Very bad expiriance. The service is very slowThe food tastes horrible. Its made from cheap meat. The sofa was very dirty and looks like was never cleaned.I am visiting most top, from cheap to expensive restourants. I suggest u never visit this place

Bad food, burned hamburger, worse service ever seen in restaurant business. Do not eat there.

Service was fine but food comes at random times, burger was mediocre, chips (which are charged extrawere stone cold, lemonade watered down to be barely taste like anything. Dont recommend it any more.Worst part is they took the rotisserie chicken off the new menu and added some new but bad dishes.

The sushi was delicious and the other things we try as well.

The ceaser dressing was nothing more than mayo. The chicken was not grilled but deep fried, bland and chewy, namely badly made chicken fingers. I think they use it for some other dish and just put it in the salad to make their job easier.We had the Tagliatelle with mushrooms and beef. The pasta was bland and uninspiring.The cherry on top was the beef tenderloin steak with fries. The steak was medium rare, just as we wanted it to be. The thing that makes me wonder is how on earth can you make a medium rare tenderloin aka fillet mignon, as tough and leathery as a flip-flop?! No juices, no beefy flavour, not to mention I had to chew 5 minutes a bite. We took the steak home and gave it to the dogs. Literally. The fires were cold, chewy and had no taste at all. Literally garbage. Ive had much better fries at Duner Kebap joints.I really dont recommend the place if you want to have a good time.Overpriced, bad quality. Another nail in the coffin of Varnas restaurant industry.

One of the worst restaurant in the area. Outside and the Interior looks fine so we went there to have lunch. First staff ignored us we approached them and they sat us down on a table. Ordered drinks and food, after waiting more than a hour I asked how long it will take they again ignored. Request them to serve at least drinks first and waiting came with soaking wet glasses and a bottles of drinks. I asked him to change the glass as it is very wet and not even wiped he replied “all other glasses will be wet too” and walked off. We were 5 people but one person got served a burger and there was no sign of food for other people for next 40 minutes. Then he came up with soup which supposed to be served first and again we had to wait another half an hour for other people orders. Food was terrible cold and chicken felt like you are chewing plastic. We couldn’t even complain as they were so unapproachable and also there was no point of asking them to replace the order as they would again take ages. Waiter was so rude and unprofessional. Worst experience in varna. Go to Happy restaurant in the city centre instead and you will enjoy every bit of your visit.

When you need a short break from shopping - Massa is where you should be headed to at Grand Mall of Varna. A little bit(eof everything for everybody - Mediterranean, Balkan and surprise surprise! Japanese cuisine! The salmon tartar is fantastic - perfectly spiced and beautifully served. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered takeaway food here and it was one of the worst I ever had. First, it came in over 90 minutes even though it was advertised as 20-30, and as you could imagine, ice cold.The chicken soup had barely any pieces of chicken in it. The burger, was something like 3 pieces of chicken inside burger bread and nothing else, something I never saw before. It went directly to trash. Never again.

Easy online ordering, delivery time could be better, decent pizza at a reasonable price (especially if a discount is offered).

Pretty good food but portions are very small(deffinetly not the quantity they say in the menuno english menu when we went there. Fair prices.

We just waited 10 Minuten and no waiter came. Then we left. They had not even a hello for US.

The only good thing is the attitude of the girl serving out table and the interior which promises more. The calamari were the worst, the green salad with tomatoes was seasoned with sweet chili (?!), burgers definitely need an improvement. Top it with the sushi station right in front of the entrance to the toilet. Unfortunately bearable only if you are really starving.

No English menu, staff almost ignores you and you have to wait 2 hours for the food. For 2 people, the first person waited 2 hours for a pizza, and the other waited 2 hours and a half for a burger. Prices are pretty high compared to the quality of services and food. Not recommended.

