Food not great but the place and the staff are wonderful 😊

Love the inside decor, its like being in a cave in the middle East and the belly dancer was a great touch. Only disappointment was the food was average and you have to spend a minimum of £50pp.

Very cosy,comfortable seating areas and customer service at its best.Although Maya lounge has lacked to satisfy my visit this evening.I have ordered;Medium fruit platter,grapes was discoloured and LOW QUALITY fruits.Oranges did not taste like a real orange which had no taste whatsoever not sure how you present UNFLAVOURED fruits to your loyal customers.Sex on the beach and passion fruit Fizz mocktails tasted like a normal juice,no real science needed.In addition I have ordered Savacco sheesha which had no seasoning.Though trying Savacco brand flavours elsewhere knowing how it should have tasted.I will personally recommend other sheesha lounges within the area whom offer Quality which Maya lounge lacks and having read similar reviews and yet no improvements made.A real disappointment and always room for improvements Maya Lounge.

Came to maya on a random weekday for some adult time and conversation. So glad we chose this place!Even before getting in the security at the door w was so lovely and friendly and took some great pictures for us 😄The lounge is beautiful, the perfect setting for some chill time 😍The staff were very friendly (not sleazy like some other lounges I could mention 🫢)They were ccommodating, changed the shisha for us that we didn’t like and even gave us a complimentary fruit salad! 😘Drinks were lovely, nicely presented and not too sweet.🍹We stayed till past closing and they didn’t rush us out or anything.Thank you for a lovely evening 😊

My husband and I went last night for our anniversary dinner and we were so impressed with everything. The place looks like a gorgeous cave with beautiful dimmed lighting.The mixed grills and baba ghanouj were delicious, far better than that of Edgware Road Lebanese restaurants. The batata harra lacked flavour for me but the tasty pina colada and passion fruit mocktails made up for it. Food portions are large so make space!The waitress Andrea was so sweet and helpful and so were the rest of the waiters. They even willingly took lots of photos of us on my phone and brought out a lovely fruit platter on the house to end the night. 10/10 service!Yes, you could say the prices are on the higher side but its 100% worth it for the lovely experience and delicious food. Thanks Maya Lounge for making our anniversary dinner special!

I got FOOD POISONING from the chicken wrap and dips. Dont bother having food here, just stick to Sheesha peeps. Belly dancer was entertaining, otherwise poor experience with vomiting 🤢

This is a Lebanese restaurant with a cool ambiance. The service was Spectacular and the staff was polite and quick. It wasnt too crowded @ 8pm. 10/10 recommend!

BEST SHISHA LOUNGE IN LONDON!!! You will not be disappointed. The HALAL food is AMAZING. Service is the best service i have ever received. You feel like your in another Country as soon as you step in ! Amazing interiors you can take great photos here ! And the belly dancers are so talented + friendly !! I would recommend maya lounge to all my friends as it is honestly the best Shisha lounge i have ever been to !

Maya lounge is amazing. Great decor, lovely music and large place. Nice main meals and mocktails. Lovely bellydancer that goes to everytable. They need to improve on their dessert and service. Sometimes the staff members dont understand when a customer ordered food. We asked for 4 portions of chips and only received 2 portions of chips

I had such an amazing time at Maya Lounge, the food was amazing and served sp quick. The staff are so friendly and always someone around to help. Hanni was an absolute star who chose the shisha for us. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Would deffo recommend.

My hubs and I were out for a date night when he suggested Mayas lounge, I said sure, little did I think Id be wowedI was stunned by the beautiful decor, (the outside doesnt do it justice), our waiter was Hani who was very friendly n helpful, we ordered couple of starters n two wraps, some mocktails, food was excellent, batta hara was one of the best Ive ever had. Shisha was good, and the waffles tasted like it was freshly made. The entertainment (belly dancerwas really good.Yes prices are a little on the high side however you get what you pay for and thats a great night out

Best place to do something different with friends. Really nice atmosphere, great service and really nice food with many options. Perfect to have some cocktails and shisha while enjoying the belly dancers act. Highly recommended. It wasnt the first time I was going and wont be the last.

