Nice restaurant. Employees are polite and helpful. No car parking infront of restaurant. Bit higher prices. Overall good restaurant.

The staffs are all kind and approachable especially the chef, he entertained us well when we ask him about the food. Restaurant’s ambiance is nice and good for relaxation. They also have a store where we found a lot of Indian goods.

We live the Samosa chat, kababs, and masala tea here. Explore the Indian sweets small mart they have in the restaurant, you shall love it. Price is worth the taste.

My second time here in mik8 and food was really good.Staff are accomodating.Place is cozy

Tried the papdi Chaat, two naans, and some paneer dishes. All were very good, MIK is consistent in quality.

Not my cup of masala chai. Perhaps getting the set meal would have been a smarter choice than getting a la carte, better bang for the buck.Server was not helpful at all, she gave me the impression that yogurt was not included with the briyani, so I got a raita on the side, and ended up with two serves of yogurt to go with my rice. She was also not very good at giving recommendations.Food was not very enjoyable. Papad was soggy under too much onion, did not enjoy the briyani (it tasted better when the flavor was masked by the yogurt). Rice portion was rather hearty, that little pot can seriously hold a lot! Regular yogurt that came with the rice is more sour than the raita, which is more refreshing and has crunchy bits in it. Mango lassi was thick and sweet.

In Taipei, Only place to getAll india masala,Indian sweets,Haldiram Snacks,Wheat and gram Flour.And obviously, MIK is the best indian restaurant in taipei 😋😋

Always my go-to Indian place in Taipei! Been here a couple of times but haven’t placed a single review yet. This place is awesome! Service, location, ambience, and taste!We always order more food so we can always eat it for later. We love the samosas and the tikka.Everything is so worth it! 💖💖

Just had my birthday dinner here and it was a really great experience. The hookah is pretty good and the food is really good, especially for the price. Very yummy paneer. We had a lovely time talking to the chef/manager, who is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice place with good ambiance. The food was good. The combination of Indian curry dishes with dishes like baba ghya push is something special to try here. The overall service was good. They also have a grocery store to buy some ingredients and spices. Overall good service and great experience.

The quality of the food and the hospitality is unmatchable! Undoubtedly, MIK is the authentic destination for the Indian taste in Taiwan. Too good!

Flavors and spices were all blended to perfection! This is my first time dining at MIK (heard a LOT about it- and boy were they right: it is truly amazing. The service + ambience are lovely, and the manager even checked up on us. All the food are delicious, the HUMMUS and Paneer = recommended. Absolutely amazing. The staff were so polite and cordial and their service was top notch. The food was very well prepared and it made me feel like I was back home. Food was good, very authentic taste. But I feel the biryani is too Taiwanese, not really how we eat in Bengal. I loved the chicken Tikka masala. Very authentic. Customer service was good. ☺️

One stop spot for everything north Indian and satiate those masala craving taste buds. You cannot miss their butter chicken, paneer Tikka masala and garlic naan at absolute steal prices. 10/10 would recommend and eat every other weekend!!

We got takeout from here during the lockdown in Taipei. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. Generous portions too. We will definitely come back when restaurants re-open. Thank you!

Its hard to find good indian groceries in Taiwan, but Mayur Indian has a great little store of imported goods from india within their restaurant. I have now gotten delicious ghee, moong dal, different kinds of rice, and spices at a fairly decent price. But you pay for the value you get and the trouble of importing it to Taiwan. Organic as well. Sachin has been a great help in recommending good products within the store. They can also ship to you anywhere in Taiwan for a small shipping fee. This makes it so much easier when you are buying 5lbs of rice 😆 I highly recommend their products! Good quality and fresh. Thank you very much for your service!The food is excellent too, very authentic and the servers are all very friendly and nice!

Ordered with Uber eats. Hummus-Babaghanoush and Butter chicken was my favorite, and lamb Briyani. Finished scallops the same day, but continued eating some the following day. (Which tasted even better day 2 since the flavours really sinks into the food).Masala tea was good, especially when it cools a little, flavour will shine through.Gulab jamun was alright, I know many places does the version with just syrup, but my personal preference is with a hint of rose water.Butter chicken and hummus-babaghanoush will make me return for more.

