McDonald's in Moncton

I always expect the ice cream machine to be broken but the milkshakes now too??? Seriously McDonald’s? Now I’m trapped in this stupidly shaped drive thru during the lunch rush.

Hey, I must say that this here McDonalds is an okay crew. No complaints, and as fresh of a burger as McDonalds can dish out.

Always a disappointment. I dont know why we still come to this location. Either the staff are extremely rude, or they dont speak to you at all. Or your food is terrible. Tonight the staff were okay but our fries were drenched in salt. So much so that we couldnt eat them. Go to any other location in moncton, youll enjoy it more

Waited over 2 hours in the drive-thru with no way to leave. This is the worst service I have ever seen and completely unacceptable.

Very bad service just had one milkshake in dordash delivery order driver has to waited for 1 hours from 1 am to 2 am.

Friendly service, but extremely slow with taking orders and providing food. Lots of items not available. Super long wait at night.

Said they couldnt serve us because they were doing their month end?If its anytime near the end or start of the month - avoid this place because youll be turned away.

The food and service were excellent and the food was hot.

They frequently do not honor the app codes."Sorry that code is invalid"3 visits over 3 weeks theyve said this to us, as we are looking at the code- on the app..From what ive seen this is the sole location this happens at in Moncton.Just say you dont participate with the program and be done with it, McThanks.

Its Mc Donald and it was 1 am my options were limited

Tables were all dirty I asked for someone to come and wipe our table and no one ever did. Will not be going back to this location.

Fast service, friendly staff but disgusting washrooms. There was glass shattered in one stall and the toilets needed attention.

Order accuracy has been suffering for me here lately, still my go to location for a McMeal but cant give the higher rating when I have to go back to the restaurant to get the right item on occasion. Staff are friendly.

As usual line backed up, the you know what. And they always screw up my order💩

Order was not right, even though I repeated it 4 times...paid for it got to the 2nd window still wrong order they never fixed it and I still paid for their mistake... grrr

Great experience. The young lady that served me was really nice, even with a mask on you could still see her smile with her eyes. Brightened my day.

Although it wasnt on this location I want everyone to know how they treated me on McDonald inside Walmart Plaza Blvd Moncton. Discrimination to the highest level. They didnt serve me because my vaccine was "not a good vaccine". I was vaccinated in my country with the Janssen unique dose from Johnson & Johnson. The cashier, somebody else and a lady that seems to be the manager all three said they wont serve me . And it was a take out order.

5 star couse they asked if I wanted to have ketchup with my meal!A week ago they didnt want to give even I asked for. 😕

Great place to wait 15 minutes so they can screw your order up.

The Happy meal that I bought here, just a few days ago, was cold and it wasnt enjoyed like I was expecting. Wobbles heads are pretty cool though 😁 Thnx

Quarter pounder was just a reheated piece of meat which had little flavor. Fries are still good.

Order was wrong, when I brought food back up to explain that it was the wrong order ,she rolled her eyes at me and says what would you like me to do about it. Lol change it very rude staff.

The staff who made the most perfect egg sausage muffin on July 28th 6:30pm just made my day! Its just so perfect. Especially after a extremely difficult day.We always liked this McDonalds compared to other ones in the area anyways and today just made us like here more!! Its always very clean and today when we got there we just saw a stuff cleaning the entire restaurants bench and table.Great Management here thats what make each store different. Its the management.

I visit here every weekend. And its a nice place to eats without any disturbance. And make me relaxed. I love tht Big Mac and spixy chicken wrap. Whenever I visit McDonalds I place this order. And I love that McDonalds McFlurry as desserts.

Sloppy, wortless and yes definitely avoid. Might end up with food poisoning. Biggest POS from the big Mac to the oatmeal personality. I encourage everyone who has ever uncountered the breath from the casher to switch to some other fatty burger joint.

New electronic drive through menu keep rotating every couple of seconds. Could not see what some of the specials were so I resorted to a big Mac meal. One of the sloppiest big Macs that Ive had and the fries were cold.

I feel like McDonalds is one of those restaurants where you want to eat something, but you’re tired of other restaurants and you want something fast. Yeah, there are way better options, and there are a lot of ways that this McDonalds can improve. Overall okay restaurant.

Everything was normal but "non-onion beef" has to be prepared differently. Ive worked in fast food and everything is usually separate incase no topping is ordered

Giving 1 star as 0 is not an option. Nancy, the Manager, was EXTREMELY RUDE at the drive-thru when I took my daughter for a treat today. She called me rude & slammed the window in my face!! NOT at all impressed!! I WILL be speaking to someone higher up.

Probably one of the worst locations in Moncton, but just barely not as bad as the one at magnetic hill. Ordered a coffee got a very hostile and rude employee at first window. To top it off got coffee grinds all through my coffee.

I ordered a Big Mac for myself and I got home opened the bag with mine and it was opened and spilled out of the box. I was already home and when I called they told me to bring it back and they would give me a new one......Im not driving all the way back to McDonalds to exchange my burger.....

When you create a machine like McDonalds you are more than likely going to end up with the same tasting food in Moncton, New Brunswick as you would Vancouver, BC or anywheres else in between.With that being said, its hard to mess up the food as so much is automated now.For me the only factor that changes from one McDonalds to another is the cleanliness and the staff.This McDonalds is on par with cleanliness, but speed of service always seems to be lacking at this location. I cant count the number of times Ive had to wait for simple items at normal times. Why do I continue to go to this location? Only because its the closest one to where I live.Again, nothing wrong with the food, but I would question how this location is managed. Its not just once or twice the service is slow, its more often than not.

