Dropped by for a quick meal before getting back on the road. Not many customers but service was quite slow

Just the fries felt little bit uncooked. Others were okay.

I went to marry brown today with my kid. Firstly I would like to comment on the level of customer service which is extremely bad. I’m so disappointed with the way they take order plus the rude tone that the staff has. My order was taken by this girl name Shafrina as not only her tone is rude the way she speaks is equally rude but I remained calm throughout the conversation as it’s pointless to highlight directly to her. I believe the training and academy provide by marrybrown for her and the rest of the staff is not enough. Hence why they decide not to be nice to their customers. So please do something so that customers does not feel comfortable coming to your outlet. Ok another note after they pack the food no sauce was given and they just like chuck the food on the table. Extremely bad customer service and I’ll never visit this outlet again. This note specifically goes to the manager of Marrybrown for not looking into customer service as top priority.

The kids meal very bad and the kidplay not open and I dont like it

Staff could benefit from some training on courtesy & being attentive to customers. They also should tone down on chit-chatting & bantering amongst themselves; this is not a mamak restaurant.

The staff is very rude,they are so lazy,so they stop people from ordering at 9.40pm eventhough supposed to close at 10pm.the staff talk harshly when we dont even say a word. She didnt even ask us if we want to dine in or takeaway.

Very nice. Its not crowded like McD. Possibly the most underrated fast food restaurant. Its just the burger meat is a bit small and theres no air cond (which I understand why cuz people rarely eat there). Definitely recommended

Difficult to drive in, maybe due to long queue at MCD drive-thru. Have to bypass the long queue and turn in petrol station for parking else may park roadside (carparkand walk to the shop.Btw, the service pace still consider ok but still can be improved (faster).

Their fried chicken can beat KFC nowadays, especially whn they fry for u in a small batch upon order.. Turn out very good bcoz it is fresh frm d fryer.. "Ayam dah habis, blh tunggu 10 min tak" surprisingly tis become a word I would wish 2 hear.

Very peaceful dining place and food are often freshly made because it is less crowded.Only downside is the parking availability here. Parking is always packed because of mcd next door

This place is clean and the people are nice. Unfortunately MB not as femes as MCD or KFC.

Friendly staff, clean interior, cheezy wedges nice but quite salty. Chicken porridge and fried chicken is delicious.Downside of this branch is cash only

The food is not bad since they have a different kind of variety then the typical mcd or kfc, they have malay food as well. So thats what make this place different.

I like this place. But the balls in the kiddy Playland is diminishing. The management should replace the missing balls becoz it makes the playpen safer.

Very easy to find a place to seat and have their meals

The foods are fresh and served in hot. Staff attitude is extremely good and very polite. Although the outlet not that big, but feel comfortable.

Food is instantly prepared served hot, guest welcome courtesy can be heard the moment the glass door is tuched opened, table tidyness may need some improvement, service is excellent.

Quality of food is decent and priced similarly with its competitors. Plus point for its children playground but a minus for its cleanliness which isnt great for kids.

Very friendly staffs, quiet environment, reasonable pricing. Good place to bring family. Has indoor playroom for kids while parents can have food and observe kids in the same time. Ample parking spots.

Marry Browns not like other normal fast food, they serve variety foods. Perfect place for meeting old buddies...

Dont you hate food outlet that share the same spot with petrol station. How can you enjoy your dine-in food when the petrol & exhaust fumes wharfed in whenever somebody left the door open. Marrybrown should have picked a better venue for its newest outlet in Puchong.

Not bad, a newly setup restaurant. Clean and the waitresses are fast and courteous. Usually, you dont need to wait much because there is no crowd. Food is OK, mostly there are local delights such as nasi lemak and fried chicken.
