McDonald's in Fargo

This place has always disappointed me. One simple Strawberry shake took 20 minutes. Then it was wrong size. I will give koodoos to the young lady training. The trainer however seemed lazy. Took three people to change out the sauce. McRookie .I try to avoid this armpit.

This location is the worse one in town. Every time I come in my orders always wrong, also the people they hire for drive-thru dont know how to work the tills to add or subtract anything on the menu. Should be learn the fryer->grill->drive-thru.

The guy at the window was very rude and when i ordered two big mac meals i only received one patty on both off my big Macs. I honestly am never going back their again. They also only refunded me for the big macs, when they should of refunded me for both of the big mac meals.

This location now closes extremely early at 8 p.m.. my fiance and I dont have a car, when we attempted to walk through the drive thru, at 9:15 p.m.,we are told they cant serve us because we arent in a vehicle,!!!!I feel they discriminate because you are on foot??? Why?? Our money spends the same as everybody else.I think this is a horrible policy they are implementing and now they no longer offer convenient hours.Will definitely will not return.

They were fast and accurate, but little to no kindness. We had to wait a little bit and they just handed us our food, with no words. Would be a 4-5 star if the employees spoke up a little bit more.

I did not go to McDonalds for the atmosphere or the quality of the food. I went for the convenience. Their food prices are okay, compared to other fast food places. Their quality is, perhaps, a little subpar compared to other fast food restaurants. The service is the level one would expect from people making minimum wage. They were courteous, but not real friendly.

Pricing is not in line with other McDonald’s (re: chicken nuggets at least), and they don’t have signature sauce. Wish I could return my meal...

My food was ok I ate in the dining room. It was filthy. They was out of Dr pepper the trash was over flowing the tables had trash on them I got sticky stuff on the bottom of my shoes from spilled soda that wasnt cleaned up. I understand it cant be perfect but come on at least try to clean up a little I wont be eating at that McDonalds again.

Had good service. But its a McDonalds so if you been to one you been to them all. Good in a quick pinch for a bite to wat.

3 stars because last time we where here it had very good service. This morning the lady was so rude and crabby. She did get the order right, but was so crabby I wouldnt want to encounter her again. (Granted she may be one of 2 working)

To start off the service was awful bunch of teenagers dancing around doing nothing, swearing, and rude. The food was horrible dripping in grease and poorly put together. I know it’s fast food but I expected a little more effort than what was put forth. I was running a fast food restaurant by 18 I know it’s not that hard to run a fast food restaurant especially when there’s only 2 customers. Management should be fixed or replaced.

Pretty standard McDonalds, parking tends to be a mild pain around lunch rush and the place can get kinda dirty feeling. The decour is mostly older and in general seems to be worn. The crowd itself tends to be the bigger reason I need to knock a star off. You can almost always find somone sleeping or have someone try and panhandle for something another.

I crave 2 hamburgers, sm fries and a small coke couple times per week. Right under five bucks! I think McDs has the best tasting fountain coke ever! Im a Mt dew fan myself, but even if they had that choice, I would still order a "Coke" All sizes are only a buck, yet I never get a large!

We can always count on friendly service at this main street location. Your employees are accurate, kind, efficient. If there should be an issue with an order they promptly resolve the issue. I must say I have not encountered more than one issue. That being said its fresh coffee. IT Almost Hut And miss, However It Has Been on Very few ocassions. They serve Frozen and very hard cold butter with breakfast when you try to apply to your pancakes at tears are pancakes up I asked for softer butter or some sort of alternative and I was denied. The Cooks in the back or dancing and being loud and the cashier was on and off his cell phone. I feel that management is not doing a very good job theres a lot of yelling and confusion going on there and I will drive all the way across town instead of going to that McDonalds again

I never give MCDonalds 5 stars. The mushroom swiss was amazing!!!! Drive through was fast and friendly. Bathrooms okay condition.

Asked for extra sauce, on big mac, smothered it. Love it.

Breakfast burritos are indescribable. They shouldnt be good but something in the sauce has me addicted. Staff never hassles me if I ask for extra sauce packets.

