McDonald's in Anmore

Unprofessional staff...i was waiting for the order and staff members were talking with each other even the order was ready...

Its a pretty nasty McDonalds since its right by the skytrain, it is high traffic and understaffed. They lost my order and messed up my friends. Likely isnt their fault as they were SO busy at 11pm at night.

The drive through was slow but at least they had parking for you to wait for your order. Some other MacDonalds make you drive around the block and come back

Awful! Our drive thru order was all wrong. Got home and very disappointed 😞

Decent McDonalds if youd have to go to one!

Worst ever. Do not trust this location to get a 3 item order correct. Food is poor and cold. Go to the Austin & Gatensbury location do not trust this one.

I will rate 0/5 Stars but google review wont let me post unless its has a minimum of 1 star. There should be an option for it.Horrible service. I visited this place for 3 nights in the row, all different times, 12am, 1am and 2am. Last not a single order was done properly.The first 2 nights was had minor problems, kept putting ice on my drink which I requested not to add it. No problem, the person in charged in the drive-thru apologize and fix it. Also took them 10-15minutes to complete the order.Oh boy, the 3rd night was worst, not only the driver-thru person just messed up the order, she argued and refused to give the receipt of my order to see where the mistake were made. Didnt even want to fix the order. Took them more than 20minutes to complete the order and with only 1 car lined up behind me.This is just horrible customer service. This is the last time Im visiting this place. Only good about this branch is its closer to home, but I rather drive a littler further to get my orders right.

Definitely one of the better McDonalds franchise in the area.Their meals have been consistent, satisfactory, and made within a reasonable time frame. Parking is slightly better than other McDonalds with two side entrances.

Very efficient! People were nice, fast and polite.Theres really nothing to write about, since this is just a McDonalds franchise lol. But the staff attitude sure can vary. And they were actually quite friendly here. The food was pretty fast (we did come at 12am LOL)Kind of wish they wore masks but thats just personal preference :since I know nobody is wearing masks anymore anyways.I love how its open 24/7. Its the only McDonalds in the area that is open all night. Other than this one, the Capitol Hill is the closest one I know of thats open 24/7.Come eat! Even if you dont, theres two more McDonalds all on the same block 🤣

9/10 trips to this McDonalds result in you having to wait in the parking lot for them to bring you your food. Even if you just order a cheeseburger.... I dont know who is managing this location but they should learn to prepare and have food ready to serve. I would rate it lower if I could

This one is way better than the one on Austin close to Marmot, there is no customer service at that place! This one on North Road has so much customer service, keep up the great work, people do want to be acknowledged when they go there 😀 Thanks for all you do.

My midnight snack place.Sometimes the staff are overwhelmed when really busy at midnight. They seem to be short staffed some days..asked for Mc chicken with extra sauce and received no sauce...second time I received cheese on it..I give em a break because they young and just learning..

I ordered a regular size of mc flurry and paid also for that but I got a snack size instead.

Decided to grab some quick lunch today ~ yeah I know I shouldnt. Service was good through the drive thru but......fries had way too much salt on them and would have been even better if I got a straw for my drink.

Be aware… ordered a mcchicken and was given a junior chicken patty on a mcchicken bun…. If you guys don’t have the proper burger then just say something. Stop cheating good people out of their hard earned money. Never again with this location. You can CLEARLY tell the difference between a junior chicken patty and what I actually ordered.

I mean its McDonalds, what do you expect?But disappointing to see price rise so much, at least compared to other places, in recent times.

The drive-thru has been a VERY good experience. I am greeted by such anAmazing Grace of smiles and cheers and I love coming back to the same people everyday!

Worst location i have ever been to. Staff is rude and my order is always wrong. The labels on my drink is always switched and the cashier always takes 10 cents extra and doesnt give change back. Definitely wont be going back and will be going out of my way to another location just to get better service.

Clean, friendly staff, clean benches outside, all around i dont give 5 stars . . .maybe today is exceptional. Thank you Sharon for making McDonalds that much more enjoyable! You are so adorable!!

