Increase priced menu of bibimbap change drastically. Putting raw cabbage made an off taste on it.

Absolutely fantastic. Best Korean food we’ve had since moving from Dallas. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. We tried a little bit of everything, and I have no complaints.

AMAZING food, AMAZING service. Love the Korean music playing. My sister unknowingly dropped her baby’s pacifier and they washed and returned it to us promptly. A great place to eat and relax!

I always get the chicken katsu bento and I love it every time. The portions are pretty large in my opinion. The lady who takes our order is also kind and polite. Sometimes we eat outside in the back when the weather is nice too. Overall, great food and customer service.

This is one of my new favorite places in Lubbock. It’s so clean, the owners are amazing, and the food is incredible. The portions are pretty big and the flavors are so unique. I wish more people knew about this little place.

So clean, so good, so happy to find Tonkatsu and other kbbq staples in this dusty town.The price was great and the generous serving left me happily snacking on the left over pork, greens and rice the rest of the evening.Drop a tip for these lovely and friendly folks, it made my day finding this place on an adventure ride looking for places that smell great from the road and I cant wait to drop by again.

I had the spicy ramen and kimbap and wow,,,, it was so good !! it looked appetizing and it was good as hell, definitely going back when i go back to lubbock!

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a hit or miss 50% of the times. The cup meals are good it has a lot of rice, but usually not enough meat to go with it. (I also tend to avoid the ramen, cause I saw it was shin ramen and I can literally get that for less than a dollar and put my own stuff inI ordered the kimbap today and I can say with confidence the 5 dollar sushi on Fridays at Market Street is more delicious. The rice was dry, no sesame oil flavor, and it just felt like a lacking California roll. Honestly I wouldn’t pay for the food again unless someone else was buying it for me. :/ I bought two rolls cause I was craving it, but I had one piece and I was not inclined to eat anymore. I’m just going to learn how to make my own at this point, or go to Seoul if I’m feeling lazy.

Food was good. The lady that took our order was very nice. Will definitely go back and try something else. Maybe work my way through the whole menu?? I like that thought!

Great place. Super clean. Delicious food and priced well. Light but flavorful. Staff is very friendly. Nice fir a quiet lunch or dinner. Good seeing for a lunch meeting. Indoor and outdoor seating. #6 is the 3 meat meal. Mieso (sp?Is delicious and a meal in itself. Ill definitely come here every time I go to Lubbock.

4.5 stars. If this was in any major city it would get 4 stars. Given that its one of the only Korean restaurants in Lubbock, Id say its 5 stars given the location. They had a large clean outdoor seating area that looked very pretty which was a huge plus. I got the salads, miso soup, bibimbap, kimbap. The portions and prices were excellent value. However I ended up regretting the salads: it was just ice berg lettuce, imitation crab, and mayo based sauce, not delicious. The bibimbap was great but the rice ratio to toppings ratio was too high for me. I have high standards for korean food. Still, worth going if you are here.

Very good food! I got their #4 and #10 and some dumplings just to try while im running errands and the roll (#4was great and a lot of food compared to the small roll u would get at market street, just wish it had a spicy option or some kind of savory sauce that came with it but the korean mayo with cucumber juice was everything and i added 1 part sriracha and it was amazing! Definitely going back with friends and going to dine in their outside eating area that looks gorgeous! Very clean and a cute atmosphere!

This place was delicious! I had never been there before and the second we walked in we were greated by the friendliest lady! Thw food was very flavorful. Rice was cooked perfect and the soup was the best I have ever tasted. Definitely would come back. They work real hard and theyre restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Masiso is centrally located in Lubbock, just off the Marsha Sharp Freeway and Slide on 34th Street across from Coronado High School. Everyone from the surrounding area can make it here easily for authentic Korean food in a sunny building with a beautifully built outdoor courtyard. The owners are incredibly nice and deserve your patronage! Our food was so delicious I failed to take a single photo while studying my face with noodles, rice, and excellently prepared beef, chicken, ribs, and spicy pork.

