Martin's Restaurant in Marietta

Ordered 1 chili dog with slaw. Went to take a bite and it fell apart. Went back to drive through and asked for a fork. No forks she said. On the truck.I then asked for a spoon and knife. Didnt need them. NASTY DOG

This place used to be good. I ordered a deluxe burger with extra onions and tomatoes is the garbage I received after a 15 minute wait, with no other customers.... SYAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS THE MANAGER AND OWNER TAKES NO PRIDE IN THEIR BUSINESS. I hope to see ALOT MORE ASYLUM MIGRANTS TAKE THE JOBS OF LAZY AMERICANS!!!!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA

The drive-thru line here moves faster than any drive-thru line in Atlanta! You cant go wrong with their large bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, its my favorite breakfast to go.

Woman in the dining room looked disgusted with me for trying the door despite their restaurant indicating dine-in was available.

I had the best service! Went through the drive thru and the man was funny and we laughed about soft drinks. Went to the front window and me and lady laughed. They made the beginning of my day a day full of positivity and kindness.

The line and the wait was very long and slow. The exterior of the building and landscaping is in poor condition.

Seriously need better people to work the drive thru. Just stopped taking orders while there were cars out to the street. Cars just pulled off because they wouldnt even greet the customer. Never again will I waste my time there.

Service is a bad as the landscape maintenance at this location. Slow and poor. 20 mins to get through the drive thru with (1one car in front of me to get 1 sandwich and drink. I’ve been eating at various martins since the 1980’s and I will never return to this location.

I suggest only using cash here, not credit cards. My complaint has been sent to corporate. Also, if theres a price on the menu, and you pull up to the window and they say "you cant rely on those prices, things have gone up" that is bait and switch

Place is very dirty and very unorganized. My feet stick to the floor on every step. Not sure how they pass inspection. Trash is laying all over the parking lot.

I work for martins, so believe me when i say we stay busy, but we only operate from 5am-3pm and serve only breakfast and lunch but our biscuits are the best

Im assuming that the overall 4 star rating given to this establishment is for the food because it certainly CANNOT be for the service. Never even tasted the food. My husband attempted to walk in (after a long wait at the drive throughand had a hard time getting in due to the unwillingness of staff to simply open the door. We rejoined the drive through line and the man taking our order was very nasty to my husband. There were very long pauses after my husband gave his order. My husband simply said "hello, are you there" because he hadnt heard anything. The man mocked him. Since we work hard for our money and refuse to be treated like 2nd class citizens we exited the line without any food. GM of Martins, please pay attention to the recent poor reviews. Your customers are not lying about the awful service.

Ordered 3 large chicken biscuits. They gave me 1 large chicken biscuit and the other 2 had large BISCUITS and SMALL chicken. Basically cheated me out of my money, will not return to this location.

Worst customer service out of ANY Martins Ive ever been to. Sat in the drive through unattended for over 10 mins just trying to place my order, then got cold food after waiting another 10 mins at the window. NO CARS WERE IN FRONT OF ME IN LINE EITHER! Absolute trashcan of Marietta breakfast. The jail right down the street serves better.

The manager Jason was rude. I mean rude, while ordering I asked could they add cheese to my eggs? I waited a while an no response so my husband said hello did you get that. He said yeah are you done an other things were said. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office and Better Business Bureau that was crazy rude.

I want to start off by saying this review is base on my visit for today. Normally this establishment is pretty good at taken my order and providing me with excellent service however this morning that was not the case. I ordered the breakfast special with an extra egg, grits and add cheese. Once I was at the window one of the employees took my payment. I informed her that the order she gave to me was not my order she stated "yes it is" even with the receipt showing this order was clearly someone else. She asked me to open the container to and make sure it was my order. I open the container to see that it was only one egg no cheese. That employee stated "yes thats your order." I asked so where is the other egg she stated "its on in there" I refused to argue I just took the order. I will not visit this restaurant going forward.

It took a long time using the Drive- Through. The food was lukewarm and they now charge for tap water in a cup with some ice. So add another 38 cents for a medium cup of water.Been going here for years and this was the worst experience I have had.Probably wont be going back until they solve their staffing problems and stop charging for tap water.!

Our favorite place for a real, "homemade," breakfast. Thank goodness Martins Restaurant does not make pancakes or waffles, we would be in trouble and grow out a bunch!

If you want some good breakfast biscuits this is it. Plus the staff is kind and there is always someone kind to talk to or say hello.

The food is never bad. I just dont have 30 minutes to wait before I get to eat. If you have that kind of time. Get a country ham biscuit. Hash browns. And a tenderloin on the side

Waited over 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. I sat at the speaker 5 more minutes. I said, Hello? a few times & finally got a, Hold on. No greeting. Poor customer service. Im sure theyre short staffed, but an acknowledgement from the staff would be much appreciated. Very disappointed. Ridiculously long wait time. Many cars were also leaving. You also cannot go inside as its still closed due to Covid.