Wrong flavours of product presented in orders and a laid-back approach to service after 12. But its still fine....

Drive thru service is soooo slow you will loose you appetite while waiting.Turtles work faster then these guys.

Have come here multiple times. Each time they tend to mess up my order. This last time I asked for everything fresh including the burger. I got home and the burger patty was cold seemed old. I called in and the lady that picked up the phone said she remembered my order and she’s the one that made it, and it was made fresh. How is it possible my fries are still warm when I get home but my patty on my burger is cold? That’s not fresh. I also live just 3 min away.

Not exactly sure why you can’t add photos do this specific Mcdonald’s review page.. But I’m pretty sure my order is one of the main reasons. Will be coming to talk to you guys tomorrow. Ordered a double big mac with extra bacon strips. Not a double big mac, no bacon strips. Waste of money. Not to mention there wasn’t any salt on the fries.

they lost my Id card. but they do not not apologize it. even they do not explain that before they know what happen I got.haha if they don’t know how can explain first when I been there place first time.that day I only said lost card.but they Answer and explained to me in detail which card they got itSo I visited Again today, cuz The other manager said she knew it . but she didnt even look for it, and just ask me who said you.haha ….whatt??? your workerhaha They even promised to call me if they couldnt find itso they took my phone number, but they didnt contact me ever.that’s why am I walked in vain and wasted my time, but they didnt apologize for anything. So I order the breakfast burritos and the manager comes out and tells me theres no salsa but we put ketchup lol... thats supposed to make me feel better?... then she says she called different locations to see if they had any salsa... like if they do... do you really expect me to go there just to pick up some salsa??! Will they send a stork to pick up the salsa and bring it to me in the parking lot? That was an outright lie by her. She never called other locations... what would have been the point for her to do that? The burritos were garbage... tasted like carboard. Then she forgot to add the hash brown I had bought. Always check your order before you leave!! Goodness dont even get me started with the Walmart location down the street and them reheating the french fries... complete garbage! Any oversight at these locations??

I head to this location after 12am-3am when I’m drunk (my sober gf driving).you’ll often see review of “drive through is slow blah blah blah etc” some people don’t understand they have a system reboot which results in the delay but that’s besides the point. Everytime I come by at such a late hour and always asking for a picky order ie “made fresh please” I have been welcomed with politeness and gratitude for my order. Some people are always polite and nice even working nights shift (beats me, I’ve done it and I’m a monster during those hours).nonetheless to my surprise, not only was the male who was getting off at 3am was super polite with my order and payment but as I rolled to the last window to pick up my order (you can tell this lady was tiredshe was polite, gracious and patient as I check the bag for the sauces to my delicious nuggets that were made fresh (I know this cause while we were digging through the order it was hot af [she told us “don’t burn your hands”]she didn’t make a fuss but told us have a good night after. They all deserve a raise and i send my utmost gratitude for their work (hope they see thisand attitude during the graveyard shift. Thanks guys, I made sure to drop by this one while I drove by other McDonald’s on the way home. To the owner, they deserve a raise if not, at least a gift card for their consistent service. I devoured my freshly made cheeseburger (delicious btwbut thought I’d post something to legitimize my review. :)

Great experience consistently. I was very happy for my hot hash brown, breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was still warm by the time I reached my office in the morning. Drive through was fast and efficient, staff are friendly and polite.

Mc Lovin It. Classic burgers and Kindness. They have a superstar there called Ree (hope the spelling is rightwho will take the time to see if youre okay and try and help. Ree is Good People. We should all be like Ree. Also the fries rule.

Very disappointed. The patties for the double cheeseburger was cold, the chocolate drizzle procedure was not followed for the coffe frappe.