I have been here a few times. It is a pretty decent place to eat. I like the food and will come back. The prices are just a little high for what you get, but not unreasonable. Although I like the food, it is not my favorite place in Lubbock, in the spice department. There are some I like just a little better, but that is just a personal thing and in no way is to indicate that their food is not delicious.

Truly a hidden gem in Lubbock. I have been multiple times, and I have really enjoyed the food. It is very inexpensive for the amount of food you get. It is set up in a nice area. The last time I went I sat on the patio and it was perfect. I would think its the best patio area in town. Everyone that works there has been very friendly and helpful. I will come back again and again for this great food. I would recommend dining in, but the way it is served it is easily ready to go as well. Step out of your comfort zone and give it a try!

This place is phenomenal! Spacious interior, pleasant patio, friendly workers. Located in a former Wienerschnitzel. The #6 combo meal is terrific

This place was awesome. Super good food but even better service. The lady behind the counter was so nice to us! She even brought us coffee at the end of our meal and said “to the beautiful couple.” The dumplings and sauces were particularly good. Will definitely be back.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I just moved to Lubbock and I was astounded by the lack of good Asian food until now.All employees wore a mask and gloves and gosh the lady that helped my friends and I was so sweet!I ordered 6 pc Dumplings, Miso Soup, and Bulgogi Bap. The dumplings were perfectly crisp and delicious. The miso soup was super savory and that Bulgogi Bap. Wow. It had so much flavor and it is a large portion for $10! My friend also tried the Ramen, and I snagged a bite. It was incredibly spicy and rich - everything you’d want in ramen. They had forgotten to put the toppings on it, so while we waited, the kind lady that helped us brought out some Ton Katsu for us to try. It was so crunchy and full of flavor.I think I’ve found my new favorite spot. I’m going to keep coming back and I will make it my mission to try everything on the menu. Incredible.

First time at this restaurant. I’m always looking for cleanliness and this restaurant did not disappoint me. Very Nice, clean & all the employees are wearing mask. Friendly staff. We had the option of eating out in the cover patio, but it was too hot to be outside. The food was good. My son didn’t like the glass noodles (mind you he is 7 😛my husband and I had no complaints. I’m giving them a 5 because I couldn’t find anything to complaint about 🙃

Very nice and clean place! The staff is friendly and the food is some of the best around! Try the ramen with melted cheese and fried egg, but you cant go wrong! The red chili pepper paste is out of this world flavorful! Definitely a new family favorite!

Nice atmosphere and tasty food. Be aware they use packaged ramen. I received delivered ramen in an empty box for Nongshim Shin Ramyum packaging. They just add veggies to it. It was still delicious but if youre looking for fresh, this may not be the place for you.

Decent food. Not fan of using styrofoam container and plastic utensils instead of real dishes and utensils. I would rather go to the Seoul Korean restaurant that is not far away for more authentic Korean food.

First time visit. Was a pleasant surprise to see simple and delicious Korean food. I had Kimbap and a salad; dieting! My wife had the popcorn chicken. My wife is of Korean descent and found the food good. Some of it is simplified for Americans but still good flavors.

This place was very good and very reasonably priced. We set on the patio and it was very tranquil and quiet. They have taken a lot of time to make a nice quiet place to eat outside. My son had Udon. He really enjoyed it. I had Kimbap. It was a very generous portion. It was extremely good. My littlest had fried shrimp and mini eggrolls. They were kid approved by him. The owner came out andnchatted with us. She was extremely pleasant. It was an overall great experience. We will be back soon.

I liked it. I had the Donkatsu and also the spicy pork with japchae. I think its tailored more to nonkoreans. I wish whatever was supposed to be spicy was much spicier. That being said, its still good food.

We had an amazing meal here! The ramen was pipping hot, flavorful, and satisfying. My wife got the combo cup and absolutely loved it. Ordering is nice and simple, all prices already included tax. We didnt go out onto the patio but I can imagine how nice it will be in the summertime. We are absolutely going back for more!
