Excellent food good service reasonable prices 5 star

Poor service, waited ages for drinks, then to place our order. When food arrived, they brought one main course first then the 2nd main 5 minutes later, really awkward as my husband waited for mine to arrive before starting his. I am pescertarian so had the prawns with pasta special, horrible, prawns with spaghetti and that was it, no sauce, no taste. Wanted desert and coffee but took 30 mins to get the bill so sacked off the desert and coffee and went elsewhere. Wouldnt go back.

Excellent pizza, and the omelette for my daughter was good too.The staff were wonderful, very kind to my daughter.Lovely setting with great shade and view of the sea in the distance.

Definitively worth the visit. Great view, food and service. I would recommend taking something from the specialties and recommendations of the day.

Beautiful food but had to wait for service

We booked the table and when we arrive the guy at the door was very abrupt asking have we booked I explained yes but there are only 2 of you yes the others are coming . Look disgusted . We were seated at the table the others arrived . The meal was booked for 8 and final got a waiter to take our drink order and 8.40 . Then gave us a menu but only 1 between 5 of us .Ordered our starters ordered my granddaughter fish fingers and chips my husband ordered ham and chicken croquettes. When received my granddaughter got chicken in breadcrumbs and chips and my husband fish croquettes after talking to them they initially denied it was wrong . Then another came and apologised.Then the meal came they brought out one meal to the table and served another table with there meals eventually 2 more mains came out and eventually the last meal came out. Again apologise for the service.Asked for a ice cream for my granddaughter 20 minutes later finally served and the waiters kept blaming each other . My husband ordered a sweet cheese cake and ice cream . How hard is it to serve one asked well again another 20 minutes later cheese cake and spray on cream. Again the waiter apologised. Admitting the service was very bad .Such a shame as this use to be really nice . Will not go back

Hated this as kept me waiting 45 mins when the other 3 local in the restaurant were served their main and seconds. Will never be back and we walked out. Paid for the beers though. Learn to treat everyone with respect.

Possibly our favourite dining experience of our holiday. Tricoloure Salad was just fantastic. Pizzas are really authentic Italian. Pasta dishes were so tasty. House Brucshetta is a must. The staff are so friendly too. Can be a little fresh when the sun has gone down so bring a light top if dining outside when not peak summer. Incredibly affordable for such high quality food. Definitely worth a visit.

Decided to give this place a second chance because of the good reviews. Our experience was slow service and mediocre food and sure enough that is what we found again.Found a table ourselves when we went in , several members of staff just ignored us.Sat for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us , no wine/ drinks list available ended up just having a bottle of red that the waiter recommended.Eventually we were given a menu, there seemed to be a shortage of them.Both my wife and I had tagliatelle, mine the Marios special and hers seafood, both were good but nothing to get excited about.Twice we have visited with the same outcome so we wont be going back.

Disgusting tonight. Been coming here for over 30 years! Waiter spilt food over my nieces boyfriend. We complained and got no reduction on the bill....absolutely vile....never again and i will slate!!!! told to go wash the top and then asked by the owners daughter if we washed our underwear.....no need for that......disgusting and absolutely vile!!!!@@ seriously i work in this industry and the customer is always right!!! Not here!!!

Modest & unassuming restaurant but the pizza is best I’ve had in years!

Food was avarage . But would not go again seated on a table for 2 and there was 4 of us . Waiter was a little rude and brought our bill before we had finished

Went there tonight to get a table. Waiter mumbled through his mask have you booked a table. We said no so mumbled something shook his head and walk off. Very rude. Never again after all the times weve been there.

Loved the food mostly. Dessert wasn’t always freshly made. Wasn’t too fond of imitation Irish accents. Seemed condescending, but probably wasn’t meant that way.

Don’t let the pizzeria look deceive you into thinking this is just a pizza place, this is a fully fledged restaurant with a great variety of dishes! Always impressed of how good the food is and on top of that all the menu is for takeaway also! I definitely recommend it!

Very friendly staff. White house wine not great, rather sour (bottle was maybe open already??). Pizza nice dough but doubt they use real mozzarella. Kids were happy though.

This was our second visit to Marios and we were not disappointed. We had battered prawns for starters with a garlic mayonnaise dip. They were gorgeous and a very generous portion.We followed up with Marios pizza which has Roquefort cheese , ham, onion and is topped with an egg. Absolutely delicious. We had four G@T’s and and a side order of onion rings. All for 50 euros.Amazing value and top notch service. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

I’ve been coming to the island for over 30 years and having stayed somewhere different in PDC this year we came across this place and all of us (family of 5thought this was the best pizza we have had in Lanza! Really friendly staff who made time to entertain the kids. It was so good we walked there one evening in 30* temperatures knowing it was a half hour walk. Definitely recommend.