This is absolutely the worst Macdonald’s anywhere!! They can’t get a simple order correct. Either really bad management or just overall dumb staff that just have no attention to any detail. Brutal!!

ordered burgers for my family (who all have celiacand requested no buns. they clearly didn’t read the customizations on the tickets as they all came with buns leaving them completely inedible. maybe pay attention when completing orders. total waste of food, time and money.

Drive-thru is too narrow for almost any vehicle, you should see how scuffed up the walls are beside it. Two times in a row they’ve handed me my combo without a drink. Just go to a different one.

Im giving one star because theres no option of choosing zero.Worst mcdonald in Vancouver, drive through is the slowest in town (30 min wait for a cheeseburger). Got stuck in the drive through and needed a washroom and they didnt let me use theirs.Please train your employees on customer service and for being productive.

Reviewing McDonalds locations is a rather banal exercise, but I find that on the relatively rare occasion on which I do stop in for a snack or shake or whatever, thats when I get most harassed by Google to do a review. So heres another of my apparently "famous" McDonalds reviews, after which I will delete several of my previous McDs missives. Perhaps I will let a couple live, if I still enjoy them. Anyway, the problem with reviewing fast food chains is that 98% of the time the food and the service will be exactly the same, and if anything isnt the same itll either be super awesome or beneath abhorrent. So why is this location a 4-star? Because I waited almost 10 min for a small fries and small chocolate shake, but I wasnt in a hurry and I was reading an awesome Star Wars comic so I barely noticed, but I suppose it should be noted, right? For other people who arent reading an awesome comic, or anything else good. Ultimately, reviews are to let others know what what to expect, I suppose, so there you go; this McDs is like most other McDs, but you might have to wait a bit if the staff is as borderline-catatonic as they were tonite. If youre impatient, STAY AWAY! The fries and shake were great.

I just ordered a McChicken combo from this Mcdonalds and I got raw meat in the middle part.

I came here to pick up my online order at the midnight, but somehow the payment cant got through. I tried to reorder, but after 20mins, it still didnt work. Cuz I didnt bring my wallet, I couldnt buy foods directly from the store. The manager or the supervisor of the store just gave me a burger and small fries for free. Thanks to her, I have something to eat. Thanks!

Good place if you like germs.No one to clean table. (There were also crumbs on tables for the ones the customers took out the garbage. So it was obvious no one wiped them downHalf of the self checkout machine dont work. Staff only give you one precious piece of napkin when you order for meals serving multiple people. Bathrooms have no doors, so the entire McDonalds can hear the hand drying machine. Now imagine the germ-fill-bathroom-air (aerosolcirculates through the entire McDonalds...

I got a Big Mac and two double burgers no cheese.Big Mac was great but the double burgers were extremely dry and crunchy almost like they had be left out in the sun for 4 days.Probably the worst burgers ever. Also no ketchup around made me sad.

Always come here and not once was I given a good meal as in other locations. My order is always the same,but at this location my mcdouble without pickles ALWAYS comes wrinkled, misaligned, WITH pickles lol and sometimes its missing a party, sometimes a cheese...I understand that people work hard here and that jobs can suck and be tiring. But when I also have a hard day Id like for the one meal I come to get to look how its advertised or to get what I ordered. And dont even get me started on the fries, they never taste or look fresh. I always had hope it would get better, but today was my last visit to this location because the quality is low in comparison to other locations (which are just as busy.

I came through drive through just 10 minutes ago and the girl who was on the drive through told me I cant order a coffee with half coffee and half hot water 3 sugar. I told her I always takes the coffee like that, instead of checking with somebody she kept saying she cant do that. Then I told her to check with the other crew members they do it. She got back to me saying okay i got the coffee, while I was driving out, I got a coffee as you see in the picture with 2 sugar and just a bit more than half the cup. And the same girl delivered it to me saying no sorry or apologies with a rude face.

I ordered a mocha and I had to wait over 10 minutes in a drive-through to get it. Then when I start drinking it I realized that it was basically hot water with foam on it. Not to mention it came only at about three-quarters full. Not exactly how to start a good Monday.
