Is this place even open? No answer on the phone and the website doesnt work for this location. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Their pizza is good and I love the bowls...but I cant depend on them to be open when I would like to have them.This latest time has been a month now....whats going on guys?Edit to add: When I go to tellmarcos.com to fill out survey or discuss store it will not allow me...error message received "This site can’t be reachedstore8237.marcos.com took too long to respond."
This is the slowest Marco’s I’ve ever ordered from. Orders take 2+ hours to arrive & they prepare the pizzas poorly.I will say they’re customer service isn’t as bad, but having to reheat pizza that you just ordered is not ideal.What happen to the delivery guarantee ?!
Delicious pizza, and excellent customer service. We order pizza and salads often, with the same very pleasant delivery driver each time. I absolutely recommend!
This is my favorite local tire shop. They just did my van. Looks and drives great with these new tires.
I work for papa Johns in Sparta TN .I am a master dough slapper and this pizza is better. Way better. Delivery was before time and my order was taken with intelligence. The cheese ,sauce and toppings are the main reason Im posting this. Very good. crust was good too.
I placed an order on Mar. 5, 2021 and my order was wrong...I informed them and they remade the pizza and it still was wrong. Also, my wings were not done completely. So, I requested a refund. The manager on duty Manny advised me he did a refund and could not produce a receipt for it. So, he said it will take 7-10 business days. Today is Mar. 16, 2021 and I yet to receive a refund. I asked to speak to owner who is normally there and he informed me that the owner was unavailable. If I do not receive my refund today, I will go further with legal actions. I will never order from here again!
Gardens of East Cobb sent me here twice for a promotion and I was not disappointed! The pizza and service is awesome...and did I mention QUICK?Whenever I have a taste for food or pizza, this is an excellent option!I will be back!! Thank you for your service!
My first time ordering from Marcos and probably the last. Ordered their 2 large 2 topping deal for $20. My son wanted cheese so I asked if they could put all the toppings on one pizza and they did. I got bacon, pineapple, beef and green peppers. Not sure if this is how they always make their pizza but all the toppings were placed dead center of the pizza in a pile and the pineapples and green peppers were cold and uncooked as if they forgot to initially put it on before placing in the oven and put it on at the end and closed the box. Something told me to check the pizza before leaving but didnt notice until I got home. I would have told them to give my money back. Only reason I didnt give 1 star is because my son liked his cheese pizza.
Omg, Im from Chicago and their pizza tastes almost like Chicago style pizza. The best pizza ever. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Prices are great to. J will be ordering my pizza from them instead of dominoes or pizza hut
The best pizza place in town very clean good and fast service there manager is very professional and polite.
We have eaten from this location several times, but for whatever reason they ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE TO ORDER ONLINE..... This is a huge issue, especially coupled with the fact that they WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.Did they close suddenly?? Because otherwise, that is the BEST way to lose business.I love Marcos, but I will take my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do as well
First time ordering Marcos pizza and wasnt disappointed. It is a little pricier than usual piazza places around Eav, but I found the quality to be superior. After getting tired of getting slightly burnt cheese from other pizzerias in the area, we decided to give it a shot. We tried the "specialty" bbq chicken and "made our own" cheese and steak. Both were delicious, no raw dough and nicely cooked overall. Will definitely be coming back.
Just attempted to use a buy one get one free postcard that received in the mail. Called to order over the phone and was informed manager was not there to validate my offer. I said so you are telling me these welcome to the neighborhood offers are sent out, but are not valid. She says I’m new and manager isn’t in. So I said you are telling me I cannot order pizza. She says she cannot validate whether the postcard I received is good. Unbelievable!!!!!!! Why would a restaurant send out a welcome to the neighborhood buy one get one free offer that isn’t valid? How does s place stay in business with this level of customer service? I will attempt to talk to the owner Mir at a later date. Madder than hell at this moment!!!!!
