Service was very slow. Drive thru was taking a long time so went inside and same thing. Finally had to ask a worker if someone was taking orders. Saw a couple employees on phones behind the countwr so was kind of aggravating . When we finally got food it was good. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. She rang up a sausage and egg and then charged extra for cheese.
They didnt get me the new adult meal in a box but one of the staff was very kind
Drive thru service sucks. She ruined my feeling. Never go back!
13 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal. Great job. Surprising I had to pull forward for this. They came out twice with the wrong order.
Normal McDonalds with nothing extra special to it. Fries were good and fresh so that was nice. Again, nothing special.
Best sprite 😋 and hot fresh apple pies.. best part ask for fries without salt. 🙂🙂

sat at the drive-through line for five minutes nobody would take the call so I decided to park and go inside the restaurant the cashier finished the order in front of me walked away and stood there for another three minutes nobody will take the order ended up leaving and driving to Burkburnett just to get breakfast if theyre not gonna take the orders or dont have enough people to do their job then they need to shut it down. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with fast food how you walk away from a customer standing in line and then make them wait there for several minutes I do not know
Waited for 15 minutes to pick up order number ending in 104. It’s was on the now serving side of the board but had not even been started yet???? By far the worst McDonald’s in Wichita Falls. The slowest and the most unhappy employees ever. Not only do they act and look like they hate their jobs, but life in general as well. I don’t know what happened at this location cause it always like this. Would like to be more specific. The morning crew is awesome!! Always smiling, friendly, polite!!! It’s the evening shift that doesn’t even acknowledge customers when they come in. I’ve stood at the counter and been totally ignored for over 10 minutes, more than once!!

The pay is too low for the amount of work the dictator of the GM requires you to do. Anybody that sees this review that works there the city of wichita falls is hiting for 12.75/hr plus tips. Your pay will average out to 19-23/hr. I recommended all of you good hands leave that place and come join the mpec. Let that mcdonalds close down and the gm will lose her job. Ive personally seen people order nuggets cooked to order and the employees will pull them from the warmer and throw them in the hot grease for a couple of seconds and call them fresh.
My family and I have to type the cell phone for our orders and show to cashiers what we want. Sometime few of them did not very good at making order for us because we got it wrong or missing a meal. It frustrates us because they supposed to read correctly what we want to order. It wasted our time and money. Please read correctly is very crucial
Things were forgotten in a mobile order, found an employee to make it right, but why are the doors locked at this location, and only drive thru and mobile ordering available its not a particularly bad area by Sheppard Air Force Base either. I am a Disabled Military Veteran from the Air Force.
I visited to get a hotcakes and sausage for breakfast. I wasnt particularly happy that I only get 1 syrup. If you want another, they are charging $0.55!!

SLOWWWWWWW. Only ordered a large fry and large sprite. It took 10mins and then they tried to give me the wrong order, smh. My last time going here!
All-day breakfast was the draw for this trip to a long sit-down in the clean, spacious, restaurant-styled seating of this iconic eatery. Hot hotcakes, "round" eggs (fresh not powered), sausage and a biscuit. Plus piping-hot coffee went down smoothly while waiting for some car maintenance to be performed at a nearby self-owned restoration shop. 20 mins and no "bums rush." A quick clean up and I was out the door, fed, full, and perfectly satisfied. Fully-staffed and with a technological ordering system, the steady flow of customers went on without a hitch even though many older people came and went. Great as ALWAYS. Thanks for the open seating and midday breakfast!

