Mastan Idly & Dosa in Ongole

The mastan dosa is famous but it did not taste that good because the man behind it is not working their anymore

overrated very unhygienic; located near the rtc bus stand signals heavy crowed also over priced3 idlys button size with ghee costs 30; spl dosa 45 which is very small only 2-3 cashews and 2-4 chunks of coconut over all size of dosa is just plam size which costs 45 and normal is 20 no proper seating,you have to shell a minimum of rupees 100 to get adequate quantity.coming to chutney its smelly like its spoilt.overall go at your own risk only idly with ghee is tastefull everything else is overrated and waste of money completely unhygienic environment

Excellent idli with pure ghee and nellore style red chutney.Not a fancy place, pakka mass. Tiny seating available inside, conjusted.

Ghee idly and ghee dosa tastes awesome. Small place to sit. The waiters are well mannered and friendly. Should definitely try.

Ghee Idly is very tasty 🤤. Special Dosa and Ghree idly are very famous items here. They put fried cashew and coconut pieces on top of dosa. They open the 2nd branch near Sai Baba temple at Anjayya Road end. Sunday evening is the holiday for the team. They have only 5 varities of Food: 1. Ghee idly 2. Special Dosa 3. Normal idly 4. Ghee Dosa, 5. Oil Ambience cloud have been better. Always crowded.

This hotel is known for ghee idli n dosa. Taste is very yummy… one should try the ghee idli.

Ate here since my childhood. For more than 2 decades mastan dosa has been the best place for dosa. Nothing comes close

Here Ghee Idly was extraordinary it will melt when you start eating.Special ghee dosa with kaju and dry coconut pieces topping was really amazing .Bit expensive but worthy to eat . One should eat this breakfast if anyone visits Ongole for sure .

I had eaten 3-4 times here, there is no such thing as amazing here like reviews are saying,chutney tastes average,those who likes ghee, bulky sizes of dosa may like what they are offering but the price is very very very High, taste is not at par with heavy pricing.That price is because they add some chunks of coconut and cashew with ghee.

Prices are very high compared to the quality( over charging cannot be a lesser term). There is nothing very special except for pouring extra amount of ghee and putting coconut pieces ( not even khazu).My suggestion to foodies is that enjoy the experience. all th It has been in business for a very long time so naturally has the reputation of its own.

Food is excellent over there, but considering its reputation the hotel management is robbing people off their money. The food is way more high priced compared to the neighborhood. Other than that the food tastes excellent!

The hotel located opposite to the Apsrtc busstand, Ongole.The hotel look like as small tiffen centre, but the tiffen taste was awesome.( Ghee idlyi Ghee dosa, Ghee special items). As of me dont judge book by its cover.so visit once and have the taste.

We cant go without having tiffins, from this shop when we are going through this city, because here we can get very very tasty tiffens. Among them Idle is very very tasty item. I did not have in any other cities like this city. If want to taste go and have it. 😀😀😀😀

Idly and special disa with dryfruits and ghee is good. Ambience is not at all good. Need to have price list displayed to avoid price confusion between normal idly and idly served with ghee. Overall idly and dosa are of good taste.

Taste here is out of the world.Try special dosa where there are extra cashews.Chutneys and podis taste very good especially with the lemon sprinkled on it.Place of business can be improved to attract family crowdsCost is also very less. We enjoyed a lot here.

The best Ghee Idly you find in Ongole. Taste is very good, place is just average. Its kind of street food but there is little space for seating. Its always crowded as it is situated on the busy area. Its better to eat the Idly there only while they are hot.

Good taste but heavy price

The restaurant is really very small. The idlies are small but very soft.The chutney was very good.The hygiene is very much below standard... especially the path to the small AC area is not at all good ... it is via the small kitchen area.The rates are very very reasonable

Crowded in mornings and evenings. Not sufficient accommodation for all eaters at a time. So u have to wait. Hot iddlies are served. Dosa too is of good taste. Sambhar is of fair taste, coriander chutney good. Conventional hotel with thatched roof and stone tables. A budget hotel for a quick breakfast.
