You already knew from the start that the room key was stuck, why did you leave it even though its been confirmed twice

sorry to be honest, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Palembang city. facilities such as gym and swimming pool are non-existent. the room is also not soundproof and the sheets are dull.

Terrible service, dirty room and disgusting bathroom. We booked for non smoking room, got there, front desk said "oops sorry, non smoking rooms sold out, there are only smoking rooms available, take it or leave it".We specifically requested non smoking rooms while booking.Decided to give it a try, got in the room, it was dirty as hell..not to mention the bathroom.So we decided to upgrade, hoping the cleanliness would be better. But boy we were wrong, the room and bathroom is as dirty.Toilet seat is dirty and moldy, cant even seat on it..we have to cover it with tissues.Shower cubicle is full of mold.For the price, its really not worth it.

Good bed.. only little bit noisy.. ask for rooms facing back if u want to stay there.. otherwise ac is cold and shower s hot..

Would come again, it was very comfortable and the Max Bistro is very delicious. However, I think the hot water in the showers needs to be inspected as I have troubles getting hot water in the shower. Overall, aside from the hot water, it was worth $20 per night.

I think i had the best stay in Palembang because of this hotel. A really comfy room, standard breakfast, good reception service. Near PTC and mini mart. And dont have any trouble ordering and finding food for dinner