Literally the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They gave us smalls when we ordered larges, I asked them to correct it and some lady yelled at the lady at the window when she told her the order was wrong. They changed the small frappe to a medium (not a large, like I orderedand my frappe had a weird Smokey taste to it like someone threw a cigarette into it. There was only one other customer or car and they had plenty of employees (like at least 6so I don’t know how my order got messed up.. absolutely disgusting :/
I used the app to place my order and when I got to McDonalds they said they did not see my order. They were able to to fill my order but I had to wait a long time!
If I ask for fresh cookies. I want what I asked for. Please make sure there is a napkin in sack.
Order and pay on app and it’s super easy and fast, I’ve found that using drive thru is quicker than parking in mobile order spot. Because priority is keeping that line moving in drive thru
Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries at 8:30pm, after paying I was told to pull around and park. It took until 8:45 to get my order and when I got it it was cold.
McDonalds is on top of their breakfast game!! Friendly and helpful employees, good food and great coffee. Restaurant was very clean.
Foods always good its the service. Like only one drive threw was open so we decided to get take out but it took longer for my take out than if I was to go threw the drive threw. Plus they forgot my frapes so it took even longer. Other than that food was good as always. :)
While the food is alright, the service is awful. 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong, mixed up, or forget something entirely. You could hypothetically get everyones food as even the employees arent quite sure whos food is who. Definitely proceed with caution if you choose take-out.
Holiday st. McDonalds store is trash. Its managers are trash and rude to anyone that has a complaint. Ive witnessed the bull#&$@ on more than one occasion.
Loved this place until drinks were dropped in my car by the person at the window. Yeah that wasn’t cool. The drink carrier wasn’t done correctly to hold the weight of the cups, and I have tan interior. She just handed me napkins and shut the window… ugh
Food was not hot french fries were literally cold 20.00 plus for food that you couldnt eat nuggets old dry had been sitting out no way fresh!!!! what happened to customer service and caring about the food you give customers third time with this place and food being lukewarm or soggy will not recommend or go to again
They dont fill the drinks all the way and they taste strange; bad water source? Also, need to change fryer shortening more frequently.
Just left this location at 10 pm. There are to many children working here, that dont care. The shakes were like milk. Took forever for fries. And They have no manners.
I LOVE McDonalds, but I am truly disappointed in their Big Macs;they are NEVER good. The sauce has a strange,tart taste and theres hardly any on them...I pray they fix this issue- I havent had a GOOD Big Mac since I visited Indiana!!!!!!!
Mornings during the week they have it all together. Lunch and dinner its slower service and I have been given wrong orders before but they made up for it after I was able to get my daughter her desired breakfast. I pulled up right as the menu changed and I had to argue a little but they came through for my daughter and made her the bacon egg cheese mcgriddle. Sweet tea varies, depends on when they make it. Hate that McDonalds doesnt do styrofoam large cups any longer, my ice melts way too fast in the wimpy plastic cups.
Drive tru was quick and easy, they tried their best to get you on your was while making your meal as delectable as possible. My coffee was actually hot and I was happy that my order was not fed up.
WORST customer service ever! When I told them my order was incorrect they told me to go back through the line rather than offer to fix it. Second day in a row my order was missing items. Go across the street to Sonic Drive In where your food is good and the people are great!!
Wouldn’t use the mobile app to place an order through here. Had my wife place the order so I could pick it up knowing she couldn’t physically check in there herself but we had a code to use so we could get our meal. Show up wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told that they have no record of our order being placed and can’t do anything for us except place a new order when we have already paid for the first one. If you have time to kill and want to wait in line for awhile just to be told there’s nothing that can be done then this McDonald’s is for you!
They got my entire order wrong sent out soggy fries closed 30 minutes early didnt let the people behind me order. Manger refused to replace the order without me bring the food back when its late when I know they are closed and I will have to 30+ minutes. I dont want to waste the gas. Just go to any other McDonalds. You will receive waaayy better service and food. Refused to tell me the general managers name so I can speak to them tomorrow.
The cashier had the "you need us more than we need you" attitude. I ordered some nuggets and fries because the base Burger King had closed early and I wanted them for my 3 year old. Well not only was the service not good, the 10 nuggets I would ha e paid $1.49 for at BK cost $4.49. The whole experience wasnt worth the money
They are usually pretty good customer service wise. However their fries ALWAYS need salt. I would recommend adding salt packets to the bags before handing them out because I am tired of having bland fries from McDonald’s.
I order a quarter pounder no onion no ketup and add extra leaf and shredded lettuce and it seems like they can never special orders correct. This is not the first time they messed up my order. I keep going to this place because I understand the turn over rate and I keep hoping they will get the right person. But it seems like they cannot
McDonalds is good. If you need it fast. But the new self order machine doesnt work to take your card so whats the point of ordering over there. When I can go to counter and order.
What can I say about McDonalds that hasnt already been said. I dont eat here that often so when I get an urge for it Im rarely disappointed. The staff is polite, the restaurant is always clean & tidy while the food usually hot & fast.
Horrible service. Cashier was obviously new and manager was of no help. We left before we ordered because it took well over 5 minutes just to take orders on the 3 guys in front if us. Cashier had to check the menu for everything these guys ordered. Poor management not to open a second register. There were 4 other people behind us as well. With a line that long and long wait times, a second register was in order. Sadly, this is what Ive come to expect from this particular location.
Very poor service, but surprisingly only from the morning manager.She loudly (rudelyyells at competent employees within earshot of customers, treats customers like there is a time limit for being in "her" lobby (even when the place is empty at 7am like it was today when I was asked to leave for staying too long, 40 mins.), and rudely told me I "needed to pay for it" yesterday when my order was incorrect ("it" was already paid for and on my receipt).I wont eat here in the daytime anymore. Sonic is right around the corner and its easier than dealing with this lady.
