Just bought a sausage egg mcmuffin before work, waited 15 minutes, and they didn’t put the EGG on the mcmuffin. This level of negligence has to be intentional.
The lady who brought my order was super polite and even went back for the cream and sugar l forgot to order at curbside
Im missing sandwiches or missing something every time I go. Its ridiculous. The drive thru is terrible. Service inside, is great!

This place is garbage. Honestly they don’t even deserve one star, lmao. You walk in an nobody greets you, they’re all just scrambling like chickens with no leadership; the wait times are ridiculously out sane no matter how you order; and no matter what happens (at least when I ordermy food comes out cold and seems stale like it’s been sitting forever. Managers are horrible, and they have zero respect for doordash/Uber drivers. Make sure you tip your drivers well if you’re ordering from here. :)
Its McDonalds what can I say?... the food was slightly better than most... It obviously wasnt gourmet food, but was satisfactory.

I told them sweet tea with light ice. They gave me a full cup of ice and the tea was not sweet. The girly at the window said it is light ice and would not fix it. Total waste of time and money. Never going back to that place again.
I only love this location because of the amazing customer service from the nice lady with red hair. Food is always on point. And never had any issues this far
Didnt get my chicken sandwich from the drive through and no one will answer the phone. I called the number on the receipt and left a message with someone but no one ever called me back. I am out 7 bucks and had a bad day with only fries for lunch.
Used to love this place but I went through the drive through and didnt get my chicken sandwich. I asked at the window because my bag seemed light but they said everything was in there. I got home and realized I only had fries. I tried to call the number 3 times but no one ever answered. I called the local office number on my receipt and they said someone would be in contact with me. Havent heard from anyone in a week. I dont have the time to go down to the store with 3 toddlers to complain. I was out 7 bucks and lunch.
I know it maybe a little OCD, but Ive worked with food for over 35yrs. The lady at the drive up window touched the cone , had her fingers on the cone not the paper around it. Then when she was trying to get my drink order right, she stuck her finger in her ear and then scratched her nostril and didnt both washing her hands. I called over the manager told him what happened and left, and left my order behind. By then I was to grossed out to take it.

My mobile order got stolen. Someone else was able to walk in, look at the pick up screen, say my order number and walked out with my food.This caused the business to lose $30 having to remake the food, lost me 35minutes having to wait at a McDonalds(completely unacceptable), and made the employees have to waste extra unnecessary energy.Service is always great though, the process just needs to be fixed
Never again!!!Ive never been treated this poorly at a McDonalds. Dining in too...my food was thrown together...held together by only the cheese the burger and buns were overlapping like a staircase. When I unwrapped it the diced onions were thrown on top of the bun. This is totally unacceptable. I should have asked for a refund but since I hadnt eaten all day I didnt. But as I left the dining room I felt that I was of no value to McDonalds as a customer.
What can I say, its McDonalds. Fast food, you know what your getting. Service is ok.
Yeah, not sure they even own a machine that makes Mcflurries. This location is straight up awful. Costumer service, speed, quality. All horrible.

Cold greasy fries and when returned them we got new fries none of which were over an inch long.
This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. It took them 17 min to get me a medium fry and snack McFlurry! I watched a lady get a larger order before me! One time, the computer lost my mobile order and when I went to complain they had to scroll through the computer to find it. This place is very incompetent!!
The slowest McDonalds in human history.We had to wait 32 minutes for our meal,and when it finally arrived at our table,they forgot the kids fries,and got my burger completely wrong,and that took another 10 minutes to recieve..management was extremely to make things wrong.thwre was people longer there than me waiting for theyre food,amd somehow I received my before mine.it was a total disaster..
Great customer service. This location is usually quite busy, and yet they are prompt and friendly, making no errors on orders.
Horrible service. Had about 5 cars parked at the drive thru and couldnt get anyones orders right. Waited 31 minutes fir them to get mine out to me and my burgers were cold with dark (oldcheese. Worst customer service ever.
Best McDonalds location Ive been to. Food is always right and even when theres a line, it goes quick. EDIT: Over the spring this location has died. Drive through takes 30 minutes and delivery orders are constantly wrong. Never had these issues before April. EDIT: Doing much better.
Super nice people, order is always accurate but new way of storing/cooking burgers isnt working well. The regular drive up employee was telling me to pull forward while they finish my quarter pounder, but someone behind her said no, they will have it ready. Cooked to order but ready that fast? Turned out too good to be true. Meat was pink. I think they need to watch their grill timers, more closely. UPDATE: never received pink meat, again. Although my regular visits are for unsweetened iced teas (because each McDonalds by my two jobs make the best iced teaI do order the occasional cheeseburger. Service is quick, accurate and cooked!
Sometimes they forget to add the bacon when u pay for it. Check orders.
A person came out and took the order to speed things up, I love McDonalds for crispy chicken and iced coffee, never dissatisfied at McDonalds 🤠
Service and food is always quick… maybe a little too quick. Ordered a McFlurry and when I went up to the window to get my food they said the blender was down. Asked if I wanted a cone or something else instead or a refund for the McFlurry. I wanted the refund. The machine magically started working and I drove away with a McFlurry….too busy and didn’t want to make it? Not sure what happened.
My fiance burger was dry and mine was fine and good but they do he inconsistent I like mic Donalds they just gotta get it up
I dont know if its me that seems to be getting these bad cheeseburgers at McDonalds. Like these things were old. A bun was even hard it didnt look like it was even fresh which made it not taste very good. McDonalds needs to step it up with their food quality. I am updating my review because today I got a cheeseburger that was so cold I think the health department needs to come and check this place out. I dont know how you put food out like that this is ridiculous it wasnt even warm.
Love the new rule. No silverware with your meal. No one remembers to tell you, so now I can’t eat my food. Good job WA state. And Mcdonalds.
The drive through was busy as usual. Special order made correct. The staff friendly and personable. Just dont understand why the fries were not hot and fresh with how busy they were.
This place is a joke. 30 minute wait. One person ahead of us inside. Ordered 2 coffees and a meal. The fries were undercooked and not salted, and the coffees came out as medi instead of the large, then had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct size coffee. Wont be back.
Food has been getting worse and worse coffee is disgusting I have to add my own sugar and creamer at home more and more everyday because the coffee is horrible. I go to McDonald’s every single day sometimes twice a day and I’m starting to check out other options because The food and coffee are disgusting yesterday my burrito was frozen inside, they forgot about me and another customer in the waiting parking spot for about 15 to 20 min. Very strange visit. An employee was taking orders in the drive thru lanes, but only some. If she missed you, then you ordered at the speaker as usual. All very confusing to those in the line.
Somehow I always end up waiting for 15-20 minutes in the lobby for my to-go go order. Not worth it for food that sits in my stomach like a rock and makes me lethargic. Even the salads are bad for you.

