Fastest drive thru of my life, 1 min from paying to getting my meal...sheshhhh

The cashier person was cool and my order was pretty quick

Food is great and this place is usually a little busy. Also I found a 100 dollar bill in the drive thru so thats a bonus lol

The best fast food and just look at its ratings as a whole company its one of the best

McDonalds, online order, wheel access, great food.

Ordered three spicy McChickens with cheese. Got charged extra for the cheese and ended up getting no cheese. Where is the cheese at? I only rate them 1 out of 5 stars because I can’t rate them 0 out 5. The McDonald’s at wasco is better.

Slow as usual employees dont even recognize me standing here I messed up my order many times took me three times to get my order

10PM 7/6/2022 Employee changes order then becomes rude when you ask them to correct it. Fries are cold and stale as if they dont know how to cook them correctly. Its also apparently too hard to put ketchup and sauce in the bag when they are the ones who asked if you wanted some in the first place.

It was quick and easy I used the app to order a delicious Caramel frappe 😋

It would be nice if the employees followed the rules. Stopped in after the lunch hour for a quick snack. I ordered a box of Chicken Nuggets and a Dr. Pepper. The nuggets and the drink were okay. I wanted to refill my drink. But, I could not get someone to the counter. The employee working the counter finally show up and i asked for a refill. He told me no refills are not allowed. I told him wait a minute an employee on break just went back there and refilled her drink cup. Why is that okay? He said "I didnt see her... I dont know." He offered to let me purchase a second drink. No thanksLast time I stop in Shafter McDonalds.

This should be 0 stars. Honestly don’t know how they can get someone’s order wrong almost every single time you go. Worst customer service ever. Don’t want to fix their mistake and give you attitude as if you were wrong. Sucks it’s the only burger joint open late in town. If you have the option I suggest going somewhere else.

The line was slow but it was around lunch time. They got my order wrong. The food was ok.

Very quick long line but very fast

The fries 🍟 were great. Extremely slow service. Very inattentive to people that come inside versus the drive thru.

3 days in a row and the ice cream machine is still down?!?! I dont think so.

The drive-through moves pretty fast. The workers always have great personalities when I go through.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in the nation. They got my order wrong 3 days in a row and didn’t care to fix it when I brought it to their attention. I will never be back to this location. I wish Shafter had a Burger King.

As many times as I go they always get something wrong with my order.

Don’t get curbside at this place! I saw the line to McDonalds was big so I decided to do curbside since I only ordered a drink and fries. They took more than 30 min to get me my food! The drive thru line went faster than curbside! If you plan on getting something quick do not get curbside! This place is a joke! Wish I can give it no stars!

Abe to go get my oder before going to work @5:20am seen 4 cars and got rejected knowing they open @5:00am, when I pulled up to get my mobile oder they told me to come back @5:50 which is 30 more minutes, I’m disappointed because this is the fourth time this happened, sorry McDonalds but the manager needs to imported this, thank you!

You can’t go inside to order they make your order mobile and to top it off they don’t let you get extra fries for the kids meal. Drive thru people are rude and no customer service. Never again!

My order was all wrong and everytime i been there they always make u wait in the parking lot for the rsst of ur food

Fast service on curbside pick up but Make sure you check you food before leaving they forgot dipping sauce for nuggets... we all know how important they are

Walked in stood there for at least 8 minutes ,was completely ignored and at least 4 employees were standing right in front of me doing anything, I mean if they were busy at least tell me "Ill be right with you." Or " how can I help u "or "u have to order drive thru only" . O yea and there was also an employee sitting on dinning room kept looking at ME!! like I was weird but never said anything. So I Finally walked out and left. Extremely rude and ignorant service.

They parked 4 cars back to back and they didnt know what car order what....then she ask me what I ordered I tell her n just walks away without saying anything then she kept handing the bag to other customers n they kept returning(my bag got touched by 3 other ppl after I already had told the girl my order...but what can I say this McDonalds has always had bad service...all I had order was 4 sandwich and 1 hash brown 😂 this was at around 8am 7/23

Food was consistent as always but drinks didnt come out at the same time and had to go back twice. Love me some Micky Ds tho

A lot of the previous workers at this location has been rude and had no customer service at all. They would stand around talking about their partying from the night before or who said what and what they said in reply. Even a manager was fighting with her crew yelling at them saying, "if you dont want to work with me, then leave. We will get someone else,". Very unprofessionalism being seen by drive thru customers. BUT this last month has been different. The drive thru workers are saying, "hi how are you, thank you, have a great day". That makes people want to go back to them. The sweet tea in the past used to have a fishy after taste. I dont know if they have a new brand of tea or if they are measuring the right amount of sugar in it now, but it is delicious now. Makes me want to drink it slow to savor every sip of it.This location is looking up.

Lately there service has improved the attitudes of employees have improved i see new faces and I like them because they have been smiles and respectful compared to a few months ago

I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches plain and they said customized on the slip outside but actually had mayonnaise and lettuce inside. My children are lactose intolerant and dont like lettuce so I wasted my time (due to excessive linesand money.

Now I remember why I stopped buying food from here. This was the only place open & my boys were hungry sooooo.The fries were not good & there new chicken burgers were not good. They tried to imitate Chick Filet but failed horribly.

