McDonald's in Benemerita de San Cristobal

Theyre always creating new menus for the locals, and Is clean and nice, they have the usual American menu, and breakfasts too that last until 10 am. But the best part is the courtesy drinks, where you can refill your beverage as many times as you like!!!, just for that is worth the visit!

It’s a McDonald’s, its always full of people, sometimes they forget something when you go through the drive through

Nasty store. There was trash everywhere and staff was none too eager to pick it up or acknowledge it for that matter. You are dealing with food!! Sitting on a couch with handprints and stains because its the "cleanest spot" was definetly not something I expected when I picked this location.

Good fast food, location is convenience.

We stop for breakfast today here for coffee n egg n cheese McMuffin with a hash brown. Was good plus I enjoyed my company (wifeythis Johnny n Carmen from adventures with the riveras coming to you from Santo Domingo area in Dominican Republic.

I dont eat McDonalds very often but I did enjoy this today!

Was there for a McFlurry.Dont know if this is how the Mc Flurrys in the DR are, but it was the worst i ever had. They did not mix it. It was ice-cream with whatever we ordered on top of it, didnt mix it.I am not used to it like that.We Didnt have anything else so im solely rating it based on what we had.

I was one of the first customers at opening. Before leaving I swung by the restroom. While trying to wash my hands U found there to be no water. I spoke with an employee and he said oh yeah we ordered water and left.So with my hands covered in soap I went to speak with the manager and she said the same thing. And offered me hand sanitizer only. I told her to go get water I have soap in my hands. She returns with a clear tray looking thing with some water.I mentioned to her that 3 employyes had used the restroom and returned to work without washing their hands. She was surprised that I was shocked by this! People I can not make this up. Worst McDonalds experience ever.

Good fast food place, with the expected quality, service and overall customer experience from other branches. Not much to add if you already visited other McDonalds locations.

Its one of my favorite fast food joints. This one particulary is open 24 hrs

the food is good but ordering delivery is a pain. they take too long (i’m taking 2-3 hour waitand when i call them to see if it’s coming they place me on hold and then they hung up on me. never ordering again

It is a normal MacDonalds but they have a special place for kids and also serve coffee. Their drive-thru is full in peak hours.

Low prices when you have to take out a big family. Please avoid Sundays night, too many people!!!

Gave only half a bag of French fries and worst delivery service I have ever seen. Ordered at 9:30 pm a different day never received and they close at 11 pm

I really like the flavor of McDonalds in the DR, the particular place is convenient if you are in a hurry or if you want to spend some time eating you food. It is fastfood anyway.

Soy Uber driver; es rápido y preciso con las ordenes. Im Uber eats driver; they are pretty fast and accurate on orders.

Chicken strips was soo nasty.. Packed with oil. Jesus it totally ruined my day. Burger was literally two peaces of bread, meat, a micro size cheese and I still dont understand if the amount of tomate souce was real or they made a mistake by putting the soucr and them took it out. Because thats what it looked like. Like there was tomato souce and it was taken by a UFO. It was just a sad sad burger.

Good service and food. But the best is the sundae with chocolate syrup.

This is not the mcdonalds you are used to. I went for breakfast and the egg mcmuffin was disgusting. The bread was rock hard and the eggs were cold. Considering it was around 9am there is no reason for the breakfast food to taste that horrible. Went back another time and ordered a big Mac and a orange drink, looked inside the cup and there were small larvae swimming in my soda. After that I decided never to return.

It gets pretty crowded and the people that go arent very nice or patient, but the establishment itself is pretty good, kudos to the workers

Well, its McDonalds, what can you say other than they sell and good and affordable burgers?. Parking lot could be better and wait time is a nightmare sometimes, other than that, all good.

Like quiet a few place that are popular , management has a real problem in keeping the place clean and already signs are showing , bathroom, walls. Just basic maintenance ! Take one of the 15 people working in kitchen and have them clean and paint. Food is alright and time to serve is decent

Great place for kids especially to celebrate their birthdays!

It was good. Very crowded, hygiene is not that high but food and everything was OK.

Good place to take the kiddos, celebrates birthdays...it has childrens playground which is perfect.

The food was great. However the cashiers need improvement. Need to speak English too since the restaurant is a international chain.

Clean, open contemporary environment, kids area. Service is good and you get all the Chain offer on time and with the intended Quality. I recommend the restaurant.

50% of the time they take orders in English. Which is helpful but think !00% of the time they should know what Chicken McNuggets are... Have an indoor playground. People are friendly inside. Have not got a drive-thru order wrong yet!

McDonald has always been one of my favorite place since i was a kid. Unfortunately, this time we was served without a good service. Had to return my fries, and the employees seems to hate their job. On of the thing i always liked from McDonald is the consistency on taste. Overall i liked to feel a tourist for a moment...
