Got a $60 parking ticket from parking in the McDonalds parking while having a coffee and dessert inside McDonalds. Ticket said I was at another restaurant.Is McDonalds that hard up that they have to hire Meter maids now to hand out tickets ?
Didnt like the service, instead i went to the one in port moddy and the service was way better!
So sad and disappointed. Don’t come here if u want to play monopoly still. Their employees took all the monopoly stamps. I ordered 5 combos and I only received 2 stamps in total… usually it will be at least 20 stamps with this amount. There is no stamps on the coke, the coffees, the fries, the burgers nothing… and I asked them , the worker told me to get bigger size drinks and ask me to pay more she said there is the only one that has stamps…. Don’t come to this location, they are not playing it fair
Really awful service. Unfortunately, this is one of the ones near my home that I mostly go to for breakfast, but I really hate to come to this branch as everytime I ordered any type of breakfast, they always pull me over, no matter if the irder is a tea or it is lots of items. Also, this doesnt matter that there is a line up in rush time or no car in slow time. It is really annoying and everytime my food get cold when it get to me, so that shows they already have the order done sooner. Couple of times they had mixed my orders as well with someone else. They have over charged me couple kf times which I had to argue with the manager to be able to gwt my money back. Imagine you order something every other day and they charge you extra because they didnt combo the item and the manager was insisting that the combo is correct. These issues happened since the COVID time as there was no issue before. I have always send feedback to the management, but there were no response or changes. I feel so bad for people who shop here in drive thru, the staff that they need to keep coming out for orders and myself. Please fix your issues; otherwise, there are lots of places around that I can shop for breakfast with drive-thru in the area.
Terrible experience forgot 3 of our items in our order when we drove back through the drive through they said they were closed and that they won’t give us what they were missing terrible customer service.
Very poor service!! Mixed up my order. No one seems care at all. All the staff seems very numb to what they are doing. Just passing time! Poor people!
This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It is SO SLOW! I dont think Ive ever made it in and out in under 30 minutes. Drive through? Forget about it, youll be trapped in a sea of cars forever. Once I was the ONLY CAR in the drive through and they still parked me and took 15 minutes.Dont waste your time, literally.Edit: Well its a year since I left this review. Im updating after waiting in the drive through lineup for 40 minutes. Still no food. Worst McDonalds EVER.Update: 46 minute wait for ice cold fries and a soggy burger. Cmon guys.
This guys terninal machine broke! They proveded excellent service by continoue providing food . They know what it means to be hungry!
McDonalds is consistent in there food. I dont shop here much but I love the cheeseburgers and fries with no salt.Staff are always friendly and fast at the drive thru window. Prices are reasonable. Great place to take the family for a quick bit to eat. Great place for the seniors to come and have coffee and socialize. They have Wheelchair accessible seating. Wheelchair accessible washrooms and parking. This location is open 24 hours. Usually both drive thru lanes are open. You can order online via Skip the Dishes. Tables outside as well also wheelchair seating and accessible.Enjoy!
Good quick place to go when you are hungry and have no time!
This location is closed for renovations until Oct 5th. The only sign they have up advising theyre closed is on the front door so nobody can tell their closed until they approach the front door. This is causing confusion & a nightmare for people who are pulling into or out of their parking lot.
this location is terrible! drive thru line ups are unreal, more than 10 minutes tonight without moving.
This place is busy but always fast they have enough staff all the time and move things quickly they have the self ordering screens for inside and the drive through moves fairly quickly as they have two drive through (ordering lanesentrances which helps the flow staff is smiling and the place is clean they also have a kids area
I dont know if it was unclean or "shabby" Maybe a little of both Table 3 sticker definitely needs to be replaced or removed
I suppose I can empathize that In a world of touch screens, automated systems and all that, its really hard for people to do basic tasks such as properly take orders. TWICE now, I ordered this (EXACTLY / VERBATIM"1 double Big Mac with the middle bun taken out please .... BOTH TIMES they charge me for a double big mac, but give me a regular big mac with the middle bun gone. SERIOUSLY, they have buttons to input everything, I guess reading is not a required skill, nor is attention to detail. Never goign here again. 1 star because they are at least still polite and friendly!

I get that its been hot & that your stores are graded by drive-thru kpis but Im disappointed in how little service walk in customers receive.Hearing other more arguementative customers be told various policies about catching up the drive-thru is wild excuse for bad customer service.All I wanted was an ice cream cone
Slightly bigger than standard McDonalds. Parking lot is huge and drive thru is crowded.
One of the well managed McD I have been to. Pleasantly clean and spacious.
