McDonald's in Rovaniemi

The restroom is smelling...unhygienic

One of the dirtiest places in Rovaniemi.The personnel was super nice and the food was also good, but there’s rubbish everywhere outside and inside McDonald’s.

The northeast McDonald’s in the world! Good to be there !!

Terrible, I was waiting in line 15min, no possible to order, workers walking around and not reacted, I dont reccomend at all.

To long time in line to get food. When i got it, the food was Old, cold and sagy. Dirty floors om kitchen and the restaurant. Not a happy meal. 1 star

Unbelievable slow service. Its old school McDonalds where the counter staff take your order and then prepare it. If McDonalds can install order screens in UK outlets, why not here? I stood in line for 10 minutes with only 2 customers in front of me.

Shocked how rude the attendant was to us!!! She literally threw the food bag at us from the window. Not patient, terrible customer service skills. Not gonna risk myself to go there again!!

Tables and floor were very dirty, we were waiting burgers too long and the frites and tea were already cold. Didn’t enjoy staying here at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place

The dirtiest McDonalds Ive ever seen. Awful place, long waiting, the order was given partially, the second part brought after 15 minutes, when everything was already cold. Please improve service. This way there is no wish to come here again.

24 hours open , best place to eat when you’re a Indian tourist or a vegetarian in Rovanemi.

So rude :( as soon as I finished the meal, I was rudely asked to get out immediately, though I haven’t drank the cola yet. Even a guard was with the staff to kick me off. I think they were abiding by the new government COVID regulation? but I was never informed by the staff. It was so rude. I will never come again.

Any 24hr McDonalds is a good place for me, Im a big McDo fan.As of Dec 20 there is no McTouch (self servicebut thats fine, I went there mostly at night so no trouble.Great location, this Macky D sits on the main parking lot of the shopping center, so you can throw your kid out the window and stay in the car till he does what he needs to do and gets the order.Theyre a little too easy on the sauces, for example I hardly tasted any Mayo on the McChiken, and they want money for the special suaces, thought Ketchip is free.

Nice burger and this is the second northern Mcdonald in the world.There are free nothern light postcard when u asked the staff.Thus, there are 3€ burger (Ei Nago).

This is the mist northern located Mcd. Visited back in decades ago. It was friendly staff and typical taste like worldwide ones.

It remains open 24/7. Quite close to the center of Rovaniemi. The service was good and staff is polite and friendly. I enjoyed chicken nuggets and the soft drink. It was outdoor sitting places as well as nice indoor setup. There was no automatic order machine but the staff was there to help. Highly recommended!

Its a McDonalds... Food is good for a McDo.In the last 3 years have have bought food from there maybe 30 times. Out of those they messed up my order 7times. Forgetting to put in the dips that go with nuggets, getting the wrong soda, forgetting one whole hamburger, getting wrong hamburger twice, not adding ketchup even though it was specifically requested, forgetting the little fried cheese ball things.Its fine, just remember to check everything carefully if you take it in a to-go-bag or from the car lane. Otherwise clean place. And the employees act very nice considering they have quite a demanding customer service job with low salary.

Dirty toilets. No soap or toiletpaper. Quarterponder meny havent any salad and the chicken burger was awful. Sorry this is really bad, clean up the toilets, and make sure the customers find soap and paper.

Tried the pepper fries something cant find in my hometown.

!!! Be carefull !!! The parking is not for free !!That parking guards are just waiting there to give you a fine of 50 Euro !!!And that in a time thats not even enogh for buying a ticket at the machine!!Big minus Rovaniemi!!! I can not recommend !!!

Consistent MD food. Ate twice here as pricing is most reasonable and we were just tired of Fin food. Small place, always crowded, long queue as only one counter is open, dirty flooring - hope management is reading to improve on environment. Oh, strangely they do not sell Fillet-O-Fish when I thought they will have salmon burger!

Rovanieni has a McDonalds as any place in the world. Service, food, atmosphere equal to any other. Good place to go at -15/20°C.

We visited Rovaniemi on Christmas to visit Santa Claus village with friends. As always free WiFi acres is always helpful, coffee was good and they had vegan sandwiches in menu as well. It was pretty packed as almost everybody was there too, but it was helpful.

It is open 24/7. We had Xmas dinner. Lovely atmosphere. They do veggie food.There is a Taxi and a Bus stop.

The only McDonalds in the Arctic circle. Must visit!

Nicely presented food and staff speak English. But salad with a mcmuffin?? Na!

Dirty place with long queues. Usually i stand in the queue for 10-20 minutes and leave. If i get a chance to order i need to wait extra 30 mins for my order even without queue. Toilets always dirty. Breakfast time is among garbage. There is a paid parking outside. Mcdrive available. Open 24 hours.

Mc Donalds is international and still the same, even here in Finland. Be Careful with the parking, you can stay a limited amount of time... Now this place is well placed in the middle of the city, near shopping centers. Enjoy your quick meal.

McDonald’s like McDonald’s. But the tables were dirty, que was too long and the toilet could be a little cleaner. Rather unpleasant experience.

Slow service and tasteless food! Burgers were dry as of you were eating paper. Tables and floor were pretty dirty! Really disappointed ;(

We only ever visit this particular branch of McDonalds on our way through to a northern part of Lapland...every time we visit, we are reminded why we think it is the worst McDonalds *ever*. On one occasion we sat in to eat and the floor was covered with food and litter everywhere. Nobody in the 40-minute duration we were there was out clearing up. Another visit we saw the same thing with the filth, but with the bin overflowing onto the floor as well.We just visited again via the drive-in, purely so we could grab a quick bite to eat and make good time for our journey onward. We ended up in the drive-in queue for 30 minutes!!!! No warning from the cashier that there would be a delay, as courtesy before they take your cash and youre commited to stay in line. That is *not* fast-food service really - the server (at 16:49 on 29th March 2018didnt even apologise for the delay...she just opened the hatch, thrusted the food at us with a brisk "here you go" and slammed the hatch shut again. Then....one of the double cheeseburgers we ordered was a single! Too bad we had already driven 20 mins up the road before I realised. 😠The thing is that the staff are perhaps let down by management, there never seems to be any staff rushing along to make the food ready; no targets. Probably need a few extra staff for every shift to make it run more efficiently. In the UK or US the staff would be reprimanded if they didnt deliver the food to the customer in a timely manner or if the branch ranked lower than others. Oh and Rovaniemi McDonalds....why only 1 toilet? That place is always crowded with locals and tourists (bizarrely), so you think they could expand upwards to have additional seating area and extra toilets. Sort it out!!!