Love this place because they are open very arly for breakfast

They care more about customers in drive thru then the ones who come inside. I will say when you get your food it is good. Also the staff argue to much.

Never opens on time sometimes its 30 minutes past they have a biscuit maker that lays out all the time so somebody needs to fire them

Kieana Tindle shared a review about a week ago (03/19/22concerning some of the same issues I have. The restaurant is simply NASTY. I dined in and ordered the Steak/Egg/Cheese biscuit with grits and sweet tea. Although my order was not prepared correctly twice, the food was good. A I did not see a health score posted, but it was not until I got my food and sat in the dining area. The tables were nasty and sticky. The varnish on the wood was peeling off, the base boards had tons of dust and the floor corners were dirty. It was not until I went into the bathroom that I noted the horror of dead bugs on the floor and walls. the air vent totally covered in dust and debris, and the toilet and sink looking like a truck stop bathroom from a horror movie. The food is good. The service is very slow. And the place needs a GOOOOD cleaning

Let me say the place is a little dated. It was clean and not busy at all. The menu is varied with something for just about any one. The food was very tasty and well prepared. Will be going back to try the breakfast offerings.Overall a nice place with good food and service. Worth a visit.

Ive been coming to this Martin forever. I actually worked here when I was 19. Although the food is still good. I had to rate it a 3 because it is about time they get some new equipment. I know the saying if it a broke dont fix it but sheesh. It looks pretty gross back there and to know they are preparing food back there makes it even worse. Martins it is time for some upgrading or a good Ole deep cleaning.

I am really at a loss as to why this place is so popular. The food is generally meh and the biscuits are hit or miss. Their cheese grits are grits with a slice of American cheese on top. The porkchop biscuit I had tasted like it was heated in a microwave.I imagine is could be considered comfort food if your mother was an average to below average cook and used canned ingredients.... Im giving it three stars because average is fine for a meal and so are canned veggies, but when I pay someone else to cook, I expect better.

I love their breakfast steak sandwich. Its not super big but its plenty for me. Everything is tasty there. Try everything on the menu. Price is reasonable too . Eat in with a bunch of friends or get it to go!

The breakfast rush can vary on how much cars are in the drive thru on days. Today was quick. Ordering through the drive thru is pretty quick. Employees are pretty friendly.Ordered the chicken biscuit, with an orange juice and it is such a great breakfast item to get! I cant compare it to other locations since this is the only one I go to, but it is pretty awesome!

Finger licking good! This was my first time and it certainly wouldn’t be my last. That was the best homemade style breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a while. The service was just as good as the food. Highly recommended if you’re looking to treat yourself😉

I love Martins but this has got to be one of the dirtiest Ive been to. While the workers were very friendly to eachother they lacked personality with customers. I can not stress enough how important it is to follow your first mind if it tells you to go inside and order your food.

Martins opened promptly at 5 a.m. as advertised, it took them less than 2 minutes to have my breakfast in my hand and back out the drive. I highly recommend this Martins for some early morning good breakfast.

Im not crazy about eggs but they were good, the biscuit was huge and had a lot of butter but im on a no carbs diet so i couldnt taste it. The only complaint i really have is i feel like they couldve had better portions or add something to the platters but for the price it was ok. I had the country ham, the portion was very small the ham is very thin and it had wayyyyy too much salt and pepper on it.

Never been to this Martins until now. Same great food for sure. We got a Steak, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of sausage gravy and a Sausage and egg biscuit. The biscuits are so good here. Im not even a biscuit lover, but I do enjoy a good biscuit when they are available. Service is always friendly.

What can I say.... Cathead biscuits made fresh and delicious egg & cheese.

Not much beats the stick to your ribs buttery goodness of a Martins biscuit. Theres not one I do not like, but they also have a full breakfast platter and bowls and other menu items I have not often ordered. I havent had lunch here in years, but I recall the hotdogs and hamburgers being good. Guess I have a goal to accomplish.

My brother often talked about this location. I decided to stop and have a sandwich. Ending up eating two. The biscuit was unimaginably good. The quality chicken egg and cheese biscuit drove me to get a steak egg and Cheese biscuit. I highly recommended this location. Especially if youre from out of town. Yes Yes Yes. 🤩😍😛😋

THIS MARTINS...not all of the Martins are good all the time, but this Martins is exceptional. Order was right and they were quick and the food was very tasty (and my ribeye sandwich and my husbands steak & egg biscuit was well put together). I also got a BLT and it was perfection. Kudos to the staff working at this location!

Since their dining room isnt open,we went through the drive thru. You could tell they are as popular as ever, as we waited in line at the drive though for at least 5 minutes before even placing our order. Once we placed our order it was a snap getting to the pickup window. The amazing thing was though, although our food was delicious, was the line out into Powder Springs Rd. The line of cars was past the auto care center nextdoor. That being said, the food was excellent as always. Order the large sausage or steak biscuit. You wont be sorry.

Martins is always a solid choice for breakfast and this location is not one of the ridiculously busy ones. And they keep it clean and the employees are always pleasant.