Stumbled on this place by chance but ended up eating here twice Lovely sea views from the terrace. Excellent food with a good range of options. Would definitely come back.

Fabulous food, great scenic views and friendly staff

Lovely wee place with nice staff. Had a local gent who came in and sang and played his guitar for about 15 mins. Also has a singer but not on a Sunday which was when we were there. Nice food although the soft drinks were rather expensive. Would definately give it a try if you are staying nearby.

Lovely little place. Got takeaway pizza, chips and garlic bread. The food was great and portion sizes generous. The staff made the place brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food good atmosphere. Music was an added bonus. Will definitely be back. Although we have been many times and it has never disappeared x

Beautiful Italian restaurant! Meatballs were amazing. Good selection and menu in 3 languages spanish English and German! Staff members speak 2 or more languages. We had pizzas as our mains, it was delicious! Crisp crust and beautiful even toppings. We didnt finish it all so took it back to the hotel to eat later! Well worth a visit.

Food was amazing. Nicest weve had in lanzarote, everything was cooked perfect. The cocktails are also really good and mixed really well. If I could give 6 stars I would. The view from the terrace is also nice looking out over the sea.

Perfect way to finish an evening at Marios after another superb meal, yet again!

I came here with high hopes and boy, they delivered! The food is absolutely delicious, the staff were helpful and kind and the restaurant had amazing views. I would definitely come here again

First meal and experience was for dinner I had mixed fish grill my partner had sea bass, amazing food very very nice and the staff were very friendly adding their personal touches, canarian potatoes best we ever had, we loved the place so much we came back next day for lunch. Unfortunately the Canadian potatoes were swapped for chips. I will still give them 5* as the first meal was that good.

We had a family dinner at Mario’s. We were a party of eight adults, three small children and a baby. We reserved a table on the terrace and had a lovely evening. The food was good and the service efficient. We enjoyed the music and the atmosphere was relaxed. It was a perfect restaurant for our last evening in Puerto del Carmen and we all enjoyed it.

Nice food. But experience spoiled by one of the waiters (a bald guyswearing when he came to our table ! 1st was "f#cking this and that". Then asked me which football team I support, and said "bunch of f#cking nonces"Very strange

Despite 2 visits never got to eat here . First visit was left standing in the doorway for 15 minutes. Second visit the Italian side of the menu wasnt on offer. Although an English breakfast was. Kind of half Italian half transport cafe. Wonderful views . Maybe tmw.

Ate here 2 nights on the trot.... best way to make a proper judgement we think. Excellent Service, food, atmosphere and value for money. The staff are really attentive. Mario always makes a visit to your table to ensure all is ok. You wont be disappointed no matter what you order. Youll need Google maps to find it but we were lucky as it was 2 mins from the apartment we rented. Enjoy 😊

Simply the best Pizzas in town!!!

Cheap breakfast and very large! (Full English for €4We ate here 4 days in a row and especially the desserts where great! At saturday evening they even had live music! We enjoyed ourselfs every night or day at Marios

Best pizzas in del Carmen. Food is also definitely up there with the best. The reason I gave it 5 is because its cheaper than other top restaurants. No compromise on quality or service. Lovely setting. Into my 14th year of visiting this great place. Super Mario!!!

What can I say, lovely staff - portions huge so unable to have a sweet on this occasion! Meatballs were to die for only problem they were a starter and far too big a portion - would go again as food was good.

Excellent in every way. Fillet steak to die for! We cant go to Puerto Del Carmen without at least one visit per week. Always a friendly welcome. Love it!!!

Ive had some pretty nice pizza in my time, but I think as of writing this stands as the best, and from where I was sat I could see my pizza being made. Customer service was also some of the best Ive seen, the staff were polite. Im definitely coming here again.Also offers takeaway.

Great for Pizza - Italian style - which is cheap and quick. Icy cold beer and a nice view. Staff are excellent. Other restaurants may offer superior fish or steak etc etc but this isnt the Ritz, if you get my meaning.

Loved it. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and all 9 of us loved our meals. Try it. You wont be disappointed.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is generally good and attentive however kitchen is compact resulting in some waiting time when busy and when in a large group your food will not arrive at the same time as a result. It is a regular haunt for my family and has been consistently good for the past few years. Recommended to give it a try!
