McDonald’s in Dübendorf

Normal, just what you would expect from McDonis.

Swiss are known for their food quality. This applies to fast food too. Food quality and taste at this McDonald’s as well as service were excellent. Compared to all McDonald’s I visited in other countries including USA, Swiss McDonald’s’ by far top the list, this one too.

The stuff refuse speak english although she understand english !!!

Bloody screens the order your stuff. What would take 5 secs to say takes 2 mins to enter in the screen. Food was as expected.

Nice place. They have safety barriers in each tables to protect people from covid. I dont see this in some Mc Donalds stores.

Impolite and rude Manager in evening duty who does not know how to speak with people. When I have shown my Swiss Driving licence as ID proof along with Covid Certificate she was makes faces and told me its not a official ID proof what she expected. When I try to share the information on google she just ignored me as she do not care. I would avoid to go there in future. We have many other Mc donalds in Zurich so I also do not care more.

Very neat and efficient service

Frankly this was one of our escapes during COVID-19. We always ate in the parking lot. Was sort of a picnic.I have to say, recently they have introduced a charging point with 4 or 5 spots. Although we dont have an electric car, I do think its nice to take a break, recharge your batteries while your recharge your car batteries.

Although a fast food... Fast and efficient MacDrive and offering more than a normal menu with sandwiches leveraging Swiss local product

Convenient located and friendly staff

The amout of traffic around Dietlikon is insane. Had to wait 1h from the highway to the MC.Well after finally ariving the food was even more appreciated

Its a McD - so it should be clear what to expect. The place seems clean. I went there twice for drive-in and never had to queue (okay.. it was mid-day off hour.. )

MC dont do it! Ok, the chicken nuggets were ok.

Unfriendly workers,also to order something we must do on computer..and computer was not easy,nobody helps for example to order some burger without salat or sous..

Typical McDonalds. We always order without onions and that usually guarantees fresh cooked burgers. This store has always given us fresh food and the correct order.

We were looking forward to our first big macs in a long while, but we were not allowed to use the drive-thru on our bikes (and the dine-in section is closed).They cited "security" as the reason, but I dont see how cars are safer.

I cant give it 5 stars just because the teller completely messed up my order but its understandable because probably he was having a bad day. But I applaud you for the cleanness of the toilets(men), something very rarely positive in a McDonalds restaurant.

Went through drive in, very rude woman which take our oder, was impatient and forgot two things. When I went back there was just this nasty look. Never coming back.

My daughter and I were in a big hurry so we stopped into Macs in Dietlikon. They acted like they couldnt understand a word my daughter was saying although she is born and raised in Zürich and is 100% bilingual. Then they gathered around and started showing each other stuff on their call phones. Only when we reminded them that we were customers and we could see them did they start preparing our lunch. When it finally came, I had some sort of bacon burger that I didnt order. Thank goodness Im not religious. On a positive note, the coke was fine.

Its Mcdonalds.. there are always going to be "Franchise flaws".Overall the quality of everything is not as bad as some reviews might indicate. Renovations have served this location well.Tip: If you want a fresh burger in any McD just cusromize it. Itll be way fresher that way.

Was served a donuts with mold (fungus)! What??? White chocolate with green stuff.. not healthy. One or two nice employees. Very dirty place generally.

One of my favourite McDonalds restaurants as it is nicely refurbished and theres a McCafé as well.

French fries served cold, 2 things we ordered were missing. We had to complain at the counter.

Had my daughter birthday here and everything was very well organized!!! A lot of gadgets and even a gift from McDonalds (my little pony...quite big). Very impressed!The place was peaceful for adults as well, nicely looking 70...Very good!Very handsome people.

Very expensive but the cheesecake was amazing. Unfortunately everyone had stomach aches after ordering big macs from here
