McDonald's in San Juan

The location is the only one in or near old San Juan, but the dining area was closed. Spoke to staff, they were short-staffed. Drive thru open, staff friendly there. Head office needs to address this

Food was good and better than the main land US, but it was only Drive-thru only. Luckily I got my food ordered through the mobile app. I recommend ordering through the app if the inside is closed.

Service was a bit slower than we wanted because of the large lineup of drive-through customers but the food was hot and great. Puerto Rican version of chicken nuggets is much better than in the mainland United States. The batter is crispier and the meat is juicier. The french fries were all so much more tasty.

The app says that you could dine in. When I got there, they said that I could not eat inside because they had no workers.

Worse mcdonalds ever because of covid these mcdonalds pick and choose when they want the dinning room open . They lock the door and force people to go through the drive-thru and then make you wait for ever so you can leave

Its a clean and fast McDonalds. We were able to order and get our food quickly.

They have to improve with the new employees the faster service to customers. They are talking to each others and serving customers.

Fast service, but always forget something. Plus why they ask what sauce you want if they gave you whatever they want.

Dont order the chicken sandwhich….

Hit is for breakfast. If you are use to US menu about the only thing the same is Hashbrows and pancakes. No biscuits at all thought some of the breakfast sandwiches did look good.

I have never seen a McDonalds with the breakfast menu they had there here in Fl!Puerto Rico lo hace mejor!

I Order from Uber Eats and ask for more ketchup and napkins than usual. They didn’t sent not even 1 of each. Each time I visit a Mc Donald’s or other fast food in Puerto Rico they do the same….. for large fries and a big order they just give you 1 or 2 napkins ( Who has had that experience ? please share Do the ketchup and napkins are that expensive. Really poor service on that one. I have to admit that the order arrive fast

Bad Service! No ketchup no napkins a few times that I visited lack of producs...

literally the worst experience I got in my whole life. I ordered double bacon burger and this is what I got. I also have large fries but they just put it only half full which even less than the normal medium size you get from other Macdonald’s. They treat you badly and just want to get rid of you. And also, no matter how many times you asked for catchup, they will never listen.

Came through drive thru..... I was told to wait on number 1... waited 15 minutes for my food. Then to have them bring me too many snack wraps and no cheeseburger... and it wasn’t busy

Nice and clean McDonald, one staff can speak English to serve us. They take credit cards that’s a big plus for here.

I came at 10:16pm they told me they where closed because they don’t have employees 👎🏼

Ordered (Uber Eatsa meal for 4 ... Was given 1 straw for for 4 drinks and 2 napkins.

Would have liked the whipped air cream like BK has in that area. But the coffee was good.

They had a bunch of employees from nearby and went crazy sometimes, now they arent that fast.

Still limited due to pandemia. Only service car service. Quick and fast while complying with their protocol.

It is great to follow social distancing as long as families and couples are not separated. Their interpretation of CDC guidelines was wrong by separating couples. or familues. I was sat diagonally away from my partner in a 4 seated table. I could not sit in front of my partner. The social distancing is from others.

Had McDouble combo which was NOT the menu yet available for $3.49 which included fried and a drink :)

Its a owned franchise so it doesnt have everything other McDonalds have but it has things you dont get in regular McDonalds so it all depends. Overall service is fast and good.

Best breakfast. Wish the McDonalds in the States used the bread they use in Puerto Rico.

They do no honor the digital coupons or had Filet-o-fish... was told by the employee, we never take coupons or hardly have the Filet-o-fish... very disappointing since this McDonalds is in a high tourist area.

Really great breakfast. I was expecting an egg mcmuffin, but they had really good panini. This is very close to the Castillo San Felipe del Moro. Great stop for quick breakfast.

The kids always enjoy going to a McDonalds, thats no secret. We order 2 boxes for them and they loved their toys. For me, the fries boxes were not full completely. I was amazed since this is the first time that this happens, and no Im not a person to go and say something when Im with kids because I dont know how the employees are going to react. For stateside tourists visiting the Old San Juan area, this McDonalds location is normally well staffed with fast service. Food has always been well prepared and dining area reasonably clean.

The Supervision is very mean person, have to have keys to go to bathroom, also the customers not also nice , never again go eat here

The service and food was good. But the bathroom does not have a changing station for the babies.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I have never been to a McDonalds franchise where people were so rude. The food was good but these folks need to improve their customer service.

They have your food super hot and ready; perfecto! Im a tourist and I come here all the time since I have been here in PR- Superbly reccomend it!!! I went more then 5 times and each time it was so hot and fresh!

We were in San Juan and we had promised our kids we would stop at McDonalds once on vacation, so we stopped here. It was pretty much like any McDonalds in the United States except most of the employees didnt speak English. Seems reasonably clean and well run

Its what youd expect. Food is up to standard. Your orders take a bit longer to come out here. Not so fast food.
