It is better than the McDonalds in Bangkok because the McDonalds in Bangkok "DOES NOT" have American Ketchup, nor does it have Black Pepper.It is so nice to see MacThai permitting its locations on the motorway to live up to McDonalds corporation expectations. McDonalds Thailand is breaking the rules by not having the common condiments of McDonalds around the world.This McDonalds is GREAT. (on both sides of the toll road)Wake Up, McDonalds Thailand and operate your business properly.

Quite impressed with the helpful service here. Our orders arrived very quickly & were very tasty.

Introduced quarter pounders but cooked for same time as a single thin burger, pink in middle and tasted awful.

Its a McDonalds what can I say ! They speak English, decent bathrooms for a traveler and quick service with a smile. Better than one in Pattaya actually.

This NC Donalds situated on A7 motorway from Bangkok to Pattaya very big and very good service food is tasty and well prepared staff are friendly and efficient with orders whether it a breakfast lunch or dinner or just a snack meals are good I used the one on route from BKK to Pattaya there is also a MC Donald on opposite side for travelling from Pattaya to Bangkok

Ordered my meal at self serve. Manager came over after I paid and removed me from the store for not wearing a mask even though I pointed out to her every other customer not wearing a mask.. how do I eat food while wearing a mask? Last time I dine in at a McDonalds store in Thailand.

Same old Mc

Maccas is the same everywhere. You know what to expect - poor service; average prices and food and a menu which doesnt change from store to store. We keep going back there anyway because we are conditioned; lazy and probably have no choice as we are in a rush to think about the calories.

Fast delivery and nice staff

Am i in Twilight zone. How in the world do they not know what a bacon egg mcmuffin is. They have bacon. They have eggs. Put it in the muffin!!!!!

As all McDonalds quick easy food nothing to write home about.The restaurant its in need of repair bit rundown but ok for a quick in ardour visit

McDonalds is always good, pre orders too, so it was good choice for fast food

A nice little stop on the way back from Pattaya to Bangkok made convenient with it being a drive-thru literally by driving in ordering pay pickup drive off service was good fast clean and efficient.

$0.50 for a small dollop of mayonnaise- only in Thailand (ps. Ketchup is (stillfree of charge🤪🤪

Well, its McDonalds. Sometimes they have great deals and tasty food. But this stuff cant be healthy for you.

Slow service at 7am which I was not ecpecting. Usually breakfast time but they seemed to be doing the full menu which seriously slowed down breakfast orders.Food is as expected though, hot and tasty.

Very friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. You know what you are getting with McDonalds. Along with free bathrooms and wifi, its a convenient and comfortable place to have a break.

This was very disappointing. The food was worse than frozen dinner.

Awful! Cannot recommend. Wrong order delivered, after a polite complaint got the same peace of burger back and the story not ended here!

Awful. Useless. And got my order wrong. 3 times.For a mega chain. Youd expect at least some quality behind the counter. Staff are good. But seems they need a little bit more training

The hamburgers took 15 minutes to come and it was a simple chicken Teriyaki burger.The toilets were dirty and stinking. This is basic hygine.Never expected this from a McDonalds.

The burger was tasty, Mc Donald style. The ordering system with touchscreen just terrible. Especially during Covid times. I did not see any hand sanitizer.

Usual McDonalds but service was dreadfull if more than a handful of customers you will wait hours to be served , if in a hurry try the drive through that seemed to work better. Dont forget to smile as that will be the only smile in the place....not sure what happened here as used to be great then from one day to the next went from great to really terrible.

Pork burger i just wishes one day it serve in Indonesia.. I think its a must have so yummy also thier spinach cheese pie😍😍 OMG really love the taste.. It will be missing

5 stars during early morning during weekdays. A very nicely decorated branch, very cozy place to have breakfast. They already have self service kiosk where you can fully customize your burger! just like what I watched on youtube for kiosk like this in the USA.The signature collection burgers are great! the angus beef is already my favourite. Really worth the price.

Terrible. This applies to the branch which is on the highway on the way to Pattaya. There are only 3 machines to take your order, and one lady trying to help. Many of the prices are higher than a normal branch, well my guess is 20-30% above normal but just a guess. I asked why, answer because it is on the highway. I have been going there ever since it opened, but never again. The prices were always like any branch not anymore! They seem to have done what restaurants do on the airside at the airport. Where due to high rent their costs are higher. It would be interesting to know what increased McDonalds costs. This is the first time I have seen this since the branch opened. And I was there abt 6 months ago. Be warned. Also no Equal for the coffee, bad luck for diabetics. Burger King has Equal.

Surprisingly bad food . Service was very friendly and efficient, the stars were given because of the staff. The fries were the soggiest, oiliest disgustingness ever. I have never had such bad fries in McDonalds. Cheeseburger was really salty. No idea why.

Quick & fast service. Well McDonald’s standard Clean toilet available on 2nd floor. Great staff. Good thing is that you can use same promotions as in city here .

Good place for having a quick meal on the way to eastern area in motorway.Have toilet on 2nd floor.About 30 seats are available.

Its ok for rest and eatting.The restroom is on second floor. Its quite clean.

An extremely popular and busy fast food chain.Service can be chaotic as some locals and foreigners have little idea about a queueing system. Stand your ground and you have a better chance of getting served.The place is moderately clean, although a few customers believe that tidying their table is someone elses job.Moderately priced and set amongst a multitude of competition.

Big Place and Good choice to find something to eat LOL.

The McDonald’s restaurant is well decorated. The McFish is good. The views on the second floor are good. The restrooms are on the second floor. The staff is friendly and helpful.
