Marmalade in Barcelona

Nice and friendly staff. The food was good but to be honest I was expecting larger portions. The ciapata bread toast was quite small and the portion of bacon was very tiny (only one slice as you can see in the picture attached). The smoothie was quite good and tasty. They have a menu for lunch too and different burger options which looked pretty good. Menu is in English, Spanish and Catalan.

One of my favourite restaurants in Barcelona along with Gigi von tapas. Carefully crafted cocktails, delicious food and quality service. I like this place even more now as its so large its easy to social distance and feel safe eating out..

Every restaurant was closed so we stumbled upon this place. They still didn’t have the kitchen open but we decided to stay for cocktails and we were SO glad! Some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. So well prepared and flavors were perfectly balanced; they don’t taste cheap like a fruity syrup poured over alcohol, they taste the way every cocktail should be! I can’t remember the name of what I ordered but it was a Rose cocktail - would recommend!They offered us olives free of charge as they knew we were starving and they were the BEST olives my bf and I had ever eaten in our lives - still trying to find out what they are and how to get my hands on them...service was prompt, friendly, and we enjoyed their cocktail recommendations.Wish we had a spot like this back home!

Serve the same food as Milk Bar. There are four places around Barcelona that serve this menu. Food was okay, but the server was rude. Too much arugula and sun dried tomatoes in my omelet.

We had a great experience at the Marmalade Restaurant in Barcelona for NYE. The food and ambience were great. We were not only celebrating the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020 but also my friend’s 50th birthday. She had a great time. Thank you much.

I have been in this place several times and every time I liked it the same or more! Ambience is really great, drinks very good music is great! They organize events from time to time so check their page too in case you seek something more than just a great bar for the night. 10/10 will go again and again!

Enjoyed a really yummy brunch here. A good looking, easy to find place with great food and friendly staff. Good menu selection and prices too! Checked out nearby markets and the surrounding streets whilst there. Would definitely recommend.

Every component of our meal blew my mind. I came for brunch and got the Classic Benedict and then split a plate of the french toast with my husband. It was the best eggs benedict Ive had in years. Even the potato and salad sides that came with it (which are usually just plate fillerscould have been the star of their own show.Then the french toast! My goodness. It was magically somehow crunchy and crusty on the outside, and yet as soft and melt-in-your-mouthy as just-baked bread. Just the right amount of sweetness.To top it all off, the service was impeccable. Our server genuinely cared about getting us what we needed and helped us with extra tips and information. I cant wait to make this our regular brunch spot.

What a fantastic night! We booked in as a party of 50 for our annual Christmas party. The venue is perfect, food was delicious and the manager Cesar was extremely helpful and patient on a very busy night. He made changes at short notice to accommodate vegan, vegetarian and coeliac diets. Many thanks!

Possibly the worst brunch I’ve ever had, anywhere. The venue looks amazing, the menu looks appetizing ... the food was just horrible. The flat white was nothing remotely resembling a flat white ... the chorizo hash was 80% extremely greasy potatoes. The poached egg was cold (I didn’t even know that was a thingwith a strong vinegar taste. Really bad quality food, specially at those prices.I’m shocked at the other great reviews.

Premium quality food at reasonable prices. We had two drinks each, a main each and a starter and desert to share and it came to 30 euros each. Not bad for really delicious dishes. Staff were really lovely and knowledgeable, our waiter recommended the white cheesecake for dessert and cant thank him enough! Would definitely visit again.

Great cocktails and great service. Good looking bar. We were here two nights in a row, and would gladly come for more nights if we didnt have to go home.

Very nice place for a brunch or a cocktail 🍹The only downside is that, despite most of the people who work there being very nice, theres one exception in the lady that seems to have more authority than the others... But thats a minor thing, since all the rest of the staff is very nice. And, as I said, tge food is great! As are the cocktails and cappuccinos and everything 👌

While visiting Barcelona, I researched the best brunch spots in the city and this restaurant was on the list. Decided to try it out, and I was very impressed. The food, decor and customer service was all top quality. Would definitely recommend!

The food is great! The vibe is great. You will enjoy your dishes, most likely.Not too much diversity in the dishes. (2 kinds of burgers for example).Service was a little lacking, but it might have been a fluke.I recommend it!

Unique selection of craft cocktails (try the Hanky Spanky if you like gin & spiceand speakeasy vibe. The apps were good (Spanish croquettes & Japanese dumplingsand the service very friendly. Came for a pre dinner drink around 9pm and was just starting to fill up.

There could here was ok. I had the ribs and they were a bit over done. My friends that had the burgers said they were great though.The staff were friendly and very helpfull.The atmosphere is pretty nice... Chilled tunes playing in the background and a well stocked bar.

Good service. Fantastic hamburgers! A little too rare for us but the beef was exceptionally good tasting. Ordered the Western and the Mexican burgers. Added guacamole to the Western and it was freshly made. Fries were also delicious and they make their own ketchup. Noisy when crowded but thats common.

We was recommended this restaurant for brunch and the food and service was lovely. The decor is really funky too.

