Pésimo servicio. Se pide una orden para retiro, indican que la orden está lista y se toman alrededor de 50 minutos para entregarla sin siquiera pedir disculpas. El precio no vale perder la única hora libre de almuerzo para no poder comer.Awful customer service. To set an order for pick-up and be on time only to wait 50 minutes more than expected without an apology is not accepted. The pricing doesnt make it for me to lose my 1 hour off work to have lunch.

The restaurant is publicized as enabled to exchange American Express membership rewards. But they often tell you the convenient story that the system is not working, and they blame the bank. Is not the first time that this happens.

Had a very nice Teppanyaki here. Sushi was awesome as well.

Waited weeks for call back for Teppayaki table for reservation. No one seems to know when it’s available. Direct calls to restaurant went unanswered

La comida buena, pero demoran mucho y siempre tienen problemas de agua por lo que te obligan a tomar agua embotellada.

Más de 45min esperando y aún así nos dicen que había que esperar 15min más, pésimo servicio, y ya nos pasado lo mismo anteriormente . Nunca más volver a este lugar.

Food always good. A little pricey, but their are things on the menu that are go too. Just watch what your order and easy on the booze! It will always drive the bill up.

All ways good. The bento box lunch specials are an excellent deal. A LA carte can run you some serious dough. Good service. Gluten and lactose folk friendly.

This place have a great variety of items in menu. The sashimis arent thin, maybe you dont like that but the fish flavor are really good. The Sake its not so cold, like i prefer but is really good too.

The place is ok, definitely not the best Japanese restaurant I have eaten in Costa Rica. Service was OK, food too, nothing extraordinary.
