Over priced frankie & Bennys food was bland dont wast your money .The menu is very limited sure most of our meals where microwaved

Had better at Tesco.The nacho starter was pretty good but other than the pepsi that was it. The lasagna was average with a funky taste like the wine hadnt cooked off completely. The Mac n cheese side taste like paper and pepper. Husband had the ribs but only seemed to get half a rack. The tiramisu was tasteless cream. All in all wasnt worth the £90!Could have got it for less than £25 in a supermarket and had a better taste experience.Then to add to the insult. In the car park youre prompted to pay for parking but when you get into the restaurant a small sign says you get three hours for free. I get home to find out the parking has charged me twice!!!!! Not worth the price or aggrevation for that low quality food.

We had an amazing meal this evening, the food was amazing and the staff were even better. They were so helpful and very friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. We were staying in the hotel which meant the kids got a free 3 course meal which made our evening even better. We will 100% return next time we are in the area x

Great stuff, nice restaurant but the quality of the steaks is not what you expect.The meat was cooked properly but the only thing I can say about the taste, is that I had better meal deals....

Sat here and ate as part of a large group. Expectations were high until we realised this place was just an add on to the holiday Inn where we had just been drinking. Food came out on time and was edible but not enjoyable, the portions where tiny and we were left eating haribo to satisfy our hunger after the measly portions. Stale bread, pizzas that resembled wall paper in taste and texture (yes Ive eaten wall paper). Ive seen more chips on the floor of a kebab shop at midnight then we got in our serving. Very poor indeed.I ate the food because,well Id paid for it and we were very hungry. If you want more flavour just buy a sainsburys meal deal or eat the wallpaper in the restaurant.

Stayed at the holiday in and this is the only restaurant.Found staff very friendly happy to help, and really enjoyed the food.I had calzone 1 night with a beer with new york fries and the second night pasta and bolognese.I asked for no chilli in my calzone and all was fine no issues.Thanks for serviceI always find in strange in london, tip is as 10% tip auto applied.You can ask for taken off but its only a couple £ on a single meal.But should be asked or at least not expected only down side( discretionary service charge)But i guess its all london the same

The one at Syon Park in Hilton Hotel was the best!

You have to pay for parking outside! Food average. Starters were limited in choice and not well cooked. Good choice of mains. Steak was overpriced and again poorly executed. Staff didnt know if toppings came with the steak or were at extra cost (the latter actuallybut said sauces were extra. Service was polite and friendly, but clearly not well informed. Margarita Pizza was boring and flavorless, and crust was soggy. Avoid. Not worth the money or the cost for parking.

I visited this restaurant approx 1 year ago and had a very good experience which I reviewed in a complimentary way but unfortunately a year later and on this visit I was very disappointed…and feel the quality and standards have slipped… having booked this occasion in the strength of an offer on the website i.e Friday Night Steak Night, I booked a table for two for a friends birthday, looking forward to a good steak meal + drink at a very reasonable price which suited my pocket . However when we arrived we were given the main menu and when I asked for the ‘offer’ menu, I was told by a helpful waitress and then the unhelpful manager that they don’t have that offer or the others on the website. I was disappointed to say the least and as I had brought a friend for a meal, I decided to stay rather than looking for somewhere else to dine. The food we eventually ordered was good but I’m unhappy with the misrepresentation. If offers are no longer available, they should be taken off the website immediately. I have been to many of Marco’s more prestigious restaurants and that’s what they are for many reasons. This one isn’t and with the poor attitude towards keeping customers happy when the restaurant hasn’t delivered, it never will be. I like to help the local economy but will think twice about booking again as this was a let down.

Really disappointed with first visit to Marcos.Had milanese linguine. Soggy pasta oin tasteless tomato sauce with overcooked chicken in breadcrumbs. Paid extra for cuabatta at over three quid and was like a burnt slice of bread.Didnt like the mandatory application of optional 10% service charge which was simply added without asking. Overpriced. Paid £5.61 for pint after they added service charge.Rubbish hyped cheap food poorly cooked

I was just about to order when the 2 chefs came out 2 the bar in the dirtiest grey chef whites and shoes they both looked like they needed a dip in the bath which automatically made me walk out the restaurant

on the 19th feb i came to Marcos as i had an afternoon tea booked when i checked the menu it said sandwiches and scones with tea, which was fine , when the food arrived it was potato fries with small burger buns and being a vegetarian i could not eat these, when the waitress came over i asked why there were no sandwiches she said this is Marco pierre whites and walked off, another waitress came over a little while later and asked how it was i asked where the sandwiches were and was told the menu had changed the day before, i said i was a veggie and she offered me a sandwhich which turned out to be 2 slices of bread cut into 3 with a bit of cheese and slice of tomato which was supposed to be a salad !! Waitress was lovely but disappointed in menu

Food was very average, overpriced to what it is. We had two meal dinner for two, had to send back food once, because it tasted poorly and another 4 times we got wrong food sent to our table. It was disappointing to see how ignorant staff were, as it wasn’t a busy night, but they couldn’t be bothered with their job.

V average and not worthy of his name. Under staffed, slow. Overall food ok, but steak a little chewy, calamari rubbery, lasagne runny etc just ok. Expected more

The venue is very nice and the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. We went for the afternoon tea and although the savoury part was ok, it was let down by the sweets. One miniscule piece of chocolate brownie no bigger than a ten pence piece, a piece of lemon tart and a tiramisu. It was an Italian afternoon tea but sadly the desserts werent for us.

I am having the pleasure of staying in the Holiday Inn hotel for a few weeks in a row now and I am very pleased with the breakfast and dining services this restaurant offers to the guests of the hotel. Its a very nice restaurant with a snug and warm ambience. Nice team of very friendly and helpful people that are always at your service. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. And i will surely return more often.

We regularly stay at the Holiday Inn here in Brentwood, and always eat at MP’s restaurant. We love the food, great value, and we love the atmosphere thanks to the staff who are always welcoming and friendly - nothing is too much effort. A big thank you to Titania and the team for looking after us.

The restaurant is beautiful, very modern and open . Food was delicious and staff friendly. A superb experience!!

Been here 3 times with family. Enjoed every time. If it was closer to home kids would choose to go more often.

Great setup and atmosphere given its in a hotel complex. Good was generally good however calamari was tough and the baked cheese cake was tasteless and gritty. Staff were very helpful and took notice of the issues

It was ok, nothing more nothing less. They felt a bit "overwhelmed" tonight, maybe alot more guest than expected? The service was good, the food ok but I missed some love in the cooking.

Nice staff and interior but the menu itself of the chain is pretty basic and uninspiring, overpriced given the portion sizes. Not somewhere I would visit again. There are better chains and local Italian restaurants out there!

It was our first time here, the food was brilliant, the service was great, it wasnt to over priced and it was a nice place to have a quiet romantic meal without the kids, will be definitely coming back.

Hmmmm. Mixed bag really. At no point did we know this was actually located in a holiday inn, made it strange to go from one hotel to another. Seated quickly, staff polite, but food was mediocre. Starters of wings and garlic bread were good. Mains were standard not a lot of mozerella on the pizza and pasta seemed microwaved. Puddings got a little better but still just average. Waitress was apologetic and did remove pizza off the bill. Just kind of put a dampener on our evening. I just hope it wasn’t Marco cooking 😧😧😧

Really good restaurant that serves good quality dishes at a reasonable price.Had dinner here for 3 nights in a row during a business trip. The menu can easily give you a varied dinner for a longer stay and does so without compromising on quality.
