Its a little hectic picking up your food but all in all its Mc Donalds 👍💯

Great view with classic mac meal but crowded on the water front tables

The service was slow. I could see they were understaffed. While I was there an employee came from the outside and proceeded to cook some foods. He did not wash his hands or have gloves on. I had to ask the manager to ask him to wash his hands. Not the best McDonalds by far. Even in taste.

Unfortunately got food poisoning after dinner here

The staff are super polite, the view is the best, but the toilets are horrible. They are leaking, most of the items in the toilets are damaged and poorly maintained

In general, its a McDonalds like any other McDonalds. The meals are good standard, the prices fair. The staff is friendly and the restaurant in good shape. But it deserves the extra star for the location of the restaurant. Its directly beside the Nile River and has a nice open air area. That area is nice at the evening or at winter, midday in Summer its too hot to sit there. But in general a nice place to have a fine standard McDonalds meal.

Good place for family but very crowded

This is only MCdonalds which do not give change.after I complained like you should give me change. this is international company. he gave me change after 5 seconds.I never know whether this comes from MC Donalds employees education problem or here.anyway, here is the fisrt mc Donalds which try not give change.

The air conditioner is out of order and my order out of stock

Big Mac meal for 50LE. Ridiculous.Don’t expect to dine in, it’s as if this is the only place to eat and the line to order shows it.Despite overflowing with customers, I noticed all the orders came out without complaints.Restrooms inside.

It was open during ramadan. Its McDonalds, but slightly worse. Fries were OK, but nuggets and burger was worse than normal, and my coca cola was poured from a 2 liter bottle and not the dispenser.

I love trying McDonalds in different countries.. this one had cheese sticks! Yum!

The view from McDonalds is amazing, the food isnt great and the hot chocolate was kinda watery. But its a great place to sit by the nile.

MAC. In Aswan is ranked among the most beautiful 20 Macdonalds in the whole world ...it overlooks the river Nile ...and for the price of a big tasty ( or even one sunday ice cream you can enjoy the view of a 5 stars hotel ( Grand hotel 😉)

I had to give this McDonalds a 5star review...I have eaten at MacDonalds all over the world and this small little restaurant is the first to actually get our order correct. This may not seem like a big deal but I dont speak Arabic and the order taker didnt speak english..English.. he managed to get it all right the first time.Very small, but it does overlook the Nile.2 big Mac value meals upgraded to XLs and a spicy chicken sandwich and a small 6pc McNugget all for 130egp about $8.50

The burger was krap.The fries were ok.No room inside, sitting outside you have to beat the flys off or risk the chance of eating one. Might be better than the burger to be honest.

Good spot for tourists. The employees understood English well enough to communicate. The food is pretty much identical to American McDonalds, and the building quality is quite a bit nicer than most American ones

Absolutely awesome! Taste exactly like American MacDonalds! The portions are huge! Prices are great! Definitely a popular spot for tourists & locals alike! 5/5 definitely recommend if you are looking for a fast food trusted food.

After 10 days of travel, McDonalds is the ultimate comfort food for food that is predictable and fairly priced. We seldom eat it back home in the US, but abroad its a must have. This one overlooks the Nile, and staff is friendly and fast.

I went there three times at 9pm, Friday evening was open but the lights were shut off and it looked deserted, Saturday and Sunday they closed early even though there were many people still inside . Weirdest McDonalds Ive ever been. Cannot recommend.

We always visit a McDonalds during a trip abroad.This one has outside seating along the Nile River, which sets it apart.The place was efficient and clean.All in all a positive experience.

May be the best view on the river Nile in Aswan. The menu is as usual but sadly no touchscreen order panels, hence prepare for long queues.

Listen, we’ve been in Egypt a week now and we had to take the plunge! Being from 15km away from the first McDonald’s outside of Chicago it’s in my blood haha I’m not gonna lie, the Big Mac was good and the fries taste just like back home. At 46 Egyptian pounds for the Big Mac Value meal 3$ it was well worth it. Also this McDonald’s is known as having a great view and it doesn’t disappoint!

Amazing views but need to clean the glass windows looks sad

Am not satisfied with the taste of this food...My suggestion is dont prefer this food.Here what ever we are eating all are Gastric items and these items are not good for health.My friend invented me for treat, I went here only one time they give cool drinks that drinks I Anabel to drink and I throughout in dustbin , not only me my friends also..I never forget these in life.In this restaurant maximum people are wasting food try to avoid it.

I stopped here to pick a quick snack. Sadly, it was the second day of Eid el Fetr, and the place was full of kids. Tables were filthy with some crubs and paper left lying on the floor. Beware if the fixed benches as they may fell as you sit on them. Also, flies were all over the place. This place was once one of the best, but now it is terrible.

A great place to take some rest during the hot weather. The staffs are friendly, their English is good enough and most of all, unlike other restaurants in Egypt, they give us all the changes we’re supposed to get!!

A bit pricey for Aswan standards but pretty cheap lets be honest. WiFi is okay when I was there. I didnt see any outlets. Tastes pretty much like a regular McD. Crowds of foreigners. Takes credit card, obviously. Would return. I think its better than the KFC somewhat nearby. That one is more pricey and IMHO not as good. These two are probably your only best bets for Western fare. They have outside seating and it is by the water. Wow. An Oasis in the desert. Thank you America.

So, my significant other would not let me go in here. Sad, because it looks like the coolest McDonalds on the planet. Three stories tall and sitting on the Nile. I cannot imagine a better place in the world to enjoy a Big Mac, or whatever it’s Egyptian equivalent is.

We got here because we were unsure where to get dinner and we wanted fries. The place was full of young families and youngsters. We were the only foreigner there. Haha. The place is next to the water. So you can enjoy the view and the cool breeze. The quality was ok. I was just upset that my coke zero didnt have the fizz that I like when we open a new can of soda.

Clean, modern, good McDonalds food. Comfortable water front seating. Busy with locals, and tourists.

Sausage, egg & cheese, hash brown and orange juice. 32.00 Egyptian pounds are $1.76 US. Very good. The views of the Nile, the boats and the ruins across the river are peaceful. Stop by beware No wifi.

McDonalds is popular with the young Eygptians and their families. Finding a table was a hunters sport.McDonalds was created to be a fast food chain, this mcdonalds was not fast. It took 30 minutes to queue, order, wait and then receive food.Once the food arrived it meant standard Mcdonald expectations with very little local variations to the menu, presentation or taste of the food.The toilets were clean but had no toilet paper.
