McDonald's in Ljubljana

This was the best mcdonalds i’ve had in my life so far, great selection of choices, outside seating and good prices!!!

It happened to me multiple times that I did not get everything I ordered and payed for (especially with bigger orders). They also won’t accept any complaints after you leave the restaurant. Make sure you always check if there is everything in your take away bag from this place!

The bathroom code should be more visible on the receipt. It took 10 minutes to get 2 large fries and nuggies. Soda is over priced.

Bad service, my order was for takeaway and they didn’t even pack it, the staff was laughing and talking and not doing anything while my food was on the counter waiting to be packed correctly. They forgot to put a fork for the salad and a straw was missing too, not to mention two large fries that they didn’t even pack. Called to complain about the fries when I got home and realized, the guy on the phone was super nice but didn’t have a way of delivering it to me. Overall bad experience.

For 2e with a student voucher big mac menu is pretty decent.

Just a McDonalds but the service was very quick.

One star is honestly too much. If I could, it would be 0. First of all, upon ordering and using 400 points to buy a burger with a coupon, the ordering system automatically cancelled it, without refunding the points. Second of all, after reporting the problem, we received a 1.70 € hamburger, instead of the 4+ € burger we initually ordered. Third of all, for some reason my coca cola was see-through and bland, so I assume it was 40% water 60% coke. Fourth of all, for some reason napkins arent automatically placed onto the tray and customers have to ask for them, a bit lazy but not as annoying as the previous 3 reasons.Not worth going here, just go somewhere else. Cheers.

A typical Mc Donalds dhop. The food was good, with several options for both savory and sweet foods. However, the cleanliness of the place needs improvement.

Waiting time was more than 30 min for the food. There were no queues of people. But the service was amazingly slowly for McDonald.

It was a bit warm inside.But upstairs was cooler so I recommend that u sit upstairs 😉

This place is awfull, Firstly there is an horrible smell in the restaurant.Secondly I found a fly in my Burger and they told me it was from outside and didnt refound me.

Food was absolutely terrible, extremely rude staff that did not fill our drinks up to full and rolled their eyes when I asked for them to be filled up properly. Do not come to this McDonalds!

I wait for 45 mins for my meals!!! They missed my order. Asked them, no one care about me!! Rubbish!! No service at all!

Its a McDonalds, only you have to put up with lots of wasps and wait and wait. Floors get sticky all the time, but the mccaffe is really nice and tasty

Very unpleasant looking experience. They won’t customise your order and charge you for using bathroom. Pathetic.

It seems a bit silly to eat at McDonalds when traveling...but its just such an easy choice! Especially when youre in a city that has no grocery stores open on Sundays! Plus, European McDonalds locations offer several vegetarian options and great fresh salads! (And their new mango/passionfruit sundaes and milkshakes are pretty tasty too!)

Yesterday I was ordering very simple food, chicken nuggets, first I was waiting 24 min, and some was on the way to cancel my order.."toy" dont make a vibration.Too slowly, only person who was helpful is girl Dino (from Bosnia). Worst McDonalds Ive visited. Dirty place, with a bunch of underage kids asking for cigarettes and playing loud music. Waiting for food like in normal restaurant. I recommend you to go somewhere else.

Too slow service for McDonalds standards. Not enough staff probably. And the place look dirty maybe because everything is old (furniture, floor, wc...).

Workers dont know the difference between chili and curry sauce I guess... They also dont know the difference between a medium coke and nothing. Paid for something I didnt want and I couldntve gone back since I opened the bag in my car, a km or two further away. Apple pie was still bussin

Far below McDonalds standards.- When the secutity was checking my corona certificate, he didn`t checked the certificates of other customers that entered at that time.- I had to ask for a beeper and after that still no one filled in the empty slots for the beepers by the ordering screens.- Then I found out I havent got the bacon that I ordered. I went back and the guy said they were going to do another one and that I should wait there (... with my date on the second floor). After 5 mins I saw he wasn’t to do another one, but just to squeeze the bacon into now coold burger. I decided not to spoil my evening with this and went to my table. After a few minutes, he really brings me a hamburger in a totally greasy box. Which means the chef grabbed the box the customer (mebrought back with his greasy gloves and Im sure he didnt changed his gloves after that. So my hunger was totally gone.I hope McDonalds is reading this. I`m shure that even they can understand why I`m not comming back.

