Kids loved it, but very expensive for a 7 minute attraction

Lots of fun for kids. They really loved it.

Beware if you have small kids. We asked if it was ok for small kids 2 year olds and he said “yeah we have babies go through it”. We literally took two steps in and and had to come out due to it being overwhelming despite what the kid told us. I went back to the kid to discuss a refund with him replying “what’s up?” “I just work here I don’t even know how to do it and it’s right on the sign” No refunds are given. Not sure who doesn’t do refunds these days especially if it affects your experience. After reading other reviews looks like other people were not able to participate and they just take your money. Lots of other fun things to do on the island with your kids so our experience says choose other things.

$8.5 for a v small mirror maze. Not worth it but it’s fine

This was the one thing our kids wanted to do before we left the island. They’d looked forward to it all morning. The sign said open at 11. We showed up at 10:50. The guy working walked up after 11, was unapologetic and actually quite rude. Told us it was “going to take awhile” before he would open. We asked how long and he said 20 mins. It’s now 11:30 and he still hasn’t opened. Sadly, we are going to have to leave after 40 mins of waiting, with very disappointed kids. What a bummer.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went through this maze on our trip to the Island. It was amazing fun! We all loved it! The owner was so kind and nice!My son and his girlfriend did the one in Mackinaw City and they loved it as well!

Great and fun place. It was nice to have the chance to keep on continuing the maze until we finally made it through. It was fun.

Dont pay by credit card. The transaction "didnt go through", so after swiping the clerk had us pay by cash. I went back the day after the transaction posted on my credit card to show the clerk that I was charged by card and cash. She wouldnt give me a cash refund, but said she would notify her accountant. That credit card transaction was never reversed. The kids had fun, but do not pay by card if you decide to do this.

This place is good but unfair the guy who owns it screamed at me for putting the glasses in the wrong container which is uncalled for and yelled at my brother for screaming and having fun siriously the place can be unfair at times

I really enjoyed this maze. It was our first time visiting Mackinac Island. We did the carriage tour of the island and visited Fort Mackinac as well. This 3D Maze was the perfect ending to our day after grabbing fudge of course! The staff was welcoming and he even offered to watch our things while we enjoyed the maze. Highly recommended by this Mom and her 11 year old son🤗

Second time here and still very unfair service, paid for 4 kids total of $28, my 4 year old got scared at the last minute to go in so we kept her out, they would not refund us the $7 for her not going in. The first time (last yearmy kids where screamed at for making noise and having fun... keep in mind this is a mirror maze for KIDS!! Just BS, there are better ways to spend your money on the island. Try the butterfly observatory.
