McDonald's in Veszprem

Parking is impossible here. Like other reviews are pointing out; most of the food wasnt fresh. But its super busy so most likely that wont change.2 stars because it was quick and cheap -.-

Total chaos. We’ve been waiting for our order over 15 minutes. The staff’s work is unorganised and chaotic. Not doing what they’re supposed to do. I am not satisfied.

Totally neglected McDonalds. Toilets have not seen any service in days, no paper, no soap and absolutely disgusting. Food tray still had oil from previous order. Many peole working there but mainly standing still doing nothing.

Update 2022:New year, new chance. Still terrible place. Sandwichwes were not fresh. And there were missing items form the order (all the 3 straws). Have to walk in after order from drive. There was a dedicated manager for the complaints. Same time an other guy didnt get the sweet potato fries.2021:More than 30 mins service time after payment (4 bigmacs, 2 fries, 2 iceteas). 2 napkins for 4 people. Dirty restroom. Slippery (greasyfloor. Full trashcans. Overcrowded restaurant. Overloaded, exhausted staff. Awful customer experience.

The service was great! Probably the best Ive ever had in a fast food place. The food on the other hand was unexpectedly bad. I had the Big Mac chicken sandwich menu. The sandwich was tasteless... no salt or spices. The French fries were just like cardboard, both in texture and flavor. I mean, I know it is fast food, but still... McDonalds, if you try to please everyone by having bland food, then you will end up pleasing none.

Cant complain, i ordered and payed on the application inside the store, the food was good and delivery fast. Would recomment.Taste of the egg with bacon could be better.

Good service and fresh breakfast served. Nice cortado coffee too. Decent wifi also.

I would never imagine that you can screw mcdonadls so badly. I cant write about food because there was no food. We ordered on the touch screen and started to wait. We were checking screen with order numbers from time to time. After 30 minutes of waiting our order disapeared from that screen. We went to ask what is going on. Explanation was that we waited for so long that order got removed and we got refund...

Good soup

It has been renovated in 2021 summer. It is the most clean McD I have ever seen and it has a modern interior.

Waited 40 mins to get the order - after complaining, twice. And it seems like this is the standard here. First and last visit.

Nice enough McDonalds

Slowest McDonalds Ive ever been to. Waiting in the queue for 25 minuntes, and there where only 2 people in front of us.

The dirtiest slowest McDonalds I have ever been around the world, they dont bring out the burgers that take longer to cook, they dont fill up the ice machine, you have to ask for ice (if theyd told you it doesnt work you could ask beforehand...The upstairs seating aeria was filthy, dirty trays, nobody cleaned the tables, they dont give a hoot about COVID for sure.

Just cant stand the ultra low quality and terrible taste of ALL McDonald items... Please folks, go to Burger King instead, its worth the extra effort to eat something fresh n juicy.. .

Especially for hungarian understanding; extra ordinary friendly staff for non Hungarian tourists!

The restaurant is in a very tiny place. There is no place nearby to park your car. Want to grab McDrive? Enjoy the wait in line. Been to quite a few McDonalds but this one is by far the worst. Ps.: Watch out, the McDrive order process is a convoluted mess compared to the other McDonalds in the country. I would just pick up a pizza instead if you must grab a bite in this city.

Serving the customers in the last few months was rude..... The workers arent kind nowadays.

Worst McDonalds in Europe. The soda was like warm and not carbonated and the fries were soft and bland.

An average McD for emergencies. The city has many better options!
