The McDonalds on Arsenal Street in Watertown is great. Food came out with no issues and was hot and fresh. The graveyard is doing a great job, thank you :)))

Worst food at a McDonalds ever... burgers were over cooked and buns were burnt... forgot a French fry... terrible service

This McDonald’s is family friendly and quick with the food. If y’all have kids I recommend this McDonald’s it’s way better then the one by fort drum.

I have given this location numerous times to get it right, but somehow they always fail. By all means, I am not a finicky person..., I can handle lukewarm fries, but anything less is unacceptable, and today, again, the fries were cold. To serve cold fries to customers is truly less than par. This location used to be decent, estimating 3 years ago and back..., but since, I am unsure of what has happened, but management needs to get it corrected. At breakfast you cant get what you ordered. If not at peak lunch time, cold fries. At dinner, forget about it..., always a wait in line, and usually for lukewarm to cold food, or wrong order entirely. Its official, State Street location is now our Golden Arches of choice. I have soooo many get free coupons from this location for mistakes, its nuts. Just get it right the first time is all I ask.

I usually eat my lunch time and dinner times here at random. I really like their tables of such classy make and design. I also like their chain music in the 50s, 60s style of the genre era. Unlike with other restaurants. Inside this location of our local McDonalds is very clean inside and very healthy.

They seem to be having issues cooking their burgers all the way through. I got one and it was pink inside so I returned it for another, they gave 2 reinbursement cards and a replacement, checked it and thought it was fine, but I rechecked it when I got home while it was in the fridge and it was pink inside too. Someone like me wont get sick from something like that, however others VERY MUCH CAN AND WILL get sick from it. PLEASE cook things properly. Avoiding this location for a month at least!

Its McDonalds, pretty much exactly what you expect. Definitely need to work on their parking lot layout, their pick-up lines are angled too sharply, in my opinion.

Fast service during a busy peak time of day. The food was freshly made and hot. All orders (food for 6 peoplewere correct and special requests were followed by staff.

One of the nicer McDonalds around. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Flowers on the tables is a nice differentiating touch.

The prices keep going up but the food is getting worse!!

Fries were fresh, no grilled chicken, the chicken sandwich I got was disappointing. I should have saved the money and got a McChicken they taste better.

The manager Summer in a blue shirt treated me badly when I went to pick up an order, just because I speak Spanish, she must understand that without clients she would not have a job so bad for her, this Company should not have this type of people working for them, what she did is racism and she did it in front of other clients.I went shopping today and one of my orders was a Happy Meal to go, its amazing to see how they had a young woman taking the food outside, there were so many of us that she didnt know who each order was from and for me she came home and 🤦🏻🤦🏻‍♀️ They didnt throw the hamburger at the Happy meal, they called the store and they could only say come pick it up, have a nice day. What a lack of respect. This store is going from bad to worse.

Late night McDonalds I got was a milkshake and some donuts but Ill tell you what their soda was nasty

They are so ignorant there they dont know enough to put meat on a big Mac. The two younger managers that work there 1 male, 1 female are too immature for a management position. They laugh at your frustrations. They have robbed me so many times by messing up my order. Its never in your favor. Youre always missing something from the order.

I’ve tried daily to get the right order via door dash, Uber eats, and in person visits. I just want my correct order - it’s the same every day. And it shouldn’t take an hour on a day when your “live” status shows “great time to order”

I just absolutely love the app my boys and I are always stopping to grab a bit to eat and it cost us a few bucks and we all get full with the surveys and the app you cant go wrong and is so worth the time

Ordered a whole chicken with Mayo , three pieces of bacon and lettuce and this was the worst experience I could have ever get . You guys are literally the worst place for business

McDonalds on Arsenal Street is one of the best McDonalds weve ever been to. Weve been to several that are extremely slow and of course eggshells in the sandwiches when you finally do get them.

It was a good experience, if your hungry and on the go McDonalds is the place...the people are great and the drive through is very convenient

Absolutely love this restaurant in particular the location always a great staff they are fast and if something is wrong with my order they take care of it right away I go there all the time with friends the food is always fresh as well absolutely love it!

Only one employee was wearing their mask at the drive-thru tonight (11/25/2021). COVID is really bad in this area right now and people like this are not helping.The lady taking the orders was very nice and was wearing a mask like a responsible adult. She deserves a raise for actually caring about the customers health and safety.

Was mocked by the gentleman taking my order today through the drive thru followed by laughing in the background. If I haven’t waited in like so long I would of left and gone somewhere else. What horrible employees. Never recommending or going again.

