences here. They arent very good about updating the hours though. Here is what is current. Its 5am and I cant get my fix.

They replaced the cashiers with machines they cant do the job and now theyre running the drive-thru at the counter its a nightmare to go inside and the drive-through is always packed

Order two Egg Sausage McMuffins and I received two Sausage Muffins. I called back and told them what happened. I just expected to go back throw the drive-through to get it fixed. Nope. Since I took a bit out of one, McDonald’s coworker said that she cannot help me. How dump. They made a mistakes and instead of fixing it they just said they couldn’t help me. Never go there again.

When completing my order I asked for a screen to visually check my order to see if it was correct. He said pull up to the first window. We paid for our order picked it up and realized it was wrong. There were no ice cream sundaes.

The majority of the staff is young and they do a great job, however; management is overly stress and lack customer service skills. Now you are viewed as a number instead of a customer and they dont care if you are happy or not

I am a regular morning customer. They are good with rush hour. The only problem I have is when they do rush they dont listen to orders and mess up on orders. There has been several times I get unsweetened tea when I order sweet tea and no egg on my sausage egg mcmuffin. I will still continue to go since they are my breakfast of champions

we want more pies to be available. having to wait 12 minutes is BS!! its super simple,[wen u run out of pies, put more on!]check to see if the pie rack is stocked, and as soon as you hear someone ordering pies, refill it!! so many times Ive had to go w/o .

Yes I know mc Donalds is good and all for others. But on days when I show up the food just isnt really how it is. I mean dont get me wrong the employees are pretty nice and respectful but sometimes the food can taste and feel a little frozen 🥶

Always fast and efficient, this location has really stepped up their game during the Covid challenges. Only downside is I miss the kiosks. Did not like them at first but as the bugs got worked out they have been great.

I honestly dont like the customer service here. Every time I decide to give them another try, I regret it. And all over customer service. Specially today 6/25/20 @6:30pm. I am never coming back. I guess I can brew my own McD coffee and honestly eat elsewhere. And I would give 0 stars if I could. So disappointing

Fastest drive thru ever!! Large drinks for $1 and even if theres a long line its faster than going into the convenience store and you dont have to get out of the car. Love that.

Need to focus on customer service, all great you got self order devices now, should be saving money on less employees, some reason prices keep rising, and customer service is non existent... McDonalds is no longer a family place. Now it a place to get the cheapest food around for the biggest price. Might as well let the customer cook they own food as well least it would taste good

It’s a McDonald’s! We just moved here to Hermiston from California and they have Tillamook Ice Cream!! So I have to give them 5 Stars!

They don’t clean there tables off for people to sit and eat. They always forget stuff in my order. I always have to go ask for the missing food , when I do they make me feel like I’m lying. They only give you one packet of Sauce for 10 chicken nuggets They need to improve .

Our service here is usually not this bad, and I dont know why they were so slow, but it was over a half hour before we received our food from the drive thru. We ordered and were asked to pull forward, and there were 2 other cars waiting as well. Then, a girl came out, handed me a bag and walked away. It wasnt my order, so I tried calling and got no response. It appeared that everyones orders were mixed up and when another employee walked out to serve another customer I walked out and let her know I had the wrong order. She did go back in and correct my order and staff was very friendly.

Went for a school event and it was crazy busy the whole time! Staff was very helpful and friendly making sure tables were cleaned up when clear as it was packed! Buy the end of it orders were taking over 20min to fill but it was packed the whole time with lots of kids and family as it was an elementary school fundraiser night. The staff was helpful and food was good

The new full service is a great addition to the customer service. We were greeted with smiles at a fair price for the food. What a surprise to us to have our food delivered to the table. My wife and I enjoyed our meal very much. Way to step up your game McDonalds.

Received a half full cold fry. The premium sandwich was somehow burnt and cold and did not cover even half the bun, was missing the tomato, the lettuce was too small, and the mayonnaise was a small dab. Obviously no effort went into the food.