I must disclose, Adams Enterprises, which own all the McDonalds in Richland, was my employer from 1977 to 1979, from when I was 16 to 18. This company has a special place in my heart when I worked at their now closed Torbett Street location.As I was born xxy with Klinefelters Syndrome, after two weeks of work, I was going to be let go because I wasnt fast enough as a cook. However, Randy Clark, my manager, as an afterthought, let me do dining room table service instead of firing me.From the experience, I found pouring coffee and cleaning tables, for two years, taught me a lifetime of the most important lessons. I learned how to deliver personal service that transcended all my lifes work to date.That said, this George Washington Way McDonalds is always clean. The McDonalds Team at this location is always friendly and they still, actually, deliver personal service.Using the McDonalds app, you cant order a pop straw with coffee. However, when The Team see an order for decaf with 3 creams and 15 sugars, they often remember to bring a yellow, red, and white pop straw for me.At 60, Im grateful that Adams Enterprises has never faultered their standards of excellence. This is an excellent McDonalds!
All I ordered was a slushi. Mind you, no sizes on the menu just one staring 1.69. Then when I get to the window its 2.49 after tax. But tax isnt that much, you say? You are right. There are 2 sizes and they just assumed I wanted the large. So I pay after nicely telling them they need to disclose that. The MANAGER totally ignores me looks at me like I am dumb then I get to the window and they dont even have the machine running. Samara helped me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you samara youre the only reason this place got 2 stars and not 1.
Very disappointed with our service we received. We ordered in drive through, were asked to pull up out front to wait for our order to be brought out. After 30min, someone finally came over to tell us, theyd given our order out to the wrong car, and needed to remake our order. Fine, stuff happens. We finally get our order, get home, and sit down to our meal, and wouldnt you know it, part of our order was missing. And, in my childs chicken nuggets, two hard coin sized chunks of breading were counted as "nuggets" in his 10 piece meal. I contacted the office by email and have not received a reply as of yet. Horrible service and no follow through to correct it.
Food has gone down hill. I used to eat here all the time. I have had to complain the last two times that I was there. They offered to put my name in a book and replace the food next time I came. The drive thru lady was extremely rude. Theres another McDonalds in the Fred Meyer parking lot. Out of the way but, they seem to care about their customers.
I walked up to the counter. I was alone. The drive thru was packed. I was ignored by three employees using the equipment behind the counter. I assume not everyone can run a register. That person was elsewhere. I was ignored. I left. The drive thru was making money so the walk up is not a priority.
The manager, Mariah, is a smart mouth who needs to be put in her place. Rude when they got the order wrong and acts like shes too good to deal with her staffs mistakes, which are constant. Good luck with the minimum wage 🤗
Same ol same ol. Timed orders through drive thru makes me feel like you dont appreciate the customer anymore. When Im the only one in drive thru and you have me pull to front of store because it affects your time if i wait right there. Really?? No one in sight for as far as the eye can see but yet that time. Is time really that important you forget customer service should be first. Be a while before Im back.
Drive thru was slow. The young man who took my payment was confused about the codes from the app that I provided and gave me incorrect information on them. This seems to be typical at most McDonalds restaurants Ive visited recently...staff doesnt know anything about the McDonalds app nor what to do when it doesnt work correctly (it almost never adds a punch to my digital coffee card, and their only advice is to contact customer service for help who in turn responds stating a punch for a mobile order should be automatically added. I have never placed a mobile order, that doesnt answer my question at allIve probably missed out on upwards of 50 punches because of this problem and the stores attitude is "sorry I cant help you". Disappointing.
The store manager was engaging and kind. The rest of the staff looks like they were getting along well and doing their jobs with that need to be done. I observe somebody getting trained and their job and appreciated the finesse with which the trainer was handling the training. My food was up to standard and my drink was up to standard