Heather was so rude she wears black glasses and she was wearing a blue shirt. She was so extremely rude because they hand made a mistake and had put no cheese on our food and we asked for cheese. She was so rude very very disrespectful. She needs better costumer service.

Food was fresh at 10:40am.. mcchicken, chicken nuggets, double cheeseburgers, and french fries .. wait time was a little long for a short line so theres a trade off

Horrible customer service. I kept getting cut off while I was ordering and she was so rude. They also forgot to put some of my order in the bag. We had to go back to get the items they forgot and the manager laughed in our faces. To bad its illegal to snatch them out of the drive through window and give them each a little attitude adjustment because if it wasnt, my hands would be very tired.

I dont understand what is wrong with these people here. You ask for one thing and they give you the opposite. They mess up orders all the time im done with this restaurant till they find a way to do the simple things right

Today at 1:57 pm the girl the the drive through was rude as hell the one handling out the food ! Shafter McDonald’s never gets your orders right and always missing something worse McDonald’s I’ve ever had to experience any other McDonald’s I’ve been too besides shafter their staff is friendly and they always get our orders right ! Management needs to step up the game and talk to their employees!!!!

I ordered 2 sausage and cheese McMuffins for my husband, a deluxe breakfast for my son, and oatmeal with coffee for myself. I drove from Shafter to Bakersfield to take my husband breakfast at work only to find out that my husbands breakfast wasn’t in the bag. I ended up giving him my sons deluxe breakfast then drove back to tell them what happened. The manager was rude and said she was absolutely SURE she gave me my whole order. She said I ordered two McMuffins and she put them in the bag. THEN proceeds to give me one sausage McMuffin because they accidentally charged me for only ONE McMuffin. So I drove all the way back from Bakersfield for $1.59. I was upset that my order was wrong, the inconvenience of the drive, basically being called a liar, and my child wanted pancakes not a dry biscuit sandwich. I ended up parking in the drive thru with customer service because she said if I had a problem that I needed to call customer service. But refused to fix what she messed up. Eventually she gave me the breakfast and told me very rudely that NEXT TIME I wasn’t getting free breakfast and said HAVE A NICE DAY YOURE BLOCKING MY DRIVE-THRU .

Todays trip to McDonalds was a total disaster. I ordered 2 large sweet teas with extra ice. They gave me 2 large unsweetened teas with very little ice. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets Happy meal. They gave me a 4 piece. We ordered a mcdouble with extra onions and no cheese. They gave me a mcdouble no onions and with cheese. Yes we had a very bad visit at McDonalds today. I may not visit there again!!!

The workers were very rude, and the manager didnt even say anything. And when we asked for a couple of strawberry jam packets the worker yelled from across the floor, saying they only had grape. Then threw a handful in the bag for only 2 sandwiches.

Drive-ThruWith the remodel has come a drive-thru hassle. You now have to circle the entire parking lot just to get into the drive thru and once you do you have a very good chance of hitting the cement poles that line it as they force your vehicle into too tight of an area. There are already plenty of scrapes on several poles. The service isnt too bad, 4 stars, and the food is a decent value and always seems fresh.Dine-InThe remodel brought in two ordering kiosks and a better atmosphere. There is usually a mess with several sticky tables and crumbs/trash scattered. The wait is far above average with up to 30 minutes wait time once you have ordered; 10-15 minutes is about my normal experience at this McDonalds. The people are generally friendly and the food is not a bad value. I place a simple order but it is almost always correct, 99 out of 100. Drink machine usually has what I want. Bathroom (mensis not terrible but can usually use a cleaning

So they have the self order things and they give you a number but then never deliver. They had no napkins. Had no Ice Tea. Bathrooms and tables were filthy. Probably won’t come back here again. Service was terrible.

Yeah well you know. McDonalds is McDonalds. The fries will always be unmatched and the quality of the food has increased since 2005, but this stuff still can literally cause cancer and birth defects according to their company health warning. All in all things considered, 4/10.

Looks to be recently remodeled and looks nice. The staff was nice and friend, but I do have one complaint. They have two of those multi drink machines (I believe it is call "Free Style"and some of the drinks taste awful. I tried the diet coke and zero coke, but both did not taste right/good. This is not a problem with just McDonalds, but any restaurant that have these machines. Some of the drinks do not taste good. I wonder if it is residue from other drink flavors coming out that causes the problems. I asked an employee about it and she said yes, it does not tastes good at all and she offered me a fresh refill from the regular machine they use in the drive thru. That refill tasted great and normal. McDonalds needs to have Coke fix these machines or do not use them. McDonalds is known for having excellent drinks, but they failed big time here.

Renovated but the same crappy service and if you order your food to go, make sure everything is there. Theres always something missing, thats how they steal your $, by the time you get to your destination you realize your food is not there. Just dont go there!

Newly renovated mcdonalds. Same terrible staff. Customer service here is horrible. My order is wrong 75% of the time. Even with the management. The drive through wait is ridiculous. Ive waited 15 minutes several times times in the drive through. Every time i ask for sauce the managers and employees say that its in the bag. It never is.

I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru to give my order. I was then told to wait 5 minutes more for my food. I asked for my money back and the ignorant manager told me I was not at Burger King. I cant have it my way. I told her to come outside so she can find out exactly where were at. The food is never how you want it. The fries are always cold. I will travel to Wasco for better service. McDonald in shatter maybe upgrading the building. But they need to upgrade there Staff. Starting with Management.