Very nice workers. The drive through line moved quite slow. And my burgers were not the way I had asked. But I can remove the items myself as I am not allergic. Just bothersome.

They dont care about you as a customer. They will serve you old, dried burnt meat on your sandwiches. They will use their hands to grab the meat out of the holding cabinet. They should be using tongs. They stand around and talk and talk. It took me 17 minutes to get my food this afternoon and I was the only one on front counter. No order before me, no order after mine. Very horrible service at this McDonalds.

This is by far the most chaotic, unorganized, mess of a McDonalds Ive ever seen. It was not busy. It took 15 minutes to get my order. Partly because the two people before me had their orders messed up. The manager seemed oblivious to her employees messing around in the back. When she did catch on the the "chaos" (Keep in mind, again. Not busyShe yelled at the employee to get my food. In a frazzle, he dropped the buns. He looked as if he was going to use them again. When he saw me looking he knocked them back on the floor and started over.This place should generally be avoided.

Arrived and said Hi to the counter lady... She said Hi and I asked her how she was... No response... I ordered and waited... Orders flying out if the window for drive through... I waited... Finally 10 minutes my food. It was good and hot. But.. Kitchen staff was so loud that it sounded like a damn zoo! So loud several customers including myself got up to see what was going on... Disruptive and way too loud... I will never go in this place again...

Love Love this Location. They offer their Mondays Family Night with $1.99 Happy Meals. Totally love their staff we come here so often weve got to know quite a few of them. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good food and comfortable seating.

Ordered regular size mcflurry and cup was half filled with vanilla ice cream and maybe 10 m&ms on top. Rude service from night manager. Day crew is always good tho. This guy is new and he sucks.

Wasnt quite as appealing as it had first sounded once we got there and everyone was just not having a good day or something but couldnt get a smile outta 1 worker and food looked like it had been just tossed together in hopes that it would just put itself together in midair... Ya not a good day to come out and eat thats for sure...

For one, you would think the closest McDonald’s to downtown would be open 24 hours a day, like the others all around town are. Second, Only the drive through is open to their listed hours, if you want to walk in for a to go order... out of luck. I’ve had the manager question how I got in (because she closed the tills earlyI walked in through the open door. Was then told I could only get drive through food, but because I walked, that wasn’t an option. This was 1.5 hours before their listed closing time. The manager and franchisee of this place need to be let go.

Its always kind of hard to put a description of an experience when you are talking about a place like McDonalds or Walmart. You walk into it with such low expectations that simple things like getting your order complete seem like you are walking away with a win. I will say, I do prefer to go to the store over the one connected to the Loves truck stop. With that being said, this McDonalds serves up to expectations of a national franchise.

Long wait time. The people behind the counter werent Professional at all, not clean appearance wise and not attentive to listening to your order. Got orders wrong. This was the McDonalds on South University drive in Fargo ND.

We have a lot of fast food joints. However the McDonalds off of 32 ave s in fargo, nd is exceptional as the have the four fs down pat. First, I have never seen a team like they have at this restraunt. They are super fast, fresh oh yeah right off of the grill, and finally friendly. They make my day everytime I visit.

What can you say its good Family Fare. Prices have kind of gone up. But there is a budget menu if your the type 2 watch your money. They remodeled and its cozy.

Disgusting place. Restaurant is filthy and their pop machine needed to be replaced but nobody wants to do it I guess. We couldn’t even drink our pop it was so flat and watered down. Broken ice machine. Missing ceiling tiles. Will not be back to this location. 🤮

I have never been to a worse McDonalds. Employees are bickering with each other. I ordered a vanilla shake and it took over 10 minutes to get it. Gentleman in front of me ordered two cheeseburgers and had to wait 15 plus minutes. I have only been to this McDonalds once before and claimed I would never visit again this trip confirmed it.

Worst McDonalds experience. "Fast food" what a joke. Waited 15 minute for a kids meal because all the workers were just standing around. Also received a rude comment from the manager because I took the stores last ranch. Are you kidding?!

