The place is crowded but accommodating service helps a lot. The udon itself is not for me but the broth is rich and the serving is generous.

When looking for Japanese cuisine especially Udon, here is one of the place to dig in. So far niku udon is still my fav udon, the soup is delicious. I also like to add "tamago" (soft boiled eggto my udon.

Quick service and tasty food. You can order udon that fits your stomach capacity with the variations of soup/broth they provided. If youre not up for a full meal, you can also enjoy the snacks. The place is neat, spacious and comfy but the queue can get very long especially during lunch and dinner (just proves how good it is!).

Nice food with acceptable price. Free refill for lemon tea / tea and simple toppings. But beware one dinner / lunch will have long queue.

Niku udon ny the best

Like the food but think the soup was not hot enough, even my butter couldnt really melt away in my hokaido miso soup. The reason could be either the soup wasnt really hot from the kitchen, or the queue was just too slow or the aircon was too cold. Suppose soup menu should be enjoyed hot

Food prices do not match the standard of food provided.I ordered chicken katzu rice ... What s hot only its rice where the chicken and fried vegetables are not. What a tasteless food..There is no queue specifically for gojek, they came as they cut lines when we want to pay.Japanese brand.. but not Japanese standards

Good broth and beef slice, not a fan of udon but i quite enjoy when eat it. Fried nori tempura is nice, add a different flavour to the udon itself. A little bit pricy but only for the snacks and tempura, if you order for udon only, its reasonable price i think. The good thing is, free refill for ocha and lemon tea, yay!

Have been visiting regularly since they open this outlet in Medan. Food were always good with various dishes added since their opening. They even have kids meal. Lots of good and affordable prices tempuras (gorenganto choose from! Staffs were friendly, diligent and fast. Of all the time I went, only one time I was not able to get their tempura crumbs as it was still being prepared (even after an hour, their answer still the same "still being prepared"). Fully air-conditioned. Non-smoking. Halal.

My favorite food ever Merugame Udon. The udon is fresh made and serve directly. I like the spicy tori baitan udon, it taste is spicy, and the chicken stock and mashroom is seosoning well. If you ask ice lemon tea or ocha (plain not sweetyou can reffil your drink. Dont forget to eat the tempura so crunchy 👍🏻

So far the best Udon Ive ever tasted in Medan. My favorites: Niku Udon, Ebi Mentai Mayo Udon, and Beef Carbonara Udon. Average price: Rp. 50.000. Halal.

Overpriced for the service. The server misheard my order. The rice isnt Japanese rice so its not sticky enough to be picked up with chopsticks.

Yesterday, I saw three girls with just drinks sitting at large table perfect for a 5 people family. That is just not nice. There was long queue and mostly people with brought their family.I enjoy the cuisine and overall service but the seating part need to be organized.

The place were okay, its often crowded at lunch hours, but the restaurant guarantee you can sit, no matter how long the queue is. The food taste is great, Japanese culinary at its best. Ranging from Japanese noodles to rice and fries menus. They offer refillable drinks too.

I love their noodle, one of my favorite japanese noodle served in indonesia. And for the Ocha? Its free for refill.My favorite one is Carbonara Udon

I love the rice stuff, because I dont really like udon. The tempuras are good. I love the self-service concept on this restaurant because calling the waiter or waiting for the bills is just wasting time. You may be not want to eat here when its crowded because its kinda noisy.