Dining here for my sisters birthday was an absolute delight! The service was absolutely outstanding. Our every need was attended to. The cocktails and food tasted absolutely amazing. After your meal they bring you fresh fruit which we were definitely here for! The interior was really pretty so we took lots of pictures! I would highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely dinner, Shisha, finished with tea+desserts - all to be surprised by local entertainment and an overall great atmosphere! Great value for money hasnt lost its roots!!

Service was terrible and they charged us £50 service charge. Had to ask waiters 3 times for cocktails and chilli sauce.Food was awful and took long to come. Quite expensive for mediocre, bland and tasteless food.The one star is for the photo opportunity in red tunnel and the other star is for the belly dancer experience.Shisha was OK ish.

Food was great, we didnt have a booking and the restaurant was quiet busy however staff were able to seat us and were very polite and helpful. Food and drinks were great, especially the HUGE prawns. If shisha is your thing, this is definitely a good place to be, music was good and it was a nice crowd and good vibe all round.

I had such a wonderful time in Maya Lounge yesterday. I took my friend out for her birthday. The place is absolutely stunning! Their customers service was 10/10! The staff members were all super friendly and very helpful! I would like to thank you all for making our night special! Momen,Mahmod & Kimberly you were all amazing!!

Food was good, atmosphere was great. Loved the added attraction of the belly dancer. The ample security guards were reassuring rather than intrusive.

Greeting at door was friendly and professional. Waiting staff were very polite and helpful although as it got busier, it was harder to get their attention. Shisha was good and very sanitary with the use of disposable pipes. Belly dancer was amazing, really got the crowd involved and was good fun! Food was average and the watermelon juice I received was awful, mushy and completely out of season which is the only thing preventing me from a 5 star review.

AVOID THIS PLACE - I had a table reserved and to book £40.00 deposit was required for two people. T&C stated minimum spend per person was £35.00.Having looked at their menu I assumed I was looking at paying £70.00 minimum.When ordering our meal, we requested the starter be bought out first and the main once we finished the starter.The food was bought to us together and we were told they were very busy and the staff member apologised.The staff were rude and extremely unfriendly with the exception of one lady working there.The belly dancer was very good.This place would be ideal for shisha, but as a non smoker, I went to have a meal. The food is bland and the lamb cubeswas hard. The salad was appalling considering their price. Salad consisted of lettuce and onion. My local kebab shop has more ingredients in their salad. The rice was packed with cardomom pods. Please see pictures as management will most likely deny.Management have replied on other peoples reviews about how their prices are on the menu, this is true, but no one knows what their plate of food looks like until they receive it.Waiters were also going round asking guests if they were influencers to promote Maya Lounge.Food was extremely overpriced for the quality of food delivered. Drinks were good andthe men at the door were polite and courteous.Save your money and go across to Bayleaf or Noir.

Avoid at all costs! Food was bland, basic and lacked flavour. Service was awful, barely get the attention of the waiters. Overpriced for what it is. Not only that, I was then overcharged. They took the deposit and took more on the day without deducting the deposit from final bill. It was beyond awful.

Large man at the door with a hoodie refused entry and demanded £50 per head. Was empty on a Friday night. Rude staff, cheap decor, avoid at all costs.

Create customer service, they were fast, friendly and efficient the food was good and the shisha was on point. Although a bit busy so took sometime to get a seat I will recommend booking prior to going to ensure you dont spend time wasting. I will definitely return there again.

Ive heard a lot about Maya Lounge, but today I was lucky to experience it myself, amazing decor, professional and friendly staff, Tasty food. Couldnt fault anything at all.Thanks to the owner for the wonderful evening.

Me and my friend went last night after meeting the owner Fadi on a job told me to come down as I love my shisha. I got to say what an amazing place, staff were amazing and professional, great vibe, shisha was spot on.My friend whose never gone to a shisha place he loved it and wants to come back again shows how amazing the place is and the vibes. He ordered some food which he loved and again he loved the shisha good recommendation from the staffFadi looked after us really well making sure we were okay and gave us complimentary drinks as our first visit thanks :)Just shows what amazing customer service you get at Maya lounge and thats what you looking for in a shisha place. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience Maya offers. A sexy ambiance in a spacious yet cosy environment. Nice entertaining belly dancer nut not pushy, delicious food and great hospitable staff that were welcoming, attentive and very friendly to all customers. Great customer service observed across the board. Prices are a tad on the steep side however worth the experience and atmosphere. Great selection of food and shisha equally. Highly recommend.

