I ordered through UberEats for dinner tonight, my Carbonara arrived is a messy, overfilled spilling box. To open and for it to spill all over my desk and no cutlery was provided. I paid $25 for a container of belted down butter with bacon that didn’t even look like bacon. I called the store and explained I was unhappy with the whole meal. Then A gentleman came and personally delivered it to my work (which is nice), and to then receive literally it all over again. Also with no cutlery. Charging an extra $6 for large aswell, for it to be literally not eatable at all.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. Order confirmed including confirmation email. Websites says 20 minutes, arrive at 25 minutes. Have not even started and have no idea about the order. I walked out. Ring back to say it was all confirmed and they will not take ownership of the mistake will not admit it’s a problem at their end. Try to blame it on the internet in Noble Park. 😆. Pathetic and disappointing. This was the 3rd and final time.

Cant eat there preparation was too bad. Man making pizza was unprofessional. Making pizza without gloves and dont take care of cross contamination. If you are vegetarian this place is not for you. You can see meat everywhere over Making bench .My friend had pizza from there he said it was delicious well stuffed. He like that pizza..If they take care of cross contamination and use gloves to make pizza it can be a good place.

Ordered pizza from them as takeaway, waited 1.5hrs to be told that my order was not placed. So disappointing. Called them after 40 mins to check and was told to wait more. Called them agaim and was told that infact it wasnt placed. Never again.

Love Marios the pizzas are thick with sôoooooooooooooooooo much topping. They use big proper prawns not small little shrimp like some other pizza shops do and they claim that they are prawns. Customer service is excellent very friendy would very highly recommend. I cant fault it. Try themyou will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

The owner is very very rude. Doesn’t know how to behave with the customers and talk politely.

Very worthy of a five start rating.Its not some fancy schmancy gour-met 2 topping pizza.Itd the real deal, fully loaded with flavour and toppings and a crust you can rely on.Its you go2 pizza shop, when your on your way home from work, or your on the way to the footy. Maybe your going to a pizza party and you need to byo?Its generally take 15-20min for a pick up.Price was reasonable, the bbq sauce on the lamb ribs 😋 delicious.Oh & the garlic bread, fan fn tastic, its got that boom boom garlic flavour.

Its very rare to get an unspetising pizza been going there for over 2 years now the staff/owners are great.

The pizza is okey but a bit worried about the heath standards.Was waiting for my pizza the other day and one of the male workers was handing food and then cash with no gloves.Really guys?? Especially after what we have just been through you need to do a lot better

Drove past, place looked like a good, old school pizza joint. Looked it up 1/2 later, decided worth a try so ordered a Large Supreme with anchovies. The guy on other end suggested a large Mario’s would get me the same but cheaper. So ordered. Picked it up, was delicious. Would love to try their pasta, I reckon it would be old school tasty. Well done.

Love the food good customer service also good catching up with my friend who also works at Marios Pizza Pasta Ribs its a takeaway or dine inn restaurant i would recommend my friends to go you wont be disappointed at all🙂

New to the area. Found a pizza shop I like. It has a lot of ingredients, cooked well and reheated the next day was just as good

Marios pizza was a weekly regular for us for over 15 years. pizzas were consistently good , well assembled & very well cooked & full of flavour.what has happened guys ?? we have noticed the pizzas started to get a tad ordinary about 12 months ago , giving benefit of doubt we have kept supporting & ordering pizzas & ribs on a regular occasion hoping that things would improve back to how they used to be.sorry Marios but the last few pizzas have been very ordinary indeed.The bases have been very chewy to the point its like chewing on a baseball glove & there has been no crispiness on the bottom & the crust is even worse. The sauce has become tasteless & it seems the last few pizzas you may have run out of it..put some herbs, garlic & seasoning into it & stop being so stingy with it.also it appears the ham & other topping have been replaced with inferior cheaper type that has no taste ... & im sorry to tell you this but the old Mc Cains frozen supermarket pizzas tasted better that the last few we ordered.... Cmon guys put some love back into it !Now as for the ribs. it doesnt seem they have been cooked anywhere near long enough , the fat had not even been rendered out & the meat was still as chewy & very poorly seasoned , those ribs were terrible.we know you can do better than this & it looks as if you have gone downhill to the point where you have put profit way before quality & customer satisfaction & at least reading a few of the other reviews we are not alone in this.now as for price point , nobody will mind paying good money for a really good pizza.please Guys make Marios great again.

Ordered the Herb Bread with Dips.It was literally a plain pizza base.No herbs, nothing at all. Bland pizza base.$17.I mean comon guys... a little effort maybe?

Pizza was very good..ordered a meat lovers but got no beef and pizza had pieces of anchovies on it (I think from how busy they were they accidentally got some on there).Staff dealt with this appropriately. Good customer service.

Ordered extra meat for 2 dollars over the phone, was charged $4 for 2 different types of meat apparently and when i saw the pizza the amount of meat was average. Biggest rip off! Would never eat here again

Last 1 or 2 years ago I ordered Pizza deal through on the phone and when me and my dad. When we arrived to pickup our pizza, the staff member asked me for my phone number and when he saw it, he did not believe what my phone number looks and refusing to give my pizza I ordered. I do not recommend order pizza to pickup from a disrespectful staff member :(

These guys at Marios Pizza go above and beyond when traditional delivery services fail to follow through. Twice now, a delivery service has failed to deliver or pre-emptively cancelled my order and the restaurant has completed the delivery themselves.The food has always been great and I will continue to order directly from them from now on.