Place looks beautiful from the outside but it’s highly understaffed and even if we saw several waiters, only one waitress was running all over trying to keep up.We waited ages to order, than ages again for the food to come. It was just me and my husband, his food came first,l and after he ate half of his, finally my order came, but still 1 of the 3 things I’ve order was missing.Also the food came cold while we could see it had been plated up for ages for someone to deliver it to the table.

Initially we were attracted by the distinctive interior designs. Seemed like a decent restaurant with good variety in the menu. However, the tables were extremely dirty. There were spider nets on the plants. The first thing I ordered was stock out. I chose a different dish. Ten minutes later - surprise surprise- the waitress comes again and tells me it also not in stock. Mediocre food, bad restaurant experience. If you happen to be around choose some of the other places.

I was a big fan if Masa Kitchen few years ago but never again. Worst burgers with soja, how it’s possible to cook so untasty.

Worst experience in a restaurant ever!!! Sandwich was nasty and it costed 17lv. Waiting for a pizza 1 hour and they said they forgot to make it.

It is incredible!!How it is possible,to invest so much money in interior and to do not care about service and quality of the food.Pizza was the most worst ever!Very poor service.

Amazing place! Would rate higher if i could, great atmosphere, fast service, incredible coctails, huge menu loads of food types, we had sushi,meat sandwich and a pizzaWe really enjoyed it and the prices feel more then fair, the waitor was proffessional remembering everything correctly,and kind - he poured our drinks and offered us exactly what we thought we needed and more: for example we had the pizza first, and he handed us wet wipesWe also loved the cocktail he reccomanded usGreat place, 5/5 would dine there again ifi ever come by or visit the mall

I have been many times to Massa Kitchen but over the passed year the service has gone downhill. Today, I took my mum and friend who were visiting from the UK and I can honestly say the waiting staff were rude and the food when it arrived was stone cold. Never again will I eat there

Nice setting with really comfortable leather chairs and sofas. Terribly understaffed, our waitress was literally running between the tables but even with the restaurant more than half empty the waiting times are extremely long. The food is tasteless and often with mistakes. We ordered three hamburgers - one came without the salad and with all the the fries were terrible and just enough to serve as decor. All three were tasteless, no seasoning in the meet and almost no souces. Pasta carbonara came without bacon and basil, after we complained they added the bacon but said they were out of basil. Pasta bolognese was so tasteless that my kid who could eat it every day only took 2 mouthfuls. Only salads and pizzas were ok (but nothing more than that). The worst thing of all were the toiletes - only two mixed ones for such a big restaurant! With no pissoir the ladies are left with a disaster (see the photo).Never again!

Beautiful place to take dinner. Even though inside a mall,it feels cosy and the lights are warm.The staff was nice and we got the good really quick. My pasta got cold but Im a slow eater.

Terrible place. No kids menu, overpriced food ( for most dishes quality is average at best. Really rude staff, no atmosphere as a family. Not an accommodating place. Certainly not ‘the best in Varna’ that’s for sure. Tried to charge extra for sauces that comes with two meals we had chosen. Spoke to the waiter and he said, no you must pay, it’s extra. Waiter also ordered one extra meal accidentally he tried to make us ( a group of 12 pay for. Attitude changed as soon as we said no. Little tip for you, do your job properly and customers wouldn’t leave 1 star reviews. I don’t recommend this place at all. Stay well clear and go to any of the other 6 or 7 places in the Grand Mall.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is overall good, however the staff members are not very friendly, and all looked overwhelmed by the work. We had pizzas - not worth trying, it seemed like neither the sauce not the toppings had any seasoning. The presentation of the food was good though and the quantity for the price was fair. Another suggestion would be the music choice- doesn’t compliment the atmosphere and the overall concept and experience. Overall, most probably won’t be back.

Quite modern and interesting place. The menu was very rich, the service was good. It is a bit pricey but nonetheless it is worth it.

Degradation over the last years. Quantity and quality-wise. Used to be a nice place to have a lunch or dinner.

I envy those of you who left without ordering. Unfortunately I ordered today, and the food was absolutely awful. If you respect the food you are eating never visit this place!

