Ive been dining in this restaurant for several years but because of the pandemic and their place is very small, are always crowded with a lot of customers so I havent been there for almost 2 years. This is the first time after pandemic I went there to dine in. Before they would give warm cloths and black ceramic plates before you have your meal and now its just plastic plates and they cut off the cloths idk why since Ive havent eat there for almost 2 years. They have raise up the price for some dishes but the taste its just the same or even worst then before. I had garlic rice like I used to. Although the bowl was bigger, the taste isnt the same anymore, its bitter and too much garlic. The good is their waiters or waitresses are very nice and polite, lady boss is still very friendly but her shout is quite disturbing sometimes. Overall is consider OK but Im never going there anymore.

Food taste average, sukiyaki zen chickens soup taste kind of sweet. I enjoy crunchy of the salmon avocado roll. Toro salmon taste Ok. Seats not that comfortable, it sink when we seat on it. Price consider slightly above average. Environment below average.

Decent food with slightly above average pricing. Taste and portion were acceptable. Excellent service from the service crew even though they’re on full house and super busy. One thing I would like to suggest is the lady boss to lower down her volume when she is ordering her staff. Her yelling literally stressed out my family and I during our dinner as we were seated right in front of the kitchen entrance. What’s worse is that I hardly saw them closing the door everytime the staff went into the door and this made her yelling even louder. Overall, decent food with decent ambiance but great service… Not recommended unless you really crave for Japanese food and have no other choice but to come here…

Extraordinary service provided by the lady boss. The lady boss took care of my 3yo very well so that my hubs and I can have an enjoyable dinner.Fresh salmon sashimi, yummy silver cod and most importantly relaxing environment yet not too crowded.

Enter to the restaurant its like hawker center. A bunch of guest (look relative or maybe friends)was talking out loud. Kids was running around and shouting. Even the owner of the restaurant also talking and shouting like nobody. The whole place is super noisy. The price is above average but it taste average. Do remember to check your credit card statement as we just notice they double charge us. Visit few time would like to settle the double charge issue. Either the shop is not open or boss not around unable to do the checking. Super terrible experience!!!

When you are very hungry and you have to wait very long for your food is not pleasant. Only come here when youre not hungry i waited more than 30 mins for food.Lack of staff. Very slow.

The staff here are very friendly, the owners are very often outside taking orders. Owners take customer satisfaction very seriously and often are very willing to change something for us if there’s something wrong or different with it. Food is excellent as well. Would recommend.

Honestly the food is below average but edible. The cawanmushi is quite salty, nabe udon is okay. The portion is okay but the price is quite expensive same range japanese restaurant. My gf taste the fish on top sushi was not so fresh but I guess because is new year and we get those left over fish before Chinese New year. The shop seat is quite cramp. We sit beside in cramp area. A lot improvement is require at least my 2 cent opinion.

Reasonably good but nothing fancy. Had some of the lunch sets and the two things that stood out were the salmon sashimi and the 5 tempura prawns given.

Big portions and serves fresh sashimi. Unagi here is fleshy, well marinated and properly barbequed. Here, you dont get eel drowned in sauce and pan fried. Salmon skin is true salmon skin, not the deep fried leftover salmon that you may find elsewhere. Tempura is fluffy, crispy and light.Service is a little too casual, table arrangement is strange and deco is basic. Could up their game in these aspects.

A hidden gem in Kota Kemuning. Friendly manageress and attentive service. Food is fresh and of excellent quality. They make their own green tea ice-cream. Their Kobe beef is soft and melts in your mouth. But portions may be small to fair.
