Employees are terrible. One stole my friends cc information she used to pay for her food and used it later that night. The back could see that the card info was entered manually and not swiped. Currently in a battle to get it resolved.We will never be back tk Mcalisters again

I had the ham melt and a cup of potato soup. It was SO good. Everything was fresh. Employees were so sweet. The tea was awesome too.

Good place for healthy options in a fast casual environment. Easy to customize your order. We go once a week and have always had good interactions with the staff. It is a bit expensive for what you get.

I have a severe liver disease that pretty much knocks me out of most quick places to grab a meal while out. Ive used McAlisters a lot though with a lot of really health low fat meals that my liver can handle. Always good.

Good food, nice relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and service was great. Nice little outdoor patio seating area. A decent lunch spot. They serve coke products, lemonade, and tea.

I understand that there are currently logistical issues. I truly get it. That being said, it is still hard for me to understand how a restaurant that is known for sandwiches and baked potatoes could have no potatoes! No potato chips either. Sandwich was "so so". I will put them on the bottom of my list for a while with the hope that they can be better managed and better prepared in the future.

My wife and I went for a late lunch. I ordered 1/2 club sandwich and broccoli soup. She ordered the loaded nachos.My sandwich was extremely dry. The bread seamed like it had been toasted hours before and left out uncovered. The soup was ok except the cup was 3/4 full.Her nachos were awfull. The was very little cheese and the chili tasted like it was from a chep can hot dog sauce from a carnival snack vendor.For $26.00 I expected better quality of food.We will not return or recommend McAllisters

Went in today to purchase a tea, I waited up at the counter for 5 mins,keep in mind there was no one in line 3 or 4 ladies in the back saw me standing there but continued to ignore me so I walked out. Ive heard good things about this restaurant but unfortunately my trip today was very unpleasant

Always order Italian sub. This time half the meat. Cutting costs, I guess. If this is your Italian sub now, Jersey Mikes has you beat.

Food was great,and service with a smile. Got 3 huge sandwiches for me and my 8 year old daughter. Last time I let her order for herself. Totally my fault. McAlisters was great

Ordered via app. It was ready when I got there. Food is on spot and plenty of choices. I did the pick 2... variety and yummy!

food flavor is on tract for rest of chain, but food preparation takes them a long time, so if i think those working had more help would speed up process.

The food and service are always fantastic here. There is not an item on the menu that I dont like, and the staff have even taken the time to get to know me by face and name. Highly recommended!

Reubens. Broccoli cheddar soup. Strawberry lemonade. The service was super fast and polite. Got take put and only took 4 mins. Definitely a great place. Food is always good 👍

Got the grilled chicken salad with raspberry vingerette. It was pretty good. But a bit pricey for what I usually do for lunch. Not to crowded

Only complaint was butter for my baked potatoe was cold n hard. Needed more but potatoe was on the cool side. None the less, the food was good.

Always a good place to eat! I do wish the staff was a bit friendlier. One gal literally dropped our plate on the table which knocked food off our friends plate. They dont seem like their happy employees. The other deli in Johnson city is alot better than this one for sure. We are regulars, but maybe next time theyll be in a good mood!

Had a light lunch of grilled chicken caesar wrap with fruit. It was very good. So many choices on their menu, you are bound to find something you like.

The service & food were beyond excellent. We couldnt have dealt with kinder people when we went inside to order our food & eat. The place was clean & they are practicing social distancing. The prices are very reasonable with the amount & quality of food you get. Thanks for doing an awesome job!!!

First visit was a good experience. One of the best salads Ive had in a long time and the baked potato was very well prepared. Service was fast and the staff was attentive and helpful. Prices were reasonable, the dining area was very clean too. Nice place, Id go again anytime.

I love their peach tea made with peach juice. The food is a healthy alternative to most take out and one of my favorite go to places. Great friendly staff, nice atmosphere and real flatware and plates when you eat in. An order ahead drive through take out is a real time saver.

We love McAllisters. Their call in/ pick up, interfers with the dining room service. The last 2 times there it has taken over 20 minutes to get a simple sandwich to the table. A seperate crew to cook and process dining room orders would be helpful, IMO.

Food was excellent, they have half of their tables blocked off for social distancing. The card machine messed up and the employees were wonderful. They kept us engaged in how they were fixing it, were friendly and talkative. They pushed the order through to the kitchen so they could begin preparing it. The fixed the issue and we received our food. Made what could be a bad situation into one that was pleasant and made me want to go back.

Got the broccoli and cheese soup my girl friend is pregnant and not even 30 minutes after it had a awful stomach ache. Also found a small blonde hair in the beef au jus. Please make your employees wear a hair net.

Deli quality sandwitches at a reasonable prices are the main attraction. Good soups, salads and drinks add to the list. Their loaded baked potato has to be seen to be believed. Add a friendly staff to the equation and you have a great dining experience.

I had the chicken strips on a salad and a baked potato. The potato was two potatoes put together. It was huge! Both were great, but I brought half of each home.

I have ate countless of times I HAVE NEVER BEEN LET DOWN! The food is amazing! The staff is awesome, always AMAZING customer service! They have been amazing. For the quality AND amount of food I get, it doesn’t make my wallet cry! Will always be a returning customer. 😊

Ordered my food thru door dash. Great delivery. Opened my nacho dip and this is how much was in there. Really ???!!!