Booked this on our first night in Barcelona. 4 adults including two vegetarians. The food was excellent and there was no shortage of veggie fare. The alcohol was excellent and so was the service. Cannot fault anything in there. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Hidden away, the ambience is warm, relaxing and inviting. Come for the brunch until about 4 p.m. English breakfast, French Toast... its all delicious. Best place to have brunch.

A lovely looking place hidden amongst the small roads in Barcelona. The restaurant has great interior and the food is fabulous. I had caeser salad as it was very hot outside so fancied a light bite and it was absolutely delicious and a good choice I thought. Desert was yummy too. Well worth it. Nice staff.

My favourite brunch spot in Barcelona! I came here 3 times! Awesome food - get the badass bagel, pancakes and chorizo hash! Great atmosphere, great prices, and friendly staff.

We came for brunch. The place looks quite nice, and the English-speaking service was polite and pleasant. The food was just average-- nothing really special. The huevos rancheros was runny, and was quite different from what we are used to. They take credit cards and accept reservations.

Food was beautiful lovely relaxed evening and great atmosphere will definitely fine back next time we are in Barcelona

This is a bar that has a distinctive flair. The vibe is nice here and the food is ok. The prices are pretty decent too. This place is sometimes rented out for parties so do call before you drop by unexpectedly. The wait staff here are very friendly and I like how a lot of them are tattooed which adds a cool vibe.

Another one of my all time favorites in BCN! Go there for brunch! It’s the best! I can recommend the classic eggs Benedict or the badass bagel. You won’t it a better one in Barcelona. The staff is super friendly and the prices are definitely worth the quality. Restaurant is in the heart of raval and nicely decorated! I go there quite often and in my opinion it’s definitely one of the best places to have a decent brunch! 100 % recommendable!!!

This is a very nice place to have brunch. The tables are small so its ok to come alone. They do have tables for groups. But only 2 of them. Even if you make a reservation for your group of 8 you may not get one of the large tables. But the food is worth it. Just dont book a large group. And enjoy

Love this place. It’s gorgeous and spacious. There is a pool table and a beautiful bar with high ceilings. The menu offers fun, make you feel good food. Pricing is just fine. There is a terrace also, although it’s on a weird square and not so nice and cosy. The cocktails are really good.

This place is one of the ones, where you are leaving it with a regrets you cant eat more. Each dish is served with Love and Creativeness, leaving you only to enjoy the moment. Staff is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic!The Ambience is calmed down with tranquil feeling, allowing you to forget for a while about the hard working Touristic Day you had till yet.You should spoil yourself, visiting this Restaurant when in Barcelona!

Very cute atmosphere and decor inside! Fun bar area, a pool table, and dishes were reasonably priced. They asked us to moved tables and gave us each a complementary glass of cava to thank us. Would go here again.

I came for brunch (on a Fridayand my mom and I had a great meal! She got the Mediterranean Toast (photo shows halfwhich was topped with plenty of goodies and I got the Chilaquiles. At first I was bummed the chips weren’t super crunchy but eventually adjusted my expectations and ended up really enjoying the fork-and-knife texture. They soaked up all the yummy spicy juices of the other ingredients and were very enjoyable. Both of our dishes had tons of flavor. The manager was super friendly and helpful in making our selections. The vibe is lively and artsy with fun energetic music and chic tropical decor. Highly recommend!

One of the better places in Barcelona for brunch (and best, there’s hardly ever a queue). The flavours are generally pretty on point, but every now and then they add some citrus which throws the flavours off. My favourites are the Triple Whammy and the Fry Up... the Fry Up is the closest thing you’ll get to a Full Irish in Barcelona (major tip, substitute the eggs with duck eggs). Relatively well priced and very friendly staff - always my top brunch choice.

Nice traditional pool table and amazing (and largecocktails, although they are not the cheapest ones you can find (they are around 7-9 euros). I highly recommend the strawberry mojito, otherwise just tell the waiter what flavours you like and they will suggest you something, you can definitely trust their advice!Desserts are also great! I enjoyed a lot the cheesecake, with a thick and crunchy cookie bottom, and their brownies are also quite tasty and tender.

We went there for dinner and ordered the wings and ribs. The wings were very good while the Ribs were a little different to what we expected as they more like big blocks. Both meals were tasty and filling. Prices were reasonable.

Well. Lets just say that the food is extra-ordinary good. Nothing more to say. If you are in a need for something really good, this is the place.

Great service. And better food. Absolutely spot on. Each item is done to perfection. Fry up is just a great recovery breakfast and the french toast is more like a sweet desert but breakfast at the same time. Hard to explain but worth go.

The food quality is good but not amazing. Too expensive. Staff a bit unfriendly and non-cooperative with surprise birthday parties even though we spent almost 20€ each (10 people). Wed reserved for 10 people but they didnt know when we got there. Also, we told them that the birthday guy is coming and its a surprise and they told him "do you have a reservation for 10 people?" kinda ruined the surprise.but to make it less personal, I had to ask 3 times from different waiters to get a drink and in the end I went to the bar to ask for it and they said theyll bring it, but they didnt!I wouldnt choose it as my first choice in the area

Very friendly staff, easy to understand menu with English and Spanish. The food tasted amazing with each plate costing around €8-10.