I cant speak for the food but the service here was terrible. I ordered in advance some mango chutney and all they had to do was say that they didnt have it. But they didnt. They told me in fact, they made their own homemade one, not canned. I said great! Ill come pick it up next Saturday. The store owner confirmed next Saturday was fine. I come all the way from another city to pick up my mango chutney. I arrived at a time I didnt know they were on break! The door was open though and I wasnt told not to come at any specific time. I felt really bad until I realized that the did not in fact have what I wanted. I showed them the messages. They said yes thats our Line but sorry we dont even make mango chutney! So why... WHY did you lie and say you did?! I took a two hour trek to your store to get a rare item that you very much said you had. Unprofessional! Rude!By the way, I just want to say I plan my meals in advance and if Id known this was going to happen I wouldnt have bought the ingredients for it. This problem could have been solved with some honesty. Now I have a ton of sour cream and have to scramble to use it in other dishes that I didnt plan for, and waste a bunch of other ingredients. I enjoyed this little upstairs restaurant quite a lot. The music was very good (almost makes you feel like dancing), the service was prompt and friendly, the tables designed for groups of 6 to 10. The lighting dimmed a bit around 7pm to give it a bit of a refined dining atmosphere, or maybe a little less stressful on the eyes and makes the food look even more tantalising.We ordered naans (plain and garlic, both goodand a variety of things from the extensive menu. Babaganoush (so so), Tzatziki (good), Falafel sandwich (good), Lam curry (excellent), fish curry (so-so), palak paneer (okay), chickpeas curry (not bad), basmati rice (decent).We were stuffed and happy we chose to go to this MIK instead of the one on Keelung road.

One of the great Indian restaurant in Taipei.Great food , great vibe and cool peopleThe food was fabulous and delicious.The dishes are served fresh and with great hygiene.and also great value for the money onIf you are in Taiwan always try out this restaurant .They do provide happy hours and its a cheap and reasonably priced.Will be coming back again for more dishes .Try it out guys .

What an awesome experience for enjoying Indian cuisine! Want to try some more next time and it’s very close to the entrance of MRT station.

Not so good service. Waiter didnt really intend to introduce their menu. The lunch set comes with not so tasty naan. The waiter did not mention about the option to upgrade the naan either. The curry itself is fine but the food in overall and the service could be improved.

Taste is quite different to the other branches, nevertheless it is still quite enjoyable.They do offer an all you can eat buffet from Thursday to Saturday, which is nice as it gives the opportunity to try some different dishes.Staff service has also been good, and for the price its not a bad place to visit.Be sure to check their open times, as they are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We ordered Buffet, it includes three varieties of a vegetarian and non-vegetarian Currys with a choice of your bread, dessert, drinks soup, ice cream, rice, biryani, two appetizers. during non-peak days the buffet counter is closed and you have to order them from the buffet menu whatever you want to eat and how much ever you want to eat. chicken tikka was tender and juicy so as the beef Curry, gulab jamun was a bit dry and Biryani was a bit oily. the price is around 500 and if you add 50 more you have unlimited alcoholic beverage (beer). 3.5 out of 5

This is the second time Ive got take away and the second time Ive been massively disappointed. Portions tiny, food not that good, very expensive. This lot cost me over 1000nt. The all you can eat buffet in restaurant maybe worth it.

I ordered Punjabi butter chicken. Last two times I ordered different dishes that were each too mildly spiced. This time I told them to kick it up a notch and they did! Chicken was nice and tender...A rich and satisfying meal. Spice was not as nuanced as a cream of the crop place would be, but this dish was very good for the price point.

Edit: I do want to add that even though the amount of food for the price didnt feel worth it, the flavors of each of the sauces was abundant and was definitely something they spent a lot of time preparing so I will add another star for that.Was pretty disappointed in the amount of food they gave for the price of the "business lunch" option ($199NT +10%). There were 1 1/2 pieces of chicken (other half of one being all bonein my set.I originally wanted to give two stars but decided to give one more due to our waitress. She worked tirelessly serving around 10 tables all by herself during the lunch rush hour and I have to commend her for that.

Solid menu. Very friendly service. The buffet is a great option. Be sure to reserve ahead.
