Way too hot inside the restaurant. Try using AC sometime. Food tasted subpar. The Mariachi singers were annoyingly loud.

I ordered the veggie burrito. I was told it had beans in it. No beans and 90% shredded lettuce! If there was cheese and peppers I couldn’t tell. It was terrible and the beans I was given after the fact were runny. I won’t be going back! I was even over charged for it!

I ordered three dinners and an order of chips and salsa to go. My order came to a little over $52. Im not sure how much each dish was because when I paid for my take out the receipt wasnt itemized and just had the amount. But if I add up the items on their menu posted online I was overcharged.The food wasnt very good. The rice was crunchy and the corn tortillas in my enchiladas were firm. The fajitas were not seasoned at all but Id say the beans were pretty decent. There are way better and cheaper places to go

Went here for a party...Home made salsa is very good! They have a large party room you can reserve. Drinks were good...food tho was so-so But the dessert?!? YUMM the Flan and tres leches- delicious. Worth trying out of youre in the area.

The food was absolutely delishhhhhhh. I couldnt believe it.. I would have rated it a 5 star but...The waiter with the short burgundy hair was not a good waiter. She needs some training on how to talk to people. Thats how they will lose customers.

So going to a Mexican restaurant on Cinco de Mayo is no different than going to an Irish Pub & Eatery on St. Patricks Day. Its going to be crowded, its going to be noisy, and its going to take longer than any other day of the year. But we went anyway because we love Mexican food.It took awhile to get our waitress, and when she did come she was very apologetic and sweet. Asking for patience as they, like everyone else, are short-handed. It was the perfect storm of COVID created employee shortages, a holiday, and a year into vaccinations so MANY more people are out and about.But I knew going in to this outing it would be a long night. I had no other plans but to be in the moment with my group and talk and have a good time.Even though busy, and running around like crazy due to being the only wait staff working our entire room, Jesse was more attentive than would be expected for the constant flow of customers. I know this was a nickname because she said a few names, but with the loud volume from being so crowded, Jesse was the only one I actually heard. She even agreed to do separate checks for us even though we were a group of 10 individuals.High praise for Jesse for making our night enjoyable while she worked her tail off. I can only hope the others in our group tipped her generously for such a great job.Now that I have praised the service even under such stressful circumstances, on to the food:FABulous. DeLIcious. WONderful.In addition to being an absolute joy for the taste buds, the portions were ridiculous. As in ridiculously LARGE. The pictured burrito is ginormous. I put my fingers on it for scale, but I am not holding it. It is that plump, and PACKED with steak. I had ordered a chicken taco, ground beef tostada, cheese enchilada, and steak burrito off the a la carte menu to have a combo but skip the rice and beans. The taco, tostada, and enchilada over-stuffed me so that burrito went home. Made for a great lunch today, and was just as amazing as everything else was...if not better.The margaritas are delicious. Thats a blended mango. Medium. They have 3 sizes. And they have many flavors.Love the place. Will be back again. Recommended!

This is the first mexican restaurant Ive seen in the USA that has a buffet. Its not very big, but it looked like it had the staples (I did not partake in it though). The food had great flavor but it was greasy. The margarita was tasty and full of tequila. Id eat here again.

I used to eat there years ago and the food was great, but this food is not worth mentioning. Its edible but thats all

The shrimp chimichangas are soooo good. Great margaritas, the salsa and Pico de Gallo they serve when you first walk in is fantastic. Always good attentive bar keeps. And they serve late! I havent tried many other Mexican restaurants in the area since I am newer to Waukesha County but this one is definitely a go to for great food and friendly, authentic atmosphere! Definitely recommend

Amazing foods. Tried something Ive never had and still loved it. Food and service A+! Womens bathroom is a little ugly but at least its clean.

Food was good, band played very well and was personable, and Yessenia R was an absolutely great waitress.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Food was a bit overpriced, but one of the best steak tacos Ive had. Very moist and flavorful. Unfortunately when I went to use my napkin, I discovered it had been been previously used on the other side. My daughter also found what appeared to be facial hairs in her food - which I understand can be inevitable, but these caused me not to give them a higher rating.