Im not a big Pizza fan but this is my favorite Pizza place. I have been getting my Pizzas there since the original owners of the place but the quality, taste and service havent changed. My favorite is the Marios Special. Keep up the good work guys.

I was a regular for over two decades and it was one of the best pizza shops around. But when ownership changed, neither the owners nor staff were capable of some of the most basic things. They don’t seem to have any clue about the menu, never mind making the food. Constantly leaving things out in the order. After ordering a couple of times, I just have up. Hopeless.

Always fresh, the dough is perfect with crispy bottom. Heaps of toppings and friendly staff.Update Its now been a few years since this was posted the owners have changed and the pizzas have changed too. 😏

Moved into Noble Park during lock down last year. Fed up with pizzas from domino, had to find alternative. Found this gem, and had been there order take away for a few times. Mario special had few big prawns on it, not just tiny shrimps. BBQ meat lovers is kids favourite. Love the lamb ribs. Fair price and generous portion.

Make sure you check your pizza after they drop it in the doorstep late😡

I normally read reviews prior to visiting a venue, and stumbled across Michaela h.b. below and thank God I have common sense as her comments lack substance, there is no way u could have instant food poisoning. So I decided to check it out and glad I dint let her comment sway me, coz tonight I had the best fettuccine carbonara since about 4 years ago when I last went to Jonny boys pizza.. this place is great it has great service and friendly staff... keep up the good work

I remember this used to be better. Pizza was soggy. Disappointed with it for the price we paid. But more so, the chicken and avo pasta we got had zero taste and we didn’t get any chicken. Rather go to pizza D’lite down the road. Cheaper and better.

This was easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had.Couldn’t tell the difference in taste from one pizza to the other, it was very dry and had absolutely no flavour.1 star is being generous

First time visit. Had the Marios special pizza and chicken n avo pizza with very dangerous cheese and lemon cake slices.Very nice people and the pizzas were awesome. Just the ticket for a cold night.

It is such a shame, what has happened to Marios Pizza? Under the current owners. I was once a regular but now cant bring myself to eat the food prepared at this venue. Where once the Kitchen and food preparation area where spotless now it appears Dirty and unkept. Where I was once greeted by name as I walked through the door, I am now lucky to get a grunt, that is when I can actually get the attention of the staff. It really is disappointing as I watched as previous owners built up this business with home cooked meals and service to it turning into a dirty little shop, with food I cant bring myself to eat.

UPDATE 2020: I gave this place a 5 star review originally, but Ive changed it to 3 because they changed ownership and now the pizza just isnt as good. Hopefully theyll improve as they fit into the new place. Hint: dont water down the sauce and dont skimp on the cheese! Back when the old bloke was running it, he put about a kilo of mozzarella on there, and the sauce was the deepest shade of red you could imagine...ORIGINAL: Very generous portions, good prices, excellent home-style food. Ive been living in the area for about 9 years now, and I reckon its the best in Noble Park!

First time on recommendation from my work colleague. I ordered a large BBQ Meat lovers. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. To start it had a solid/stiff crispy base making it easy and enjoyable to eat. There were loads of quality toppings almost right to the edge of the crust. The flavors were amazing and mouthwatering. This pizza was great value. The staff were friendly and attentive and the shop was clean. 10/10 I will now be a regular.

What a joke. The pizzas took over an hour and when they got here 2 were completely wrong. We ordered 2 garlic bread that were not sent them but instead they sent a tiny garlic pizza that we didnt want. What say you just tell us you dont have any and not charge up for something we dont want. Payment was made up front and the delivery driver was told this. I came out a few minutes later to find he had turned back up and was harassing my wife at the front door to pay again. Not good enough. Would never order here again. They are lucky I didnt turn up on there doorstep and harass them.

Apparently this place has new owners? Correct me if Im wrong.Been here a couple times now and always had nice experiences. You cant go wrong with classic tasting pizzas, a generous amount of toppings and a good value deal. Hats off to the whole team here for working so hard on the 43 degree day Melbourne just had on Friday. I wouldnt be in a good mood standing next to an oven and running around to get orders out but they all worked very well as a team and kept their customer service top notch as always.

Used to be the absolute best pizza place and sadly tonight I got my usual order only to notice there is new management.. At first I noticed the pizza defiantly tasted different, Not horrible but also not delicious as I remember, Half way into one slice I got a huge bit of mushroom and then a chuck of eggshell. Next slice was more bigger mushroom.. My entire order of two large pizzas did not contain mushroom so I cant understand how they ended up on mine. Very very dissapointed and wont be making my regular order there anymore.

I remember when this was the best pizza shop around.The food quality and service is getting worse and worse.After a few bad experiences we thought to try Marios again.Lasagna was delivered cold. They sent out a new one that was extremely hot on the outside but cold in the middle. The microwaved they used absolutely fried the lasagna.The lid on the PLASTIC container broke to pieces when I took it off and left little broken bits of plastic on the food.What happened to fresh food? I miss the good old lasagna that wasnt frozen in a plastic container.

The three pizzas were burnt on the outside. 1 actually smelt burnt n when i contacted them back, they suggested a swap for the really burnt one.The replacement was still burnt but not as badly.The owner was ok when i spoke to him but you want a real pizza, make sure the cooks are at least ITALIAN.Nothing beats their pizzas

The most bland pizza Ive had from there. Usually we get a salami base but this time had ham. BIG mistake! So disappointing. Been eating their pizza since the 90s through different owners and the ingredients just didnt taste good today :( Disappointed enough to post a review. Going to stick with salami from now on if we ever go back again
