McDonald's in Goodland

The two ladies at the drive thru window were the most smiley McDonalds employees in the whole country. Ordering from them was sweeter than the iced coffee and smoothie we got :)

Doors were locked. People still freaking out about the fake vir us.

Inside says open till 11 but nope that is not the case and cant take a semi through the drive thru. Dude just looked at us through the window and someone stuck there head out the drive thru and gave a stupid look.

Cant go wrong with cheap and filling

The last 4 times I have gone through the drive through the customer service has been awful! The guy at the window was rude and one time stared at us and didn’t even talk to us just opened and closed the window until our food was ready. This made my wife and I very uncomfortable.

One Dollar large drinks and Fries are the Best. McDonalds food is Very Popular in 2022. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is always a treat.

Dining room closed!!Ordered ahead on my mobile app, walked over to go inside to eat and sign on the door says dining room closed. I’m a truck driver so the drive thru isn’t an option.

The landscape and parking lot looks great! Good customer service and food.

Staff was awesome, made accommodations for all of us from the greyhound even though they were short staffed and the lobby was closed, and even with a bus load of people and a full drive thru they were still timely

Great location, food was good and there was a parking lot in the back, worked great to walk the dog. Id stop in again.

This was a typical McDonalds. It was clean and fast and the restrooms were clean.

Very friendly, order came quickly and accurately. The kiosk is helpful for me, with several kids. I am able to view the menu, sort by categories, and take time to discuss what each kid would like. I just wish they had the regular McChicken sandwich.

The food was hot and fresh. Great service and very polite.

Cannot walk in for food, the whole country is open now, but not this mcdonalds and my semi does not fit in the dtive thru. Thanks for nothing.

Wasnt open. And then thay open up just to accommodate the bus passengers

Received very good friendly service at this location. Food was the normal MC Ds that we have come to rely on while traveling.

Bad Management named Omar. Very rude to customers & would not recommend this location because of them. Josh that works there was very kind and great personality.

I stopped here on the way back from Colorado. People seemed friendly. Always enjoy Mcds!

I only get soda and fries everything else is way to salty and flavorless over processed food. If you love your family go somewhere else...You deserve much better food not to mention the ice cream machine is broken most of the time...

Clean up was needed at the drinking fountain, but good fast service for a whole greyhound bus full of people

Showed up on Thanksgiving day. Google said they were open. We circled the drive thru twice & could see employees inside the building, the employees refused to answer the drive thru window & continued to walk around hiding behind the windows until we left. They would not come to the window or answer us so we just left. We will never come here again. Extremely shady business.

Badly made, hand made sign announced that the dining room was closed. Hence, no bathroom. This place is on the Interstate. People want/need to get out there cars. OPEN THE DINING AND QUIT BEING STINGY WITH WITH YOUR STAFFING. Its like owners are learning they can make money with fewer staff while blaming others for bad service.

Awesome McDonalds! The manager actually helped out anyone that could not afford a meal today on the Greyhound bus that stopped here for a meal break.

Had been traveling from Wyoming and needed to spend nite. And we wanted to get close to home as we could before we stopped to spend a few hours to sleep I pulled up RV parking app and it said that it would allow people to spend the night in a parking lot on the West Side contacted the manager and some lady at the service desk told us that we could not stay there even though I needed to buy groceries as well so we left and went to the casino parking lot

I had a very simple order. McDouble bundle and a large Coke.The crew working here has no clue whats going on. I had to repeat my order three times at the first window to pay, was told the wrong amount and had to correct him. At the second window I had to repeat my order three more times then I was handed the wrong bag of food and a Dr Pepper. It was like they didnt understand English.I gave two stars, because once I got the correct order, the food was fresh.

Idk what her name was, but the blonde with glasses working the drivethru on 9/18 around 4:45 pm, thank you again so much for making that pot of coffee! It was delicious & much needed for a weary traveler who still had a long way to go!

Lady Was laughing while taking my order. Very unprofessional. Food time was ok. No longer have certain two for three deals. Ordered all mckickens got all spicy mckickens. Burgers were barely warm. Some McDonalds just need good workers!

Horrible attitude by the ‘employee’ when I simply asked why their lobby was closed. Not everyone can go thru the drive thru. It is possible to keep the lobby open and still close your dining area to allow customers to walk in and order and get their order to go.

My husband and I were on our way to Utah , in our motor home, when we decided to stop by McDonalds in Goodland, Kansas. Only the drive thru was open, and I happen to see Ryan outside, bringing someone’s food to the car. I told him our situation ( that we couldn’t drive though, evidently.)He took me inside, and everyone was so nice! They fixed us up and we had hot food! A big thank you for going out of your way for us! It was truly appreciated!!’