No fries in both Happy Meals.. Double Filet flatten. hard cold cheese rubber. Straws broke. No spoon for Mcflurry. Asked for Ketchup. Given only vinegar. No fries so guess not a tell all when filling order Will not order ever again. They should be Ashamed. That Filet a week old absolutely sat all day. Young kids upset no fries, straw. And only 1 spoon. Great job. Happy kids😡😡😡and me🥵Delivery super fast

I was so excited about the Big Big Mac return. It was the worst. Cold and lack of cheese and toppings. Bad or lack of quality control. So Disappointed
I have no idea whats wrong with their icecream machine but you cant call it a soft ice-cream because it is hard af. I threw it away ,wasted money and time. Idk it might be better another day but I just do not understand that they know it and still sell unsellable quality product.+went again for icecream and now Im sure they are failing quality control. i got same quality icecream. Never going back for ice cream bye!
I went through Drive Thru today to place my breakfast order. I repeated that there would be a total of 4 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 2 coffees. The receipt displayed my order correctly but when I got home to feed the kids, one breakfast sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant 4 times and there was no option to leave a message and no one picked up. I sure it was an oversight but seriously tell that to a starving kid! I cant even let the manager know as they dont pick up their phones or have a voicemail!
Classic local poor performing unfriendly McDonald’s. I hate it but it’s closest one. If you ever feel like putting any effort in, go somewhere else. Honest and simple.
I asked for a no bacon Cesar wrap the employee argued with me saying there was bacon in it(I’ve had it before multiple times and had no baconthen he says I can get the BACON wrap with no bacon???? THERE ENDS UP BEING BACON REMAINS
This place was ok it wasn’t especially nice but not bad. The wait times were quite long as they were under employed. Otherwise it was fine. They could improve on the cleanliness of it.
It is really annoying that you find out wrong/missing food after you getting home. Dont forget to double check everything is in the takeout bags before you go.
Food is always the same as you can expect.This location is clean and seats are new and comfortable.I have been several times at this branch and always satisfied with dine in.Sometimes they do not have all items available in menu.Drive through is also okay.They are not serving table from mobile app anymore.

Me and my family are a regular McDonald’s customer that buy 4 or 5 times a week in minimum. On Sunday May 22, 2022 we parked in the McDonald’s customer service parking in store # 5363 in 2725 Barney Hwy in Coquitlam City in Vancuover an received a parking ticket. When I called the store on Tuesday they said that they don’t cancel the ticket because you stay there longer one hour. We are wondering if we want to be a customer of a company who treat their customer this way.
Here’s my opinion of McDonalds. It’s the same wherever I have been. The food is always good and the service is excellent. Some fast food places don’t put napkins in the bag. McDonalds always does. It’s simply a well run organization ❤️.
Bunch of incompetent immigrants. 3 different times. I have gone and requested FRESH nuggets and fries. Just spent 40$ at this place for third time in a month to get my food and it’s soggy old and cold. The first time I ordered 6 nugget meal and asked for fresh food. I get home to find only 5 cold nuggets and soggy fries. None of these times were busy, it was a simple request, even the most useless of immigrant could at least fake my request and double dunk my food. Too lazy to even do that. This widespread incompetence is slowly deteriorating our country. 2 thumbs down.
We stopped in for a quick dessert fix at about 7:30 p.m. . There was only three people ahead of us in line but, because of online orders and food delivery companies running in and out, after 20 minutes having placed our order, we were still not served! That was when our order simply disappeared off of the q board that showed the orders status of the queue. Apparently, satisfaction of the on-site customer is definitely secondary.I was unfavorably impressed!
I have been going to this location for morning tea for approximately 6 months. I was hoping the service would improve, but it has declined consistently.A couple points of feedback:-- MAKE THE CORRECT TYPE OF TEA!!! Earl Grey is not peppermint, it is not orange pekoe, and it sure as heck isnt green tea.-- Dont ask me to move ahead and park in the waiting zone for a CUP OF TEA! Thats absolutely ridiculous.-- When I pay for a drink, I am not paying for you to fill the cup 75% full-- Stir the sugar in. Its seriously part of the process
4 out of 5 times that we visit here our drive through orders are wrong. Enough is enough. Seriously cultivate your teams listening skills. We will not be buying from this place anymore!
Nothing special about this sloppy prepared Maple Bacon 1/4.Lacks taste and technique when being prepared and built for the customer. Pattie is super dry and not soft....almost dehydrated and hard....absolutely gross.Theres a reason why I dont visit rotten ronnies much. This is why.....disgusting. I want a refund.The pictures says it all.
The food today was subpar and the order was wrong and incompete...just look at the way this sandwich was made. I took two bites and didnt even taste bacon tyen opened the sandwich and so disappointed. My sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle looked a lot like a bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin but what do I know.
Its McDonalds and well the good us its predictable and consistent. The bad is they are too busy with Skip the dishes, drive thru and front end orders so the wait times are ridiculous at times. I actually feel bad for the workers and feel they should be paid more to for the increased workload. My 2 cents rounded up to the nearest nickel.