I dont recommend this place! It has great interior design, food is average, service is terrible.

Was good when it opened, but disappointed the last two times I went there. The service is slow, the staff looks exhausted and overburdened. The food has been mostly mediocre and you dont always get what you see pictured (example: I saw a fancy salad pictured as a side, but got diced tomatoes instead). Not worth the money, honestly. Only the decor and furniture are really good.

Fantastic interior and huge space. The staff are friendly and warm in welcoming. They have a great menu with different choices. The started I had was delicious but with the main course the rice wasn’t well cooked. It was a new dish for me though. It is a bit on the pricey side but you can have a good experience. I recommend to stick with safe food options rather than being notoriously adventurous.

It was awful! The service was terrible! Waitress were so aggressive with us that we even asked for manager to somehow deal with it. Oh yeah, and the food we got was disgusting (we got hummus that probably had expired like weeks ago (?not sure, but it had bitter taste and the smell of a yeast!!)We told the manager (actually there were two, and the first one just said sorry, laughed and disappearedall our complains and can you imagine what we got? 10% discount and bit of Turkish sweets!!! I am sorry, but this is impolite. What if any of us will get food poisoning?It’s quite pricy for Varna, and does NOT deserve neither your time nor money!!! Think twice before you eat there.

TL;DR: Do not waste your time, over worked staff, low end dishes with high end price and managers who have no clue what customer care is to save their life. Asian food on this level in Varna can be met in Nebesna Hrana or the sushi section in Happy at a more reasonable price.On the outside its so good looking, but oh my god it gets so bad. The service is terrible (we reserved a table so in my mind I thought it would be slightly better or differentwith workers that are clearly over worked and will probably leave you for 20-30 minutes unattended. Even when I waved my hand vigorously I was ignored.We were very unpleased with the Duck dish, the “asian wraps” are legit just 4 tiny pancakes that are really not enough for the amount of meat you get. Oh and the meat is shredded mystery pieces and if you found an actual meat piece you are very lucky.When I tried to talk to the waitress about the dish as we were disappointed she immediately escelated it to the Manager. Manager told us shes never received a complaint about the dish and that I shouldn’t expect the meal I order to be exactly as the picture (i dont, but it would be nice if i didn’t have to do half the restaurant’s job when the dish is 24 leva)Then she offered 2 giant burito style wraps on the house that were as stiff as a rock. Was on a date with my partner so I wasn’t in the mood to argue with a brick wall.The waitress took another 15-20 minuts to fetch us the receipt. Oh and in front of us were two girls who waited about 20-25 minutes to get their orders, and then 20 more minutes to serve their TEA 20 MINUTES FOR TEA?!

Burgers are really bad. The bread was old and dry. The meat quality was not good. Everything was soggy and falling apart.

The food is not bad at all. Interesting and original menu. The service is poor. Very slow. If you r starving and cant wait-choose a different place. If you have time and dont mind to wait around 20 mins for you food, but getting something different- do it !

The food is not so good. The service is awful. Waiting too much for what you ordered even the bill.

Really bad service. Ordered 4 meals and one just did not show-up... Even after everyone else had already finished and the waiter had been reminded the last dish still did not show up! Not even a word of excuse....Can NOT recommend at all, seems they do not care much about the customer.

Best restaurant in the grand mall. Visited this place 5 times already. Salad, seafood, burger, steak, everything was excellent except for the sushi. Prices are reasonable too.

We often eat here, great salads and pizzas, not sure about the rest of the menu, never tried anything different but everything looks great. Not impressed with the desserts though. Staff is friendly and pleasant, generally very cosy atmosphere. To fully enjoy go there during the week, weekends might be too busy.

Used to be very good in 2016. Now has changed to a typical dinner with average quality of the food

We have eaten at this restaurant a few times and have always been greeted with a big smile and welcomed with enthusiasm. This restaurant would not look out of place in London or New York, if you like dinning in style backed up with a menu to die for then this restaurant is for you.