Loved it!! My friend and I went on a Wednesday evening and the staff were wonderful.As we spent a lot on food and drinks they gave us complimentary fruits and a free shot!Amazing and will recommend.

We booked for newyears eve, 9.30pm got seated quickly! This time didnt wait ages to get served for food or shisha! Food tasted good mix grill rice was tasty to. Pineapple head shisha was good to.Had a lovely newyears evening ☺

Beautiful decorations, good entertainment, didn’t like the food quality and overpriced! Poor service and extremely hot, my hair and head was on fire , I have asked them 5 times to reduce the heat but they keep ignoring me, left the restaurant sick 🤢 won’t come back again!

Wanted to check out the hype the place but didn’t live up to the expectations. Ordered shisha and after a couple of puffs the shisha was burnt. Ordered a fruit platter and the fruit in there was not fresh. Grapes had a hair in them, watermelon was obviously cut up long time ago and then just left out for long time then served and this cost £30!

Personally, we loved this place.. the doorman was great, polite and took some cool pics, after being shown our table the waiter was very knowledgeable, from drinks omg, yes... shisa and the food. Everything for us was perfect.I think All the staff were fantastic, they made us feel very very welcome and had laughs, recommendations. I think if you get good service its only fair to pay for it. But thats my personal take on it. Aint got no problem with my experience. They made my Birthday special. Yes we will be going back. It was a Monday night maybe we will try the weekend and keep yall posted.

I walked in Maya Lounge for the first time on a Saturday Night without a booking, the gentleman at the entrance which I believe is one of the owners have kindly checked if there’s any availability for me and my partner, he informed us that minimum spend is 60£ per person, I’ve told him, no problem at all.We’ve been told by the waiter that we can not stay more than 2 hours, however “i will try to push it more” the waiter said.We’ve order some cocktails, and the guy was very pushy so we’ve ordered more.He asked me about food, I said that I don’t feel like eating right now but definitely I don’t want to leave the place without eating.We had to move around because other people started to show up for their booking.Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes later I called the waiter to order food, the waiter goes back and forth between me and the other owner, and ultimately he comes back with the bill and a card machine asking me to leave immediately because I’ve stayed at the table to long. He enforced me to pay and leave !Surely, I’ve showed my gratitude for the time I’ve been given consider the fact that I had no booking.The bill came 135£, I’ve asked the waiter to charge me more and keep the difference as a tip, he said he is embarrassed by the situation and under no circumstances he will take any money of me.I paid and we left. When we’ve arrived home I’ve ordered some take away food, and than I realised that We actually didn’t eat at the restaurant and I was wondering what have I paid 135£ for ?1 cocktail 13.50£x6= 81£1 bottle of water=9 £Total=90£Standard Table Cover= 30£And the difference is service charge( which I was happy with)We’ve had 6 cocktails and a bottle of water, and to my surprise there’s an extra charge for “Standard Table Cover” surely the next day I called back to find what’s that about and their answer is this “because you’ve ordered less than 60£ each, we’ve charged you extra anyway !!!”Note that NOBODY have mentioned that, and NOBODY actually told me during my sitting in the restaurant that I’m running out of time and if I don’t order I’ll be charged anyway !!!That’s why they didn’t allow me to order food at the end, so they can rip me off !PS “ I do not care about the amount, but I don’t believe that 33% of the bill should go on non value stuff, or to be taken by the owner for free !!!I believe the customers must be informed by the staff if they are being charged anyway, so they might consider ordering earlier or take away !I will give a total of 2 stars, 1 star for the place, and one more star for the waiter and the way they meet and greet customers.Note that the owner did not want to resolve this little issue, which seems like they don’t care about customer’s experience.For me it was the first and most probably the last time.I don’t recommend the place simply because i believe that actions reveals character, and if they are “stealing” money from customers, than who knows what else they can do !

GREAT PLACE. Defo recommend. The outside starts a story, once you go inside your reading the story. Authentic set up, one of a kind in London. The atmosphere is amazing. Food is delicious and pricing is fair. BIG SCREENS through out the venue, friendly staff, good bar and the management is superb.This place has it all!Defo check it out if you havent been.