Really hit or miss on service. Sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes in my experience. Great iced coffee, and they always seem to keep the fries fresh.

This location has gotten worse and worse. Out of my past 10 visits only 1 of them have been correct. From forgetting a 20 piece nugget completely to not following their grill slip requests on burgers. No pickle, extra onion apparently means absolutely nothing but meat and cheese. And dont bother calling and letting them know their mistake, they will tell you they are going to send you coupons....which you will never receive.

Ordered 2 shamrock shakes and a meal and they only gave me 1 shake saying I didnt order a 2nd one even though it was on my receipt! So the manager tells me the 2nd shake is "on the house" and takes 15 minutes to make the damn thing! Will NEVER be going to this McDonalds again.

The service was horrible and they messed up our order we had asked for ketchup only on the chicken sandwich and they put lettuce and Mayo on it. And they were not busy at all. The guys were standing at the counter were talking about playing games at someones house. Seriously. Make food and pay attention to what your doing

Its an ok place to grab a quick bite to eat. It was very loud, and the employees were seemed more interested and socializing with each other than helping customers or cleaning up the place. It was not very comfortable to sit out in the lobby

it is so cold outside that the friendly people at McDonalds gave us free hot pumpkin pie.

Absolutely disgusting. When I was in there almost every single table was a mess, there was garbage and newspapers all over the floor, a wet rag sitting on a counter, almost nothing was stocked. On top of that, a guy was sitting in the back on his phone, the employees stood around and talked, and when I tried informing the manager that the place was filthy, he cut me off and said they were getting to it. It should have never even that bad in the first place. Rude manager, lazy employees, nasty store. Some of them weren’t even wearing a uniform. Never been more disgusted, even if it is a McDonald’s.

Its McDonalds so Id your looking for a fancy dinner this is not the place to go but if your looking for a pretty good place to eat and bring your younger children (3-10the play area is nice for that but it is a little dirty. No more then any other play area you fo to.

This Mcdonlds Banded all the scooter/skateboard riders because a younger crowd of kids made a mess and left it. So now all the scooter and skateboard riders are all band from there. They could have done it in a more professional way then banding all of them. Never going here again and putting this all over social media never to go to this Mcdonalds

The service quality has gone down. Last week I waited on chicken nuggets and when I got them, only a handful (out of 20were fresh. The rest were stale and lukewarm. Almost every time I go thru the drive thru, they forget to give me napkins. The morning crews are excellent, Ive never had a bad experience during that time frame. The late evening crew is aweful.

I have occasionally eaten at this McDonalds over the last few years and every time Im there, Ive always noticed a lady named Shelly. Shelly always provides the best customer service by interacting well with each person who comes through her line. She is friendly, keeps the conversation light and easy and always gets your order right. Shes an asset to the organization. Great job Shelly of you ever read these reviews!

Very fast and the courtesy of the staff was excellent. The food looked and tasted good too. The restaurant was also nice and clean. Good job people!

The fries were fresh, hot and crispy. The fish fillet was fresh as well as the bun was. The service was fast and friendly.

I just ordered my food from that place at the drive thru the lady would took my order was very nice in the lady who give me my food she was very nice also she have a beautiful smile on her face and she made my day. I will be back there many times.

This is one of the better McDonalds in the area. Service is usually fast and courteous.Unfortunately the drive-thru sits right next to a train track, so when the train is travel, or parked with the engine on, ordering can be a somewhat daunting task. Theres little the store can do about that and I cant hold it against them.The seating inside is nice with all kinds of nooks where you can feel like your on your own. Unlike so many of the newer McDonalds where everything is open, this one is not. And, honestly, if youre going to SIT at a McDonalds this is the place to do it.They dont have a Play Place though.

Always poor people hanging out in this place. The drive though is super slow and they got rid of ice cream cones.Also this building could use a rebuild to a newer modern style mcdonalds that doesnt look stuck in the 80/90s.

If you are a manager requirements include..hello politeness customer service with a smile at least..to top it off a sweet tea taste sooo much better with what?....ICE if ya hate your J.O.B. try something else..had to drink warm friggin tea with my meal.
