Maria's - Luxury Villa in Mayagueez

I would recommend Marias to anyone and everyone. Everything from the guest information (a quick link with all you need to know (pins, netflix login, door codes, restaurants, etcto the daily services to the amenities to the location was just absolutely amazing. Elizabeth and Cristina from Marias were quick to answer all our questions and facilitate our arrival. We slept 13 people easily. All the rooms were stunning and large. The king suites in both Marias and Ramons are very big and could easily sleep more than 2 people. The house had every amenity you could want. When arriving, the house had been stocked with the requested groceries, complementary rum and fruit. The furniture was beautiful and made the house feel cozy and accessible. Unlike most VBRO and Air BnBs the houses utensils, cups, pans, etc matched and were in great condition. They provided beach towels, laundry soap which was great to save moeny and space in bags The outside was completely beautiful and the gardens were well manicured. The pool was taken care of daily during the stay. There was daily light maid service which made it even more luxurious. The pool sits right above the beach and from the above balcony you can view the ocean and hear the waves. Down from the gate by the pool, you walk onto Marias beach. It is rock but there are numerous places you can enter to get into the ocean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SNORKELING OR SCUBA (we went in off season August so surf was not there). The reef was amazing and accessible. It is not a great swimming beach but its just a 2 min drive to the beach. The house itself is next to two bar restaurants (Calypso and Beach House). Both are fun and great views of the ocean. The house feels so well done and comfy. We also hired a Chef (Chef Gabbyand he was amazing. He came recommended from Marias and he did not disappoint. It made life so easy and was reasonably priced. However, there are beautiful grills and kitchens to cook in. The grocery store is about 5 mins (Econoand a liquor store about 5 minutes (La Licoreria). The internet was strong and had no issues connect which was nice because cell service was limited. Marias has cisterns for water back up and a generator for power. During August it does rain, and during our stay we would have until around 2pm until it rain until 4/5PM. Then it was back to beautiful. The AC units were great in the house and kept it cool. The house was spacious and gave our two families staying there space to be together or a little a lone time if needed. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it! I promise it wont disappoint.

Our week stay was amazing!!! The staff is super nice, friendly, and aim to please. The house has every single amenity you can ask for and then some more. Highly recommend staying at Maria’s Beach, can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely incredible , Maria’s is top of the line in every aspect . Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. pool was fantastic with everything you could possibly want or need. Grounds are immaculate and out of a story book. Inside everything is updated and not just perfect , but luxurious! I loved the two separate sides ( both with full kitchen , hot tubs etc so if anyone needed a little down time there was PLENTY of space . Can literally walk out to the ocean off the back of the pool and out front is a 2 minute walk to calypsos bar / restaurant and one of the greatest smoothy places. I loved ( having kids that the entire place is fenced in and feels incredibly private . Staff is incredible and so kind . Love the back story and history of it all ! If I could give 100 stars I would !!!

What a wonderful place. Photos dont do justice to this gorgeous villa. This was our wedding venue and we stayed for 3 nights (wish we should have stayed longer). The rooms, decoration, location, and guest service was awesome, everything was perfect. The owners and property manager were always very responsive. 100 stars for Marias Beach.

Berry nice and frienly

My time at Maria’s was fabulous and then some. The location is gorgeous, accommodations were excellent !!! Our host assured we had absolutely everything we could need and provided us a time we will never forget. Everyone associated with Maria’s was accommodating, friendly and always assuring we were having a great time. Great place great people great time !!!

This place is AMAZING! Absolute paradise. Great proximity to two bars that are also popping, but never loud or disruptive. The beach is literally outside the back door. There are also excursions, like Katarina, right down the street if you want to go on a Catamaran. The house is spectacularly clean and modern with all the amenities, couldnt ask for anymore. The pool area is always bathed in sun and kept incredibly clean. Highly recommend!

Great for surfing or snorkeling depending on the waves. Sunsets here are amazing, make sure to grab a rum punch at Calypso!

Great place to go visit especially for those that surf local pub had good food reasonable prices. For thos that are American this would be an ideal place and it was mostly tourist from the USA

Food at calypso was awesome, waited out the storm, saw some beautiful fish near the shore including a very large puffer fish! Also saw a large amount of sea urchins, crabs and anemones as well.

Tourists, leash your dogs. Tourists let their dogs run around and Puerto Ricans hate being bothered by animals. Please respect this cultural difference. Tourists dogs are a problem at this beach more than other beaches Ive been to.That said, I love this beach. Theres so much shade and a cute little swing in the shade. Its so quiet and the sand is close to the water.

Overall Marias in Rincon Puerto Rico is a good place to surf but I find it to be very crowded nice place to visit wouldnt want to live there.

Wow ! Pristine surfing beach, with the best waves and surfing atmosphere.

Beautiful place. Gets packed quick though. If you want to surf better get there early. The waves are smaller here then up north so if you are just learning it could prove to be a good spot.

Great beach for surfing and there are some really good food options near by, they can be a little pricey though (for a college students budgetI love to walk the beach in search of sea glass, thats free!! On small days this beach is a great surfing spot for beginners. And surf lessons are a great way to familiarize yourself with the surrounding waters. If on vacation looking to swim, not the best place due to the reef and threat of sea urchins Try Sandy beach instead for swimming.

Excellent for snorkeling and swimming lots of fish in their, rent snorkel gear for 1 hour and enjoy this for an hour at usual cost $10 cant go wrong if your at this beach.