They will %100 forget to give you condiments of any sort. Went for breakfast and got some hotcakes, but there was no forks, knives, syrup...my 3 yr old was very unhappy. They forget nugget sauce all the time when u get nuggets, and also forgot salsa the last time i got breakfast burritos.Coffee is good though.
Recent 2 visits(drive thruat this McDonalds, hair in fries, egg BLT bagel with the egg, pictures added. Ridiculous! Not one person wearing a hear net inside.
Changes review from a 5. We waited for 15 minutes in the drive through. Ordered through the App. They made us park for 20 minutes and the food was old. They didn’t answer their phone at all when we called. It went to an answering machine that that didn’t have a voicemail. So disappointing. What happened? My daughter loves it when we go to McDonald’s after school ❤️ You pretty much know what you’re going to get. The drinks are cold and refreshing. We were surprised that they still had plastic straws. The filet o fish was fresh and tasty but it would have been better with more sauce and the sandwich especially since we asked for it and the fish was dry. We were really looking forward to the the fries but they did not taste fresh and were cold 🍟 Most restaurants have meatless options being that they are the largest fast food chain you would think they would to. We will probably be back soon for ice cream 🍦
So my bestfriend and I attended the drive thru at this restaurant on Barnet Hwy... at approx 9:40pm. We had two separate orders. My Bestie orders a Double Quarter BLT without Onions, Pickles and Mustard. During this time, he adds in a Large Fries and a small Diet. The man on the headset was rude and multiple times interrupted him. Also at the window, he wanted to explain to add an extra couple of burgers to his order but the woman at the window did not want to listen and continued to interrupt him and began to argue with him. I mean truly having to watch this happen is crazy. No professionalism at all from the staff. My friend left the vehicle and went to the main store and re-ordered his food. The re-order was messed up as well. The burgers are squished, the lettuce was brown, the mayo was way to much. At which point is this supposed to be enjoyable?
Hours of Operation changed to 6 AM to 9 PM. Doors were locked at 8:45 PM and can’t go in.
Nice dual lane drive through McDonald’s. Generally a quick and pleasant experience. Food is consistently fresh and accurate. Team is quick and precise. Large parking for convenient parking. Today’s order was an iced Frappuccino, 6 piece McNuggets, with a ranch snack wrap. My semi healthy post Coquitlam Crunch dinner (balance is key! Lol).
Got smoothies for people at work and this is how I received it👎 embarrassing when they aren’t even and it’s going to be shared. Please do better! Especially if it’s all for the same order!
2 cheese burgers 2 checken nuggets and one large strawberry milk shake, should not be over $24 and receipt was not provided as well.
Although this restaurant was quite busy our order was quickly executed and right the first time. The playroom for younger children has been removed from this location to make way for extra table space. The rest room was clean and well stocked. I would come back to this location in the future.
A beautiful date atmosphere and destination. The train of destiny let my husband and I here. We joined a nice dinner at candlelight... or should I say CAMEL-LIGHT?? hahahhahahhahahHhahhha. The food? Exquisite and sludgy. We will be coming back soon, that is a promise.
I always come to this McDonalds because its close to home, but just had a terrible experience this time. I reached out to McDonalds to reflect this and hope they can improve, but the reply I got was not one of improvement, only an apology. Really disappointed in management.Heres the blurp I wrote to them:Firstly, McDonalds mobile ordering was faulty at this location. I ordered ahead of time and when I arrived, the app said there was an error and to go to the counter for service. I went to the pickup counter and was re-directed to the order counter (lineup of at least 10 people). Spent 15 minutes in line, and cashier had no clue where my mobile order was. After another 15 minute conversation trying to clear up my order, I just showed her my app to replicate the order (language barrier it seems). Improvement could be to properly train staff on mobile orders and better support with the mobile ordering (fix up the kinks and errors).Secondly, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the burger I ordered had half the cheese sticking out of the box and the burger poorly assembled in disarray. Knowing that I hadnt jostled the bag much on the drive home, it was surprising to see my burger in such a mess. I know it can get busy, but it would be beneficial to give staff more training on how to assemble a burger to certain standards (have the burger stacked rather than a mess of bun and ingredients in a box).Lastly, I was super excited to try the new fish and chips. To my dismay, I got home and opened the box and saw a poutine. Definitely not part of my order and no fish was to be found. Frustrated, I drove back to the McDonalds in pouring rain to ask for my fish. The staff questioned my query of the missing fish, but quickly gave me the fish after I showed them the receipt and I was on my merry way. On my part I could have checked my order at the restaurant, but when someone goes for takeout, usually were trying to minimize the time needed to spend at the restaurant. Staff could be properly trained to check order accuracy.
