Marco's Pizza in Wichita Falls

This is the best delivery/take out pizza in Wichita Falls! The crust is deliciously chewy and flavorful. The cheese is stretchy and delicious. We always get the same toppings... hamburger and mushrooms. I could seriously just sit and eat the crust. The people that work here work hard and it shows. If youre sick of nasty Pizza Hut or Dominos, give Marcos a try! They have specials on their website and coupons come in the mail!!

Top of the line customer service and great food This is one of the few places I love to eat when in town..The manager and restaurant staff are so polite and professional. I’m very impressed. You all keep up the good work 👍🏼

Best pizza I have ever had whigh Ill buy one more while in Wichita Falls which now Ill be here another week. I wish we had one in Lubbock as in my opinion this pizza is way much better than the other 3 pizza chains. I recommend this place. Marcos Pizza is the best!

Always amazing. Although, they consistently forget the garlic sauce... Like, every time, in multiple states, over the last 4 years, lol... So check your order, but the pizza is incredible

I came here from Chicago, and have never found pizza as good until now. Marcos pizza is my go to forsure now.

The pizza here surprised me. You can tell what all the ingredients are on the pizza. Air pockets in the proper place showing that the dough has been thrown correctly. And the dough is not over sweetened.

I really live the barbecue chicken pizza here. Always hot and never under or over cooked. Good management here.

Got carryout at a busy time and the server was excellent he was polite and respected everyone that was there just he could of used an extra set of hands for a Friday night

What a waste of time! Called for delivery at 7:25, my pizza never came and no call, if they didnt want to come out here, they should have told me I could at least understand, now I have no use for them

You pay a little more than other pizza places, but good food usually isnt cheap. Catch one of their specials and your good to go.

The small, original crust, all meat pizza is everything. Only the small size though. I dont know why, but in my opinion, the larger pizzas dont taste the same. They are still good, but not as flavorful or cooked all the way through like the small size.

HORRIBLE manager response!!! We ordered pizza as a group to be delivered later due to traveling from out of town. The pizza instead was delivered 30+ minutes early and the driver asked to just set it outside even though we ordered correctly and were still traveling. Meaning we would now be wasting $90 on cold pizza. The manager responded saying it was the customers fault, even though the deferred ticket was attached to the pizza boxes and showed we did everything correctly. Clearly their inability to read and follow directions are the customers fault. I would suggest finding any pizza place ever over Marcos after this experience.

While we are usually satisfied with Marco. They cut the pizza into squares? and failed to out ingredients we paid for on the pizza. The rating is literally for the things mentioned and their lack of focus on this day. Normally a much better experience.

A big DoorDash fiasco. Marco’s blames Dash for showing wings for sale that they don’t have. In the era of texts, they called me repeatedly which my cell is on silent.I had just drove 900 miles and wanted some pizza and wings, simple. It turns into a 2 hour quest for food as Marco’s “hit the wrong button” and I received a fat regular cut pizza instead of a thin square cut.Pass this place up.

My daughter ordered us one large pizza with salad. It had plenty of chicken, spinach, cheeses,tomatoes, onions and other good things . Delicious. No complaints. Keep up the good work. Our first time using Marcos.

I ordered a pepperoni with extra sauce never got the extra sauce disappointing

I placed my order online requesting no bacon. I went to pick up my pizza and didnt look at until I got home and I noticed there was bacon on the pizza. I called and spoke with Jonathan and he said were really busy can I give you a voucher for another day. I informed him I would like another pizza tonight and I asked could I come pick it up and return the old pizza. He said yes, but Marcos policy is we have to see the pizza before making another one. I returned the pizza and Jonathan asked me wheres the bacon with sarcasm and I said look at the pizza and youll see it. After he made that comment, I asked for a full refund and its been over a week and I still havent received my refund. Marcos Pizza you guys lost my business after this incident. Poor customer service and I recommend training your team to take care of your paying customers.

If I could give it zero stars I would, I ordered two salads for pick up. I walked in and seen my two “fresh” salads sitting on Pepsi crates. The employees were using my salads to help them step up. I waited 30 mins, and three employees later they say my salads on the counter. Needless to say I was very disappointed and requested a refund.

There service is so bad they never call to tell me my pizza was void this has happen 2 times now and the guy was rude

Used to be good but seems to have a tough time standing out in the ever expanding pizza options in town. Their menu has not varied much over the years and could benefit from adding pasta dishes and more sandwich options. Delivery is fairly fast. The thin crust is not on par with other offerings in town and needs to more crispy instead of being very soggy

Thats all I can say is OMGZ what AN AWESOME PIZZA !!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE WAY ITS LOADED HOT AND ILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER PZZA ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!! #TeamMARCOS

Im speechless its one of the greatest pizza places In town great customer service.

The pizza was delivered cold and the driver left the drink in the car. When I went out to meet him to get the drink I asked if he had any napkins, salt or pepper. He had none of these. He was very nice and apologized. Good delivery person little or no organization. Pizza (coldwas not bad.

Straight out the box. Cookie cutter pizza. Not horrible, but $17 for a medium Pepperoni Magnifico, that was nothing more than a small pepperoni pizza. Pass it up folks, cheaper and better pizza out there.

Very greasy! The pepperoni tasted old:( Mediums are actually smalls. They advertise their special pepperoni magnifico for $15.99 but I’m telling you just order a regular pepperoni and save the money. Honestly I hope you don’t order though, you will be disappointed!

Would recommend. As someone from traveling from out of town, and never have heard of Marcos I am delighted to say their pizza is delicious, the wings meaty and well priced and the delivery was exceptionally fast and the drive very polite and kind despite the fact I was super jet lagged and obviously lacking in social skills when he came. 10/10 next time I am in town will order again

Love a thin and crispy pizza which they have but the delivery was an hour and a half to get a single topping pepperoni pizza and it was cold when it was delivered.

Always great food but the person who sounds like a young man was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a business. He or she should be fired. Iam a business owner and if one of my employees ever treated one of my treasured customers the way I was treated he would be fired instantly.

Recently stopped by this facility to pay for the full price of two pizzas, even though I qualified for a 20% off coupon off of any purchase $20 or more. I tried to use this coupon from one of my previous purchases that was tagged on top of the pizza box. The cashier tried to put in the coupon code, but it wouldn’t go through. After leaving and paying full price, I noticed the same 20% off coupon on my pizza boxes... Doesn’t make much sense to me.... Other than that, the pizza was good, but i’m done with this place. Please, don’t place coupons on boxes you don’t honor.

Greasy and heavy are the best descriptions for the pizzas. We ordered two types and both were equally bad. Even for a chain, theres no excuse for such poor quality. I could have brought pizza-pizza for less money.

As far as local pizzerias go, this one is a little pricy, but the food is really good. Loads of options and unique pizzas. Coupons help.

Ordered pizza from them numerous times and its always been great! Delivery is always fast and the pizza is hot when it get to the house. Its a little more expensive than the other pizza places in town, but way worth it!

This pizza is damn good, the pizza is never too ridiculously topped or to sparingly topped. The drivers are speedy and dont get lost. The dough tastes good by itself. Damn good pizza.