Don’t think the cashier lady has seen a brown guy before.She was very nice over the speaker but went full 180* on that when she saw me.Gave me the coldest stare without saying a word, as she handed me my receipt

Of course McDonald’s is a common delight but, we ordered online a while ago and it’s been almost 30 minutes and we still haven’t got our food! Unexceptional.

That is their idea of large fries nearly empty what a rip off for the price

Dining room is closed but none of the employees are wearing masks. Also our of ice cream like every day. Pretty sure it’s just laziness

It was okay, the dining room is still closed which was unfortunate, however they did get our order out in about 7 minutes. We did a mobile order and parked at one of the drive up spots.

2 cars in front of us at the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get our order. The car in front of us waited that long for 2 ice cream cones. They must have had a staffing issue, because the employees were not worried about making my order. They were cleaning for what looked like a shift change? Horrible customer service. But he did apologize for our wait at least.

The county health department has no active Covid cases today and lobby is closed. I ordered on the app and it has taking forever. Guy in drive thru said they are working on it. Long line in drive thru. Poor customer service. Noticed several cars pulled up to try and go into lobby. They could not and went to nearby restaurants. The store will have issues with this level of service. Still no food going to ask for refund and go to another restaurant.

Came into McDonalds when the state troopers pulled over our greyhound bus to look for someone. All of the people on my bus were free to go. Got a mCchicken sandwich and a water. Water was kinda bland and probably couldve just if eaten some fresh snow instead. Besides that, 10/10

So easy to get in and out of. The lines move pretty fast. Love the deals in the app. So glad they kept some drinks in there. I stopped there every day I go by. If they could have kept their salads but I understand.

Well it would of been more stars If I didnt open my second cinnamon bun box to find a cold HALF EATEN spicy chicken sandwich in it and not my cinnamon bun; Otherwise, the other food I ordered was hot and delicious. I was super excited to eat this cinnamon bun, but the joy was taken right from me..you know who you are, hope you enjoyed it lol

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Might as well hand them your money and let them give you what they want because thats what they do anyway. Pretty sad when they cant read what you order. A spicy chicken is definitely not a sausage biscuit. I will not ever be back there again.

Did you know that McDonalds now offers rare burgers? By offer I mean, you get what you get. Fries overcooked and meat under cooked. Maybe the grill person and the fry person need to change positions. Not the first time this has happened. Guess they are used to people off the freeway who dont have time to come back and complain.

Waited half hour for food a bunch of us and some people ahead of me didnt get any food they got refund it seems so many computer and mechanicals dont work truthfully bring the humans back to the service .. it is always faster and more delightfully .. technology is ruining it all to much ... In moderation its good . It was the problem and always is the problems at McDonalds and other restaurants and business . Bring the human touch back it works better for all evryone in the room says the same thing come on man enough is enough ..

My food was cold. I asked for Mac sauce on my McDoubles and was charged for it and there was none on my burgers. Cheap meal but it should still be edible. I think my burgers had been sitting for a long time. By far the worst food I’ve had from this place. Do better.

I had a fish fillet sandwich that was cool in the middle. The fries were over cooked and barely warm. My sister and my nephew both said their fries tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for hours. We were traveling so it was a little hard to go back and demand that they give us better food.

After hours visit was fast and friendly! Food was hot and yummy! I know lots of people like their french fries but I do not but its actually cheaper to buy the combos. Definitely would go here again!

Filthy inside. Just passing through, stopped for quick breakfast.Bathroom needs cleaning, floors at filthy, 95% of tables need wiping down. Place was slow, no reason they couldn’t clean.Watched server spill a coffee drink and ignored the blob dropped.However, food was fresh made and hot, staff was friendly.Work on the cleanliness and you’ll have a great restaurant.

This establishment has completely went downhill. EVERY TIME we come in here the last few months, it is trashed. Disgusting and filthy! Employees standing around, eating, talking, etc. You have to clean off your own table.... the floor is gross. Makes you wonder how the back is kept! It hasnt even at least been swept. I can get it, if it was super busy, but it wasnt. I ordered food, they didnt repeat it back, so of Course they missed a bunch of a stuff. Got charged for a double quarter pounder and it was a single. Completely RIDICULOUS... NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO TO ARBYS OR SONICS!

The restaurant was fairly clean and the area surrounding was quiet and nice. The people and staff were friendly as this establishment however it seems that the restrooms were not built big enough for the building capacity itself. This McDonalds is a quick stop for a long road trip.
