Deben modernizarse en cuanto a la atención. De todo lo demás están bien

En el auto rápido deben ser más cordiales con los clientes.

Muy desordenado el sistema, mucho enredo y errores en los pedidos al usar el auto rápido.

Fui hoy 2 de abril y fue algo totalmente incómodo... una calor no se que le paso a el aire acondicionado area social para los niños cerrado la cajera ni la supervisora saben meter los códigos de las promociones de la app los trabajadores sudando de la calor el jugo de la cajita feliz es agua con colorante ni a mi me gusto y a mis hijos menos que decepción

Excelente atención ubicación estacionamiento no hay filas largas

Abren muy tarde, antes abrían a las 7:00 am y ahora a las 8:00 am, al que entra a trabajar no le alcanza el tiempo. Adicionalmente, las porciones son escasas en comparación a antes

Te atienden porque tienen que hacerlo... hacer una pregunta es como un fastidio para los que toman pedidos en auto rapido... son groseros y responden groseramente.. mal servicio.. no dan ganas de pasar por ahi a pedir nada porque te van a recibir con ese trato malisimo...

I have frequented Maccas often. However the cuarantine makes you realise nearly $5 is just too much for a coffee with a silly little muffin!! Did not buy today!

Probé la soda y tenía un sabor extraño como a detergente, pedí que me la cambiaran y la señora de la caja se sirvió soda y dijo que le sabia normal, me dieron otra soda de otro sabor y tenía el mismo sabor a detergente. Pedimos una hamburguesa de pollo bacon a la parrilla y el pollo estaba seco y parecía recalentado. Muy mala experiencia.

This is one of the dirtiest Mc Donalds I have ever been to. Flies everywhere, dirty mop in a bucket with even filthy water being used to mop the floors. Nope.

The dirtiest Mc Donald I have seen so far. There was plenty personnel inside, but it seemed that there was no structure. After they had cleaned the floor, it was still very dirty. Do they use any cleaning products? This place should get a very thorough cleaning of floor, chairs, tables, walls, kitchen and toilet.Personnel was eating while preparing food.Some basic etiquette, discipline and structure is missing.
