Typical fast food restaurant

Coffee is ok, im not interested in their eating options, i preffer real food.

They do have a McCafe. The service is great. A very organised location.

It’s ine of the first McDonalds in Romania and it has constantly kept the quality high.

Good serving time. Usually crowded in the afternoon. Inside and outside tables. Possibility for both self-service and personnel-service orders. It includes McCafe options.

The actual way they treat their employees is awful, thryre treated like animals even though they dont tell that to others as well (my friend worked there for 7-8months)

Fast service and ok food. The layout is very practical and the A/C is properly working , which is a rare thing for ploiesti.

2 stars because they give me the wrong plate, but they made up for it quick, in 4 minutes i got the right one

Usually crowded, by all the guys from Uber eats and Others. The bathrooms are OK.You can have Icream and other cookies too.Coffee is fresh and you can add different syrups.The food is fast food like, you have to eat it in maximum 4 hours. The parking lot is quite small, you can choose to park the card across MC, if you plan only to take the food and leave.

McDonalds like anywhere else, just the lady really needs to recommend you what to choose, even if you ask in three languages (romanian includedto not to do it and let me choose.

Quality and prompt service as expected from a well known brand

Bit crowded but we were in and out of the drive in a few minutes. Nothing special about the food, everyone knowa McDonalds so nothing to say, average food, eat here if youre really hungry. If not, eat at home :)

Wait to much to get my food. Almost 30 minutes..

Poor hygiene conditions. Employees were carrying bags full of garbage among customers serving meals. A juicy substance was leaking from the bags on the floor. Bon appetit!

The drive through has the longest line I ever seen, one of the supervisors is condescending, but still tastes like Mc

Place is ok overall, like a McDonalds restaurant, but the drive in is extremely crowded, you have to wait 30-45 minutes if you have the bad luck to go here after 7PM.

They always try to upsell you, most of the time even if you specify that you dont want the specific item. You order medium size, they give you max, they add bacon, its kind of a scam and made me avoid eating here. Always check your receipts!!Good food, usually crowded, especially in the evenings. Has a McCafe bar.

Last month Iwent and ordered at drive-in on two consecutive weeks, and everytime after ordering Big Tasty big menu without bacon I have always been given a Big Tasty with bacon, which I obviously dont like cause I dont like bacon.I dont know what happens with this restaurant, but it made go to other McDonalds restaurants and avoid this one.Please pay more attention to what you put in the bags.Thank you.

Busy but efficient service. Food served hot and fresh.

One person ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes. Cashier very unwilling to listen to me order in Romanian. Just continued saying I should speak Romanian, would not open her ears. Fries very under cooked and under salted. Not sure how this can be. Lousy.

All good. They were happy to help with our order. A clean place. You do need a mask and stay in a queue to enter. Otherwhise drive-thru open as usual.

It was crowded but the people working there move fast and they are also very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Drive-in is very crowded and serving is slow. Also the restaurant is full. Food is good, no item missed.

As usual standard place but chips and vanilla shake does not taste as same in other countries, no saukt, few ketchup sache cost about $2

I really like this place, its nice and cozy, except when theres a kids party going on, when the music is kind of loud and it might be disruptive. Food is very good and unhealthy, but thats why people come here anyway. You sometimes have to wait (both in the line or the drive-trough), but its only normal.

Good food. There is a single problem. There are many clients in line to get something to eat so the waiting time is very long.

Rarely have anything to complain about the food. The waiting and very very very long Mcdrive queues is whats wrong with this place. Its the only 24 hour McDonalds in 2 countrys, so...

McDonalds was a nice experience almost everywhere I went. Personaly I dont prefer and avoid to eat fast food, but I like their coffee and cake. The price is a little higher in comparison with other places, but here you pay for 3 things: product, McDonalds name and experience.

The best McD I’ve ever been to. Including the ones from Rome, Florence, Venice, Brussels, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and so on. It’s very clean for this type of restaurant and the staff is friendly and helpful. The interior design is quite modern and differs from other McDs. Even though it’s not in a central position and it is surrounded by factories and communist buildings, the place itself is nice.

Although its food its not healthy, its a good place to eat something when you are in need. (In my case I had to attend a wedding in another city, and MCDONALDS was the closest food shop around my stay :D )

Its your average McDonalds so expect a crowded parking lot along with a crowded restaurant and a crowded drive-thru. The food is great taste-wise, the staff is very polite and the inside of the restaurant has a very pleasant and friendly look. Dont expect a quiet meal here though, its a very lively place with individuals of all ages coming in and out.

We stopped there for a quick break, it was packed but the food was prepared quickly, the service at the cafe was much slower