I am a displaced disabled Veteran who was very hungry and called them not for free food but to ask if I could get something to eat and pay them by 8-25-19 when my disability compensation restarts and the owner said he couldnt do that. Said he could give me a coupon but even with a coupon no money buys no food. I have not begged from anyone at all and I dont bother people for money. I dont get near the same money as those who do but I cant bring myself to annoy folks. I go hungry a lot. But waiting to get paid for 12 days so that someone can eat who hasnt ate anything in days is not too much to ask from anyone. I would do it in less than a heartbeat. But I care about people. I have yet to get anything whatsoever from Persian area people (India, Jordan, Arabia, etcOriental folks are just as cold around the heart. In 4 months of homelessness and so many people I have met only 1 Oriental person helped and she was very generous. Emory University Hospital doctors are the absolute worst of all. They walk around the long way to avoid even getting near you. This was not my idea and beyond my control. Destroyed apartment, robbed at gunpoint and stolen car events all within 2 weeks of each other put me on the streets. I am extremely sick with Numerous medical problems from military service but I have managed to survive till now no thanks to people like this stingy owner. If I were asking for free food then Id expect to be told no. I dont expect anything from anyone for nothing. I pay my own way usually. But when tragedy strikes it would be nice to know that people are there for each other.
I had the worst experience at this location last night . I will not return to this establishment or even recommend this place to family ,friends or my social media following ! There are so much competition around this area and providing horrible service can damage a restaurant more than simply apologizing and fixing the issue . I ordered from Uber Eats and within seconds cancel my order due to entering in the wrong address. I place the exact same order not even 2 minutes later . I received a confirmation email saying they accepted the order and making my food now . When the Uber driver showed up to pick up my order an employee called me saying they never received my order and how she will lose money if she make my food and a lot of other stuff that had nothing to do with me ! I work in the food industry and Manage two stores so I understand how Uber works . They will not send a driver if there wasn’t an order. What normal places would do is make the order to please the customer and contact Uber to make sure there store get paid for the order, because again Uber will not send a driver unless there was an order , but I received nothing not even an apology .The young lady act like she didn’t care and was very rude . (I hope she is not part of the management team because she also sets the tone and the standard of that shift/store .)The young lady hung the phone up in the middle of me talking and when I called the restaurant they ignored my phone call . I live across from this location. Literally 2 minutes away . So I went over to show her I was charged for my order even showed a bank statement .Again no apology no solution .Since this location cancel my order while the driver was there I was not able receive a refund!
The caucasian lady at the counter greeted me with a nasty attitude and it got worse from there. I informed this lady over the phone that I had a gift certificate at which time she should have asked more follow up questions and inform me of my options over the phone instead of waiting until I came to get my free pizza only to inform me that my order wasnt free, then try to loud talk me and create a scene at the counter. She need a drug test, your employees need some customer service training and I will never spend another dime at this restaurant.The gift certificate was in my welcome to the neighborhood packet. Not a great start Marcos.
Nice atmosphere, but the prices are a little high for what it offers, though it is in a very nice & convenient location. You can have it delivered & getting in or out of parking lot is fairly easy. I generally go to the "Brazilian grill" practically next door and pay about the same for a Brazilian steakhouse,... But unfortunately at this time the "Brazilian Grills" grill is broken.
Love the salads and subs. The meatball bake is a nice appetizer for a group or a meal for 2 people. Plenty of parking at this location. Staff is friendly. Good seating area for couples and small families. This location does a good "to go" business and has seating while you wait.
Little pricey. Didnt follow the instructions properly. They should work on taste of their pizzas. We ordered a pizza for dine in but they gave us in the box. Didnt ask to serve on the table with plates. We ate from the box and left.
Literally just received this 2 minutes ago. The delivery guy already put down his tip, because that’s what he thought he deserved, before I had the chance to put in how much I wanted to tip. He was holding my box sideways, on his side the whole time. Thanks a lot. Never ordering from you guys again.
Marcos never disappoints! I was impressed the most when I reheated my pizza in the oven the next day & the crust was still as soft as when I bought it. That never happens, lol!Crust from other places reheated is like eating bricks. Bravo Marcos.
Waited over 2.5 hours for my delivery. Called store 2 times about 45 mins apart. Both times they said it was on the way. When it finally arrived, the pizza, wings and Cinna squares are all cold.Im in this area all the time. I will never order from this Marcos again. At least be honest about the state of the order.