Totally upset with service today. Ordered a bacon mcwrap and 2 hash browns. I don’t know who was at first station but I saw him make wrap and did it with sausage. Saw him send it to be put in my bag. He even looked at me as he was probably hoping me not to notice.Opened and showed it was sausage. He was going to just take sausage out and replace with bacon. Told him that I wanted a freshly made one. Finally got out of there after 20 minutes. Got to work and no hash browns that I paid for.Slip # 276.Pretty poor as I am also out what I paid for extra hash brown

I would say this is a typical McDonalds, butts the latest Renovations make it charming and cozy. The staff are very nice. The food is typical McDonalds food. Ordering options include using the app, the self-serve kiosk, or at the front counter. The washrooms are extremely clean and modern.

Only one thing in our order was correct the last time we went. We called the manager and she said she would put our name in the book with a copy of our receipt so we could get our entire meal replaced next time. (Family of four, over 50 dollars worth of food)When I went yesterday, the name wasnt in the book, nor was our receipt and theyl manager on duty gave me attitude and said they werent replacing that much food and offered me two hamburgers.I stood my ground and argued, finally got our meal request though he was begrudging and didnt offer a single apology. They arent the only McDonalds in the city and we will never be giving them our business again. Its not the first time our food has been wrong, but never to this extent so we never bothered to call the store before. This was the last.

The timming was good and the food was hot but they threw it together and didnt do it properly

The food was good, but staff somehow deleted our order from their screens before preparing it so we waited over 20 minutes for 2 breakfast combos. They blamed being short-staffed... While that can account for slower service, it doesnt account for the deletion of an unprepared order. No apology either, and our server gave us attitude.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Every time I go they screw up my order o e way or another. The most recent time I was at this location I ordered 2 poutines and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only one car ahead of us. When we got our food we asked if it was fresh or if it had been sitting and the employee said they where fresh, and he said they were fresh. Didnt even apologize for the wait. After a very short drive home we learned out food was ice cold and the fries where old and stale. I called the restaurant and they just hung up on me.

Workers dont smile anymore. We came home for 3wks &have walked over every evening between 930 & 1030. Pretty quiet and food area behind cashiers is filthy dirty. The fry station hasnt been wiped down since prob supper. Fries and boxes lids and food all underneath food stations. Really gross when its dead in the store . The bathroom really needs scrubbed down. This store use to be very well taken care of !!! Seams nobody cares anymore very 😥

As far as McDonalds go, this one was very good. I got a chicken sandwich that was freshly prepared. The bun was fresh and nicely toasted, but the fries were barely warm. Many of the staff here was busy talking to each other. The place overall was clean. The young lady who took our order was pleasant.

McDonalds has always been every kids favorite place to snag a meal with an awsome toy that seems to surprise them anytime.Also this location provides a humongous play structure for the kids to enjoy.Having a large variety of choices to eat at McDonalds theres always something new to try.There food is good and fast.There restaurant is clean and tidy.

I recently started a new shift and have to work at 4 am, figured "4 am, I should be able to get coffee pretty quick and get to work." Went to this McDonalds at 3:50 am and was told they were doing a "change over" that it would be 15 minutes. So I figured okay, I really need my coffee, came back after the 15 and was told the exact same thing! Next day, same thing, apparently the overnight staff literally want to do nothing. Worst service Ive ever seen from a 24 hour place, at least Tim Hortons has the coffee ready.

Im sure its fine in the morning and early afternoon, but i came around 4:15 pm when the teenagers were working...very lazy staff, I waited for half and hour, and once I saw my food was ready to be packed up, the girl kept doing the drive thru orders repeatedly and my food sat there for 5 minutes, it was like she was ignoring my order. She didnt show respect for her job. I finally got my food once i walked over to the counter and said something , if i didnt i probably would have waited for another five minutes.

Service is very slow going thru drive thru and your order has to be checked at the window. If its wrong and you have to go into the building to have it fixed, you will be ignored by staff as they prefer to have customers use the computer ordering stations. Drive the extra few minutes and go to Mountain Rd McDonalds.Why did I go back? Another wrong order and the food was gross, my breakfast order was completely wrong and must have been sitting for some time.

Fast, hot, and got what I ordered. Just as it should be. Most of the tables were dirty and there were less than ten people in the restaurant. I did find a table that I was able to clean up myself. Manager needs to pay attention to this detail.

I eat breakfast here often. The restaurant is clean and fairly quiet. The food is McDonalds as expected. Not fine dining but not expected to be. The employees are usually quite friendly but occasionally there is a sour face or two behind the counter. One thing that does detract from this location is that I find it cold. In summer it is too cold and also in winter. Turn up the thermostat.

McDonalds food is meh to begin with, so its usually one of the last resorts type of options.This place though, wow. They have the standard double order taking drive through that accomplishes nothing aside from employee confusion. The order taking is not the choke point, it is getting the food out the window.This place however takes the lack of customer service to a new level. They have a customer facing automated order screen so people can order and not have to talk to an employee. It is a decent idea, especially for people with hearing or speaking disabilities, however the staff seem to ignore people in hopes they will use it. A person can stand at the cash alone for up to five minutes before being acknowledged, during a slow period.Most recently during a busy time there was a wait to order, which was expected, followed by prodding to use the automated order system which worked okay. Then a 15 minute wait for two coffees while the employees ran around confused as to which orders were needed first and where they were needed (cash or drive through).