We come once or twice a month usually on Fridays My Boyfriend gets the large traditional margarita on the rocks and mine is usually medium blended always raspberry we sometime both eat meals or like this past Friday the 10th we shared the chips and salsa and a plate of nacho it was delicious. Server/Bartender is always nice and knows us by order.

Their service was good. According to my girlfriend, the seats in the womens bathroom need to fixed. The food was good overall, but the beans were really runny, with little to no flavor. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had dinner here tonite and it was the worst Mexican food I’ve had in years. The tortillas were so tough we could hardly cut through them. I had shrimp enchiladas that had almost no shrimp. Service was mediocre.

It was very late and I was very hungry. I came across this restaurant. Drove 30min to take out food. It was absolutely terrible and bad. Unable to eat. Spent 14$ bucks on it and it was all sauce. Not kidding just sauce with chicken. It fell on my favorite hoodie too. Terrible experience and had to sleep hungry. Never recommend this place.

I love this place and the chicken chimichangas are so good and huge and cheesy.

Had the shredded chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, yum my favorite! Rice and beans were of better quality than other restaurants in town. Delicious ground beef/cheese chimichanga! And dont forget the horchata! Pricey but the quality was great.

The staff, cooks, and owners are an absolute pleasure to be around. The food is great and the atmosphere is as well. This is without a doubt my favorite mexican restaurant hands down!

Happy hardworking staff. Paradillas are ALWAYS outstanding. Tapatio tequila and margaritas are first round picks. Parking plenty, seating options, and family atmosphere. Never reviewed restaurant before, Abel and his crew earned a positive response. Well over a dozen dinners and zero complaints. GOD BLESS

I ordered a shrimp cocktail to go. I told them if they could add more shrimp. Obviously they charged an extra thing that I did not care about. That was $ 17 dollars + 3 dollars of tip. And they only gave me 6 shrimp !!! In A Very Large Container. Call and they do not care. Before I liked this restaurant a lot but I will not order them again.

Ive been there twice and both experiences were pleasant. First time I had the chimichanga with beef and it was very good size portions. The sides were lettuce tomatoes and refried beans. I also had free complimentary tortilla chips with salsa. Were reasonably priced and the waitress came to the table 5 times to make sure everything was alright. The second visit was on a Friday for the all you can eat fish fry for only $12.99. The fish fillets were golden brown and crispy. The fries were also very good. The waitress came to the table 3 times to check if everything was alright.

The food has been hot and service impeccable. They came to the table at least 3 times to make sure that everything was alright. The complimentary tortilla chips were fresh and hot and the salsa that accompanied the tortilla chips was fresh tasting as well. The restaurant has the music at just the right volume and theres also a full service bar situated right next to the dining room. The booths and tables are clean. I went to the Friday fish fry and the fish was very good and hot and it was all you can eat for $12.99.

The food was absolutely horrible. I told them we only needed 1 quesadilla so our waitress suggested À la cart - no beans or rice was needed. Glad we didn’t get more beans the watery mess on our plates was not edible. When I received my bill I was charged for a dinner. I tried to talk to manager however he said that was the price. I also commented on the disappointment in our food and he didn’t seem to care. Start to finish pretty bad experience.

This place is a great local place with very friendly staff. We were in for once instead of getting take out. The owner shared 3 shots of a special tequila and it was fantastic. The staff is extraordinarily friendly like you wouldnt believe. Great place with awesome food and the best drink prices around!

Amazing. Ordered from here this evening via GrubHub. Driver was super nice, although that is separate from the restaurant.The food was so so good. The enchilada was gone in like 2 seconds. The tres leches cake was even better than Id hoped for, and 2 of my kids had some with me...they were obsessed. Ill be back again for sure!

First time eating here and we will definitely be back! We got 4 different kinds of meat entrees and each was perfectly cooked and came out at the same time. Very quick, friendly service and our waitress checked on us a lot which was wonderful!

Ive been going to this restaurant since I was 16, they have moved from a 8 table restaurant, tiny bar and small kitchen on grand Avenue to a big kitchen, full bar and restuarant. Its amazing to see what miguel and his brother have done with this place. I will never stop raving about the pastor tacos here. So amazing PLUS THE SEAFOOD BURRITO! epic as usual boys.

Saturday lunch was excellent. Fresh salsas and tortillas. I had two pork tocos. $4.50👍.