Last night I ordered two medium pizzas online at 9:35pm for carry out. Went inside of the store and waited until about 10pm to finally ask “how much longer?”. They were not busy. They were in the kitchen in a huddle talking. When I stood up I saw that the pizza being made was actually for the staff. They discussed who’s pizza it was and took it to the back. The employee that was looking for my pizza searched for my order and when he realized my order hasn’t been made, he chose to stay in the kitchen and not tell me. Mind you, I’m looking right at him. Another couple came in also, asked for their order, and realized that their order as well had not been started. So now I want a refund. The employee then says that he can make my pizzas and starts rushing my order without even washing his hands after touching so much. I declined that offer. Then the manager says he’ll make my pizzas for free but tells them to make one. When I realized only one was being made, I asked what exactly are they making because I can see them. THEY WERE MAKING A CHEESE PIZZA ! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon. I just left.
The supposed manager “Marquis” was so rude simply cause I called to ask why my pizza hadn’t been delivered after 75 minutes. He was belligerent and ended up hanging up on me when I requested to go ahead and cancel my order. He had a nice little rant about how I am not the only person in the world that wants a pizza delivered.Now to add to the saga, I checked the tracking order to make sure it was indeed cancelled and it shows that is being prepared. I’m sure they didn’t have the pizza in the first place and instead of owning it he came up with this elaborated story about waiting for drivers and the order being ready just waiting for that.
Unquestionably the best pizza Ive had. The Chicago style deep dish has changed my opinion on pizza. I previously preferred thin pizza with good cheese, but now Ill have to accept second rate pizza until I find another place like Marcos Pizza.
After ordering two pizzas for delivery, I received a call saying that due to the high volume of lunchtime orders, my order would be delayed 30-45 minutes. I decided to pick up the pizzas and that time, I was told that the pizzas were going into the oven. Uponiving to Marcos, I was told that my pizzas had been delivered. I explained that I was told ten minutes prior to my arrival, that they were going into the oven, how could they possibly have been delivered? I contacted my office to verify delivery and was told that no pizzas were delivered. I then asked for a refund. The only explanation that was given was they are short on drivers.....
I love Marcos pizza I go to the location in my home town all the time. I recently relocated and decided to order delivery from this location, unfortunately this franchise is horribly managed. I was told my pizza would come in 45 minutes, so at about and hour and 15 minutes I called to check on my order, the woman who answered was rude and said the policy is an hour which is not what they stated on the phone. She also blamed a new hire as the reason things were moving slow. I called again at about an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered to check, she said it was out for delivery which was clearly untrue as it took about another 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive. all in all it was close to 2 and a half hours and our food was cold. Would not order from this location.
Terrible. We stopped by to get a pizza to go and took 10 mins to place our order. We were the only people in the store. While we were waiting the phone started to ring and they guy making the pizza told another employee to not worry about the phones., let them ring. 7 calls have came in as of now and all have went unanswered. This is terrible customer service. The guy making the pizza also said the phones can just ring, I am done with this. I am so disappointed as a customer.
Once again the incompetent people that work at this place show their lack of professionalism and ability to read an order slip. Received the wrong pizza and when I contacted the store the lady accused me of not reading the menu correctly. I read to her my receipt which captured my order exactly how I ordered it and when ask for a refund I was told no and that they are only allowed to remake it or give store credit. Horrible place and less than pathetic excuse for competent employees. Go to another Marcos because this one is by far the worst I have ever encountered.
First time trying Marcos. Came in with my 2 boys and ordered a medium meat supremo and OMG best pizza weve had. We literally ate the whole pizza within 20 minutes. Mind u my boys are 2 and 8yrs old. Great service as well. Thank u Marcos😉
The only reason I am giving a 1 is because there is nothing below that. I just spent over $37 for salad I couldn’t eat because no silverware, chicken wings we couldn’t eat because they forgot all the dip sauces, but wait it gets better, when I called to talk to the manager I was informed he was too busy and the driver would not come back in less than an hour! Call Pizza Hut or skip dinner all together!