They forgot about my order, after 30 minutes I had to ask whats going on. And they really forgot my order! I could have spent the whole night there, if I didnt do anything I wouldnt get my order. Unbelievable!

They have a very useful system to alert you when your order is ready - you have to pick up a "puck" when you order at the self-serve screens - but the service was slow.

Not much to say, another good branch of Mickie Ds.

Im passionate about mcFlurry ice cream. I am writing to you about 2 mc flurry ice creams bought in mc Donalds in Slovenia, Ljubljana exactly "Čopova ulica 14, 1000" which were far from what they should have been. I can not believe that after I complained to the manager of the restaurant she addressed me with ignorance "that ice cream in the picture is only symbolic". But the worst is it was not even close to that in the MENU it was only half fuiled and quite liquid. All this may not have been exaggerated but the idiotic behavior of the manager has not been something that belongs to the mc donalds networkYou can see the pictures of the mcFlurry😒

MCcafé is a correct place to work. No electric socket. Upstairs is better than downstairs.

Fries are always like cardboard and cold NEVER FRESH! Salad is just lettuce, no other veggies and it is brown 🤮The bread on the burgers is stale...DISAPPOINTED!

I actually dont like McDonalds, but we were traveling and thats the first restaurant that opens early in the morning. I was actually surprised with the high standards of service provided. We were immediately greeted and served. Also, the place is situated on the first floor without an elevator and the staff were so kind they helped with the baby pushchair without asking. They definitely exceeded our expectations. No idea if its the new policy of the whole McDonalds chain (havent visited for yearsor this particular branch was so exceptional but we appreciate our experience there.

I think it’s not normal to wait 30min for a vegi burger even if there is work. Everyone that’s taking a normal meat burger waits 2min and someone who wants a vegetarian meal need to wait 30min that’s no fast food. Every normal restaurant does things faster and in the end they tell u the forgotten on your burger. Really bad

A complete mess! Worst manager . All the employees were in bad humor. It took 20 mins to pay the hamburgers and another 20 mins to have our coffee at mc cafe counter. The employee there was quick but alone to collect and prepare everything.

Typical McDonalds, a few different things to try if youre not from Slovenia. Fast service.

Service is really slow. They have so many staff on and they could be delivering food so much more efficiently. Most of the crew are just standing there waiting instead of opening another register or expediting orders. This inefficiency also means food is often cold (especially fries), so youd be better served going down the street for a kebab or to Hitwok for fresh food.

This was the wrost McDonalds where I ever ate! Homelesses and piegons on the balkon, trash everywhere, bossy Personal, undescribeable dirty disgusting toalett. (We were with dogs, we couldnt go inside, whats really ok! Thats why we took place outside....There were too a young boy, who ate the rest of the foods, what the guests left behind, and he wanted to steal our photomashine. Worker from McDonalds came every 10 Minutes outside to collect the tables, but he was really demotivated, and what was fallen, he didnt picked it up, and the homeless & guy fighted with the piegons for the rest of the food! And the Worker didnt care! Extrem disgusting! The quality of burgers are the wrost, what I ever ate in McDonalds, they were cold, hard and like it was ready yesterday. Untasty, without any spice or something, what I like at McDonalds. I am big fan and a weekly guest by. Everywhere is ok, but this was really really disgusting.

Tasty, like in all McDonalds. Despite the crowded, friendly staff and quick service. From second floor you have nice view on street. Toilet could be a bit more clean. Is not accessible by car, and the restaurant does not have access for disabled.

Good and tasty meal for fair price in the city center. However it very crowd there, staff works very fast, but thats not enough to handle such amount of people. Self-service stands are required there. Employees do not have time to clean everything, thus its quite dirty. Near the toilets the floor was sticky. By the way, toilets have a lock code, so make sure you figure out what is the code (on a receiptbefore you go there.

Very good McDonalds in Slovenias capital. The quality of the cappuccino and macaroons were very good. They have a nice selection of desserts.
