Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters in Mount Pearl

I ordered a 4 piece combo with a coleslaw and never got a fork, had to wait 4 hours until i got home to eat it because i had to go back to work.

The big Mary was very dry, not sure if it was overcooked or left in warmer too long but batter was just falling off & meat was almost too hard to chew. The taters were awesome!

Dirty tables....kept cutting me off when trying to order

Still same not very good severes oder wrong yet again chicken full of grease way too much staff too busy with each other more then severing, not worth 49 dollars

Mary Browns has some tasty chicken and taters. Though it does seem a little more expensive than some of the other options. The drive-thru was fast and the property was clean and tidy. I recommend.

I was at your location Tuesday this week & my sister & I had a 2 PC meal ,which I might add was fresh & delicious. I have a big concern about the floors, not being clean ,full of GREASE, my sister & I are seniors & its only by luck that we didnt fall.... The hall to the bathrooms were shining with grease but when I bought it to the attention of I presume it was assistant manager , I was told it was the soles on bottom of my shoes... In the bathroom it was so slippery there . Someone should try to clean the floors properly, I am only trying to to save you the expense of someone falling & causing you a lot of trouble .Maybe you should try a clean Mop & disinfectant cleaners . Thank you for your attention to this matter .

It was great! It was super busy there at noon hour.

The chicken was good - moist because we got dark meat. A bit pricey for a 2 piece at $12.

The food here is really good and easy, perfect for when you dont want to cook. I think there should be a little more separation between the chicken and the taters, because of people that dont eat meat, but other than that its great!

Staff are constantly messing up orders (not very good at English), along with blacks hairs in my food the last few times I’ve ordered. Won’t be returning.

Dine-in is fantastic, although the shop itself is a little small and the traffic to get there is usually not worth it. Drive-thru is a dice roll, be careful with what you order(sometimes, not always, but sometimes they struggle to get it right). That said the taters are unrivaled with, personally suggest a large tater poutine if you are just trying mary browns for the first time. the chicken is quite good, but the big marys (chicken burgers essentiallyare usually messy.

Great service and always fast. They make sure you get what you asked for. Also apologetic when food may not be right.

Food is tasty and orders are always accurate but service is slow and isnt friendly. Everytime I go through take-out window its a long wait and then server looks away and sticks arm full of take-out bags out of the window then shuts the window as soon as you take it.

Great spot to get some good chicken! Cant recommend the buffalo Mary as it is absolutely just caked with dressing. Fries are a toss up here so always get the gravy which never disappoints

Disasterous.Never have I ever had a experience like this from any other Mary browns restraunt.They do not care for the quality of their products at this location.I will forever be going to topsail road Mary browns location instead of here.Let alone was I missing items out of my order but the big Mary was thrown into the box and it was all over the place looked like they shook the whole box before giving it out.I ordered taters and gravy , but never received the gravy.I ordered Mac n cheese but never received the Mac and cheese.I ordered a orange crush and a PepsiBut received 2 Pepsi instead.Worst Mary browns location in town.10/10 would not recommend to anyone I know.

Great fried chicken, fries and taters, very tasty. The best cole slaw in the fast food restaurants around. Its a long way ahead of the competition chicken joints.

Delicious, fresh and fast. Not super greasy at all. Quick service and very friendly. Prices have gone up quite a bit over the last few years, but overall in the average to high average price range.

The food is often very good and obtained within a reasonable time frame. The staff at the cash are also pleasant to interact with. However, from my experience, the staff in the kitchen are can be loud and vulgar; shouting expletives at one another with a general disinterest to the negative atmosphere it provides for the waiting customers.

When we vsited the store the poor girl on the front was off her feet no one helping.....I paid almost $40 and my food was absolutely disgusting! ! There was rotten lettuce on my big mary! I specifically asked for no lettuce!!!! It was even on the recipt......she charged me for a breast that I never ordered......and last but not the least the girl on cash accidentally locked herself out of the back and next thing I hear is her coworker calling her a IDIOT!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! ....OH AND SOMETHING else they allowed a man to over park in the accesable parking so my husband was unable to park.....such bad service. ....

If youre looking for comfort food, then this is definitely the place to find it. Make sure to check out the Big Mary sandwich. Amazing.