Charged me for a pizza that I didnt want nor did I sign for. Had to meet the delivery drive at two different spots because first she could find my place then she was in a whole different place then my residence. I told her I didnt want pizza she called manager they charged my card anyway and told me there was nothing they could do. I tried calling myself and they wouldnt pick up the phone. Made a survey and called corporate still no call back or resolute. Loved this place before this happened.
Quality ingredients and I love the new creations by the guys who run the oven. I have been haunted by dreams of several of their temporary specials especially their mushroom pizza ever since I had it and cant wait to try it again.
I walked in to order a pizza. I was greeted when I walked in the door but the cashier was helping make pizzas, so I had to wait about 5 mins before placing my order. Besides that, everything else was good. The cashier was nice. It took about 15 mins for my order to complete. The pizza was hot and tasty. This is the place to go for a good tasty, not so expensive pizza. Next time I will call it in first.
I was concerned, and hungry, at the hour mark.. I called the store at the hour and a half mark, they answered the phone saying “We are closed”They’d already charged my card. The man I spoke to asked to put me on hold while he checked. Told me the delivery driver went to the apartment below mine, then brought the pizza back to the store. The store had my number, the store knew I didn’t receive my pizza but still felt it appropriate to charge my card with out the slightest attempt to tell me I’d not be receiving my order. I live less then a mile from this Marcos. I’ve had great experiences with other locations, the pizza is usually pretty good. The people who run my local Marco’s are completely incompetent.
Brand new store. Kitchen staff having trouble keeping up with all the orders. We waited over an hour for our pizza. Our server was polite and checked in with us at least 6 times while we waited. Once pizza arrived it was excellent as usual for a Marcos pizza. Hopefully the chaos of the new store and staff will work itself out.
Ran in to order a BBQ chicken pizza and lemon pepper wings....We had ordered from another chain three nights ago and trust me- Marcos kicked their butt. Both items were EXTREMELY tasty. The pizza was loaded with toppings...more than I honestly have EVER seen on any pizza. The wings were very plump and meaty, cooked to perfection.Marcos just became my FAV pizza joint.
The customer service was great, but the manager was very rude to his staff. He yelled at them after they made one little mistake in front of customers and othet employees. As far as food, the pizza was delicious, but the sandwhiches are way over priced and too small.
This Marcos Pizza location is so disorganized. The food is ok, but the customer service sucks. Everytime Ive ordered food from here the tall guy with long grey hair looses my order. Each time Ive been at the counter, he has been arguing with someone about a screw up. There are always a bunch of receipts strewn across the counter. Last time he could not find a pen for me to sign my recipt and then the next day there was a 58 dollar charge to my card for a 12 dollar pizza. Apparrently someone gave themselves a 45 dollar tip after I left the resturaunt. When I called to complain the person on the phone said just said he was a good guy and that didnt sound like something he would do.
Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered food from this Marcos 3 times now. All 3 times this store has messed something up on my orders. Today will be my last time ordering from this store. I put in an order at 1:52 pm online. The online eta said my order would arrive 60- 70 minute later, 2:55 - 3:05. Which its typical on a weekend. I ordered 2 medium 2 toppings pizzas with 10 mild hot wings from their website for my family. The online experience was not bad. When the time reached for my order to already be here I called the store to make sure everything was still good. The sweet girl that answered told me the guy just left with my order. So I was like okay good. Itll be here in 5 minutes. The guy took over 30 to deliver our food. On top of that I felt pressured to leave him a tip. He was standing over me the whole time and starring me down. He never showed me the pizzas or anything. We finally sit down to eat and the pizza was cold. Not hot. Not warm. But cold. So I called up there and the sweet girl answered the phone again and I asked to talk to the manager. She told me he wouldnt be back till 4 pm so I told her I would call bank. A little after 4 pm I call back to talk to the manager. He gets in the phone and he sounds mildly irritated. After I tell him whats wrong with everything he gets an attitude. He tells me he doesnt know why the driver took so long and the he said "so what do you expect me to do?" I was legit shocked. I think he realized he messed up by saying that So he offers to give a $20 Credit to me. At this point Im so upset and fed up with this store so I told him yep fine thats okay. Then he said "is that all???". The guy had such a horrible attitude. No wonder this store is not doing good.