I came through the drive through late today after work. Was asked to pull forward to wait and did. Waited about 20min before goin in to check on my order. Another lady who had also been waiting came in behind me and just let loose. She was rude and harsh and had no self respect or respect for the employees. I felt embarrassed for her. The employees were really short staffed and busy, but handled the evil customer so well. They stayed calm, courteous and did their best to serve us. I just hope those employees didnt take her evil words and tone to heart. Its a rough job.

Met this guy named Kenny Eastman at McDonald’s. He had great service it was the best I’ve ever had. This man is the best employee in McDonald’s history, he deserves a raise. And employee of the month.

Make sure you check your receipt... I was just charged $8 for SAUCE!! I asked for 4 of each dipping sauce, and was given literally everything from mayo, honey, ketchup every dipping sauce and then some, some of the items that I asked for never made it to the actual order, therefore never received.i understand understaffing, but this is just unreal. If you go here for a meal, good luck 🤞

This McDonalds location I visited at least five times in a week. It gave me an idea about how much people do care even at a place like "McDonalds". I believe that these people truly care about what they put in your bag or on your tray so please show the respect when you arrive at this particular location and thank them for their hard work that typically gets taken for granted and all fast food companies.Great job guys keep up the hard work

Ive only ever been through the drive through. Pretty fast and efficient. Fries and nuggets always nice and crispy.

Double Quarter was very sloppily put together. Fries were definitely not fresh. Drinks were good except we werent given straws. All in all a typical visit to McDonalds drive thru.

Absolutely awful. Employees were rude and made me wait for my order for 15 minutes, I tried asking for service but ended up being ignored. Wasn’t as busy and still had to wait for my food. When I finally got it I was disgusted, there was a hair in between my burger. That and the burger itself was undercooked. Never going here again.

We had super rude service. Received cold fries at 11:30 am,missed part of our ordered and the window girl argued about straws of all things.And these teens are getting 15.50$a hour to be rude..really.

Easy in easy out kind of a shame that you dont get the snack wrap chicken things anymore cuz my wife kind of dug those but if I just need to feed my face or grab something quick for a road trip you cant beat it. The fries are kind of inconsistent and I dont know why used to seeing that you could go and the fries would be nailed every time unless it was like the very end near closing time then you might get the old s*** that was just lingering at the bottom of the basket who knows. But overall better fries and Burger King not as good burgers but more of them so in the end Mickey Ds wins

Food was disgusting. Will never go back there again for anything. Fries were awful, chicken sandwich was gross and even the milkshake wasnt good. We also got chicken nuggets and they tasted awful. What a disgrace. Just being brutally honest.

The lady that was supposed to take our order was very rude. They have the split drive thru and she said to my side "Im busy" and then proceed to take all the cars from the other side. Even after repeatedly saying "hello" and "excuse me" she never replied.

Went there tonight. Asked for them to cook my chicken nuggets and French fries to order. They just re-dunked my chicken nuggets (they were really dry and hard, about broke a tooth), and I was missing the only 2 McDoubles I ordered. Normally I check our bag, but it was all packed into one bag so it was hard to see everything. I ordered more than just the nuggets and McDoubles. Normally Arsenal street McDonalds is the only one I like to get my nuggets from. I was not impressed! When I ask for it to be cooked to order I don’t expect old nuggets just dropped into a fryer to be heated back up. Disgusting.

It has healthy options for food. I personally dont like fast food. However, my children seem to be a big fan of this. So its not bad for ever so often not to be considered a everyday meal plan

Ordered 3 meals:Got three drinks and the fries correct.- 1/4 pounder with bacon and cheese came with no bacon and no pickles- 1 kids 4 piece never got the nuggetsIt’s fast food not missing food....would have checked but we got rushed off

Ordered a little mac among other things and the bun was very burnt, fortunately the staff was super helpful and the rest of the order was great.The inside has had a major upgrade. It feels very modern and clean.Impressed by the new playplace. Staff was handing out fun activities for the children as well.Consider making the parking lot bigger if at all possible :)Great job guys and gals!!

Had the sausage egg and cheese with hash brown and coffee. It was good. Coffee was hot, service was quick and friendly even for the early hour we stopped in on the road. Parking lot had plenty of room for us to pull in with our trucks and boats. Overall nothing to complain about.

I dont know who this gentleman was but he took the time from what I assume was his grand daughter to show kids how to fold paper and make a cube. There ate still good people!!!

Pretty standard food for McDonalds, but staff was nice and also brought the food to our table when it was ready.
