Had it a few times never been annoyed with it but all i will say is I’ve had better

His pizza is delicious

The food is brilliant but I dont get why they sell such bad wine. You could get better in Ald or Lli for far less and much much better. Just plain money greed.

The driver was caughing without wearing a mask. The food boxes was damaged, the chips was reheated, I asked for sauce and they didnt add any will not be going there again worst place I have ever been. The driver had no manners

Used to be my go to takeaway but as time went on the ingredients cheaper and you could tell. The pizza cheese was just greasy and rubbery and the meat chewy. Such a shame.

They have down opening hours on their website stating open at 3.30pm. Yet each time we try to order online it keeps saying closed. Then it says if any problems call them and gives their telephone number. So then we telephone them and it just keeps ringing and ringing, finally approx 4.10pm they answer and say they have just opened, no apology as to why they are late, that is the second time this week! The lettuce in the salads were brown on most of it and luckily they forgot one salad to send. No more for us Im afraid.

woman said its gonna be 30 minutes my donner wrap came in 10 minutes, its amazing and cheap, i didnt expect large wrap to be like a xxxl :D

Ordered a mozzarella burger with garlic sauce & salad..Expecting lettuce tomato & maybe fresh onion. I got a few what looked like fried onion! . Burger was OK but when I asked for salad I expect salad!..

Absolutely disgraceful. Me and my friends went for takeaway tonight. And got verbally abused for not wearing a mask when the man managing our order want wearing one himself. He then chased me out the restaurant and verbally assaulted me. Absolutely disgusting customer service from Marios. I will never go back to this place again even if I was dying of starvation. Wish I could rate 0 stars but only 1 because I can’t

Food was terrible and the owners attitude was disgusting when I rang up. Standards have dropped through the floor in this place. Best in Carlisle years ago with previous owner. New owner is a joke and its shows with the standards. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

The worst pizza EVER, 30 minutes late, burnt so badly I could hardly bite through it and freezing cold, 3 pizzas in the bin and £20 wasted Never Again, don’t waste your money

Normally order kebabs which are good in relation to the price. This time unfortunately I ordered a two pieces of chicken and chips. The positives are the lack of calories/fat intake. The negatives are pretty much every single thing about it. Absolutely disgusting. Chips looked liked they had been fried all day long and inedible. One skimpy leg and another piece with more bones than meat. 🤬

Not local to the area and made an error when ordering food. Rang to ask if the order could be amended when the food arrived as the food was not what was expected, there was missing items and when on the phone I was met with an abrupt attitude and no sign of being given what I actually wanted to order or at least the missing items. When missing items were suggested it was received with an hour delivery wait. The man on the phone was also very argumentative and when I said I would leave a bad interview the person on the phone replied with “if you want to go down that path we will go down that path” in a threatening tone. Would not recommend at all. Their idea of a ‘mixed chefs special kebab’ attached below.

They were open at 2am when I woke up hungry plus had a power cut to half our street. Tasty pizza 🍕 and great value (compared to the bigger corporateshave had food from here delivered before.. Cant beat a fresh pizza though straight from the oven ouzing cheese and sauce! Delicious 😋!!

Horrible food freezing cold took 2 hours to come just for one 12 inch pizza had to call 3 times to ask when i was gonna receive my food they just kept lying sayjng in 15 mins everytime i rang

Couldn’t eat. Cold. Ordered large kebab salad garlic sauce. Tiny dry pitta lumps of meat god knows what it was. Smelt off. Shocking

Very disappointing!! DELIVERY driver went to wrong address and was very snotty down the phone at me, pizza was sent back to the shop to eventually arrive at the correct address 3 hours later stone cold! No apology from driver, just rudeness! DISAPPOINTING!!

Cant follow basic instruction for Second time I have had food from here and for the second time same thing how hard is it not to put Salt and vinegar on felt And looked like second hand chips wood not recommend

Used to be great - now well over 1hr delivery on an order at 11pm on a Tuesday, turned up completely wrong. Phoned to complain, they said new food would be sent ASAP. 45 minutes later we called and said we didnt want it anymore. Total waste of money, have used them for years but will never use again.

Horrendous. Waited 80 minutes for food that never came. Phoned up and the man on the phone was of no help whatsoever. Past experiences have also been very underwhelming. Yet to hear of a refund either. Avoid. They do not care about the customer.

Was ok food. Food was just not very hot. I picked it up so cant be the delivery person making it go cold.The place stays open long hours, the food is fresh, his salads are really good. the cabbage he puts with kebabs, that was really great.Great selection of food, all made fresh, friendly and polite. Covid restrictions are being taken.They sell drinks, I believe alcohol take away.I tried the food 3 weeks on a Monday in a row and Evey time food was not hot as should be. I had 3 different things and all were great tasting.

Rang and asked to put a garlic dip on the man was rude and said the driver had already set off barring in mind I only rang 15, minutes before never mind, for it to turn up 40 minutes later stone cold tastes like cardboard rock hard not enjoyable at all, taste like a oven cooked not happy once found a hair in the chips fort I’d give them again but yet again stinken!!! Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but they cant get a simple order right, sent me the wrong order on 2 seperate occasions.

Visiting Carlisle for work purposes ordered marios last night and Food was absolutely horrible. Pizza base was undercooked, I asked for a vegetarian pizza and only got mushrooms onions and peppers. The pepperoni pizza was disgusting hardly any cheese or any tomato sauce it was literally like eating bread in tomato ketchup.I would not recommend this pizza place at all this was my first and definitely my last order from Mario pizza.If this was Birmingham you’d be shut down.

I have just ordered a pizza and never again, used to love this place years ago , now the pizzas are hard n dried up chicken like chewing on wood, the cheese smelled funny and was also hard I was unable to eat more than one peace , this isn’t the first time Iv had this experience here, but it is definatly my last !

Ordered food to the value of £32.00, foodhub said 40 minutes delivery, rang up after one hour ten minutes to be told its on the way. Rang up again after one hour 30 minutes to be told its just left. Then she was very rude to us saying do you want to cancel it. Avoid at all costs.

Vile, everything dripping with grease and pools of grease in the bottom of the boxes. Chips even tasted weird. Worst takeaway I have ever seen. Binned the lot and wont be back 🤢

I get food delivered and its always on time or early. Sometimes I have to wait for pizza to cool down a bit, because its too hot. Good prices as well

12" pizza ordered at 18:10 on a wednesday night to arrive at 18:50Rang them at 19:15 and they said its on its way. It arrived 10 mins later and i had to heat the thing up because it was stone cold.Personally i think it would have been a nice pizza when it was fresh. Pitty.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from this place the first time I ordered they forgot half my order by the time it arrived we were finished and they never once apologised, second time they forgot half the pizzas and then when they arrived and hour later it had a huge long hair in it and the most recent one tonight half of the order arrived and when I phoned up to speak to someone the lady on the phone was so rude didn’t apologise once again, the food was so cold you wouldn’t have thought it have been in an oven. I wouldn’t use this this place if it was the last place in town and I recommend no one else does!!!!

A little disappointed with the food a medium kebab was very small. Meat is dry, the order was incomplete which left a family member without food till the rectified it. Never used before and never will again.

Don’t normally leave reviews but for this I HAD to. Just travelled 4 hours from Leicester very hungry and tired. It came so QUICK and it was genuinely the best pizza I’ve eaten in my LIFE! Texas bbq with stuffed crust bites hmmmm I can now go to bed happy thank you marios xx

Last time when I ordered I have received not fresh salad like old cucumber, kebabs was shish not enough meat inside few only pieces. Ive been in places where I get more inside