I am so disappointed in management. I blame management for poor and unacceptable service. I made my order online at 8:11pm last night 10/4/17, and when I called at 9:13am, first the female stated they dont deliver to my area and struggled looking for my order. (They do deliver to my area, idiot! Im about 0.3 miles awayThereafter, a male manager found my order and placed blame to the online service however, the timeline demonstrated Marcos pizza received my order and so did the online representative confirming this. Take responsibility and accountability of your own actions "manager". You could have admitted that you made an error and at least apologize and rectified the situation. By that time after his lame excuse he was like they will prepare my order. By then it was 9:34pm and I was so angry that I drove to taco bell. This pathetic experience will not happen again because Im NEVER ordering from this inconsiderate restaurant again. They suck in service!
Just ordered got our pizza we order a large and they sent a medium. This is the second time ordering from this location the first we waited over 2 hours and had to call and remind them we made an order. We are done with this location which is sad because the place is next doors and Isnt too bad for now we are going to piu Bella/ liberty pizza like normal better service and food.
The pizza here is pretty good, unfortunately the wait time and bad service more than cancel that out. Received my food 2 hours after I placed the order online. It was an hour late passed the promised time. This place is NOT far from us at all, I can only guess that this location needs more people.My co-workers also ordered today, and ended up refusing the pizzas in the end, since not only were they late and barely warm but their drinks were forgotten. We checked in on the orders 3 times and at no point did we receive any apology or offer, just an indifferent response and a promise of just a few more minutes...This is not the first time this has happened. But it will be the last for us.
Ridiculous wish I could give this location no stars. I ordered a pizza and almost 2 hours and three times calling for an update I requested to speak to a manager to cancel my order and issue a refund. The girl comes back to the phone to tell me that the manager says "hes busy" and wont be coming to the phone. Then the girl tells me she will cancel my order and asks if she can "call me back to give me my confirmation number"?! Mind you I called to get an update on my order twice and both times she told me "maam Ill call you back" and never did. This place is a joke it shouldnt be this ridiculous to get a $15 pizza!
Marcos has great pizza, good enough to keep me coming back. Customer service has always been rough, even more so at this location. Delivery drivers, typically are freindly and courteous though. But so far this location has yet to get my order wrong or bring me cold pizza.
My favorite pizza in the area. The old world pepperoni is hard to beat. Usually order and pick up so cant comment much on the service or delivery but its usually ready and i am in and out fairly quickly.
The pizza is pretty good here, but dont bother ordering any extra sauce or whatever because they will forget it every time. They did it a lot so I stopped ordering from here and got food from other pizza places. After 2 months I decided to try them out again and they forgot it again. Great way to keep people from ordering from you.
My experience was horrible my company orders from this Marcos on deck Rd all time ever time we have events and I ordered a small pizza one day for my lunch and my order was wrong and the general manager name William said I would have to come get my pizza due to he said I told his employer wrong and could not send his driver back after I had already paid him and tip the driver. I have never had such poor service and then when I went to get my money back in asked to speak with the general manager and he said he was to busy to speak with me. So basically he didnt want to assist the customer . I recommend that you not get service here.
Worst customer service EVER! We ordered a pizza online. No problem. I called to check on the delivery status over an hour later and the guy tells me that hed been "meaning to call" and that hed cancelled our order because they only deliver 3 miles away. So now my kids are still sitting here hungry and waiting on a pizza and wings that apparently had I not called to check on, I wouldve never even known werent coming at all. We will NEVER order from this location again!!!
My husband and I LOVE Marcos and were so excited when a location opened up near us. Our first experience with them wasnt great, however in their defense they were having severe technical issues due to some storms that had just come through. The owner of this location went above and beyond to make amends with us even though the issues we experienced were out of their control. Weve never experienced such wonderful customer service. We will definitely be making the Delk rd. Marcos location our go-to for pizza going forward!