Food is good, always is on every visit. But every time I go I end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour on food. I figured Id save some time and order ahead online today. Ordered online, showed up a few minutes after suggested pickup time, still had to wait over 20 more minutes. Got the run around, had to go thru drive thru window twice before being told to park. Good food but getting tired of waiting so long on simple orders.

Rarely a Restaurant got 5 🌟 reviews. The place is extra clean. The food variety is big and tasty. Wonderful staff, very customer oriented, responsible, corteous and respectful.We ask for a dessert and they cater our wishes with a big smile. We share the food.Pick up drive tru. Well located, regular and wheelchair accesible, parking free, in and outside tables, kiddies menu...try it.Definitely will return soon.

Took my best friend out for lunch. First time we had been there. We loved it. The staff was very friendly helpful. I had the McAlisters club, it was great, it was put together nicely, the veggies were fresh. My friend had the lunch special, a baked potato with the works and half a chicken sandwich. I had to take part of my club sandwich, home with me. Will go back again and again. Love you guys keep up the good work....

Everything was so good! The McAlister Club, the Italian, and Max Spud were all fantastic. The cook, Michael, does a great job and is very nice and sociable if you catch him out front! The cashier today mustve been having a bad day so it was nice to see Michaels smiling face!

I had a great time coming to this new McAlisters location! The place was clean, staff was knowledgeable & friendly, and the food was delicious! The only con I would say that is if you have a chlorine allergy then you might want to avoid the tea and water. They use tap water instead of filtered. The food came in less than 10 minutes for a table of four. I had the four cheese grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque soup.

AN HOUR OF MY LIFE I CAN NEVER RECLAIM - ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANTS !!!We came here the first week they opened. The food was okay, not great but it was the first few days. Staff was fairly friendly. Tonight, I went back with my three teens to try it out again. Wow, Wow, Wow (and not in the good way!)We ordered and went to sit down. All of the tables on the far end were dirty and most in the middle. We finally found a long table that was clean. The kids and I were happy to try this place as we had been to them before in Texas. We sat and waited for our food, and waited, and waited, and waited. After 20 minutes, we talked about getting a refund and heading to Chick-Fil-A. But no, we decided to stick it out - our mistake. We were really hungry when we got there. Finally at 35 minutes, one of my sons received his sandwich and soup. The soup was hot, the sandwich was not!I went to find napkins. I went over to the service area with the straws - no napkins or straws. I passed two people waiting for their meals and said good luck. They were leaning on the wall and looked tired. The lady asked what was going on. I told her we had waited almost forty minutes and had finally received one sandwich. She told me she worked for corporate at McAllisters. She apologized for the wait and tried to make an excuse that the staff had had some changes since they opened and they were trying to work out some of the finer points.I noticed they were bringing my daughter her sandwich. I headed back to the table and my oldest son and I finally received our sandwiches almost 5 minutes after the first sandwich came. Still no napkins. My daughter had to go up to the counter to find someone to provide napkins and a fork for the potato salad. My sandwich was lukewarm at best. My daughters sandwich was cool and disgusting. It was a big sloppy mess of sauces that tasted as though they had turned bad. (Southwest chicken No one at the table could tolerate the taste. We left the entire sandwich. All of the other sandwiches were so-so and none of us finished the dry and mushy excuses for food. The manager checked in with people who had recently arrived but was conspicuously trying to avoid all the tables that had waited for forever to get their food.He finally came by and says "everything going well?" I immediately told him it was not. It was ridiculous that we had had to wait as long as we did. He apologized and said they had 5 people call in sick from the kitchen. I told him that at the very least someone should have come out and informed all the tables that were waiting that it would be quite a while. He asked me to wait a minute and went off. He eventually came back and gave me two VIP cards. He started in with the half hearted apology again and said he hoped wed try them again. I was actually more irritated by now and said I doubted wed be back and I certainly wasnt happy that wed spent $49 and they wanted to comp us for 2 meals in the future. He said oh I can get you two more and went off to get two more cards. After he brought them by, I told the kids maybe we could give them to a charity.When we started to leave, the lady in the red top who had spoken to me earlier came over and said she just wanted to apologize again. She assured me that this wasnt the norm. She told me that they were short staffed and had received a call-in order for 60 earlier in the evening. Just when I thought things couldnt get worse! Seriously, why on earth would any restaurant that is short staffed accept a large unexpected order without proper notice?This location is a disaster. Im usually willing to give restaurants a second chance especially when they are new. The only thing epic about this was in the magnitude of their incompetence. It takes a special place to prepare lukewarm food with 40 minutes of prep time. I know one thing for sure - we certainly wont be back.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in the Tri-Cities area. I came here 2 days after the grand opening in bristol. All desserts are absolutely amazing, especially the cheesecake. The food is to die for, great meats and plates. Great outer and inner design for the building. And most of all, the workers here are the friendliest people i have ever met. We waited about 10 minutes on our food and because of the wait, they gave each of us a free meal card for our next visit and 2 free desserts. I highly recommend this great place.
