I have always enjoyed this place whenever I am in Addis. The place is topnotch.

I work in the coffee industry professionally, and the coffee I had at breakfast was the best espresso I have ever had in any hotel, ever.

A good place to be very hospital staff .

Cheap and just as good as a fancy hotel. Spent 40 bucks an night for a month and had no complaints. Food in the morning was great compared to the other hotels such as oasis and caravan in the area. However if thats not to your liking there is a few decent food places and ice cream withing walking distance. As an added note the water pressure was really good in the junior suite. Does come with free airport shuttle as well!

Stayed at Marcen Hotel for a few days. It is a relatively new hotel and not many Taxi drivers know about its exact location. I suggest you give them another well known landmark (The Caravan Hotelwhich next to it.The hotel is very clean and rooms are very well suited for a business traveler. Room has a desk and free wifi through out the hotel.The bed is amazing and must admit I had the best sleep here after a long time.Staff are friendly and professional and all your needs are catered for. Hotel shuttle service is available from the airport which is convenient if you are a first time visitor.Breakfast is available that includes some local delicacies and the usual english breakfast.The Ethiopian house coffee is amazingly strong enough to wake up a horse.Highly recommend place to stay.

الفندق مرتب ونظيف وحلومدير الفندق متعاون ومحترم جداكانت اقامتي فيه ممتعه ماعدا؟؟؟انا من عادتي اذا استخدمت السفتي بوكس اسوي امارة من داخل البوكس مثلا رص الفلوس والاغراض بطريقه معينه ومره رجعت لقيت السفتي بوكس مخبوص خبص وملخبطة الاشياء التي فيهوشنطتي الكبيرة لانها مقفولة برقم سري لقيت الاغراض التي في الجيوب صساقطه داخلها يعني هناك من حركها بشكل دائري راسيذهبت للمدير والاستقبال وطلبت منهم لاحد يدخل غرفتي طول اقامتي ولا يتم التنظيف الا وانا موجود وبكذا انحلت المشكلهالفطور - اذا كنت انسان تاكل اي شيء بيمشي الحال ولكن لو كنت من الذواقه ما بيعجبكم

الفندق حديث و غالباً تم افتتاحه العام الماضي ألفين و تسعة عشر مما يعني أن مرافقه تعتبر جيدة جداً و هذا ما لمسته فعلاً و لكن ما يعيبه الموقع و خاصة الشارع المؤدي لبوابة الفندق غير معبد و عند هطول المطر الوضع صعببببببب جدددددددددداأديس أبابا مدينة جميلة جداًو فعلاً من المدن التي ينصح بزيارتها

Beautiful stay. Cozy, comfortable, high quality, and modern. I enjoyed a fantastic shower - you know when the shower is strong enough to replace a massage - well thats what I enjoyed. Staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay comfortable.

One of the best hotels I have stay in Ethiopia, and I have been in a lot of hotels. The speed on Internet is amazing, only hotel that deliver so good internet. The staff is very nice and kind and the food is good aswell. Good buffet breakfast with pancake, omelette, waffle and local food. Also show Premier League football in the lobby and at the room. Only thing I miss was AC on the room.

Clean interior, gym and nice room

This was a great hotel with an even better staff. I am an American who has been traveling the world continuously for 3 years and know what to expect from hotels. And this hotel will not disappoint. The hotel staff especially Abebe the hotel manager will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Abebe made sure I was taken care before I even arrived. I sent him an email asking about an early check in and airport pick up after a red eye flight which he made sure happened. I was even given a late check out for another red eye flight when I left Addis Ababa. But, everyone from the restaurant wait staff, the receptionist, security and cleaning crew will do what ever they have to to make sure you are taken care of. They truly understand good customer service. They even found me a great taxi driver (Sammywho spent the week driving me around Addis Ababa showing me around the Mercato and Entoto HIll. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean, friendly and safe place to stay at a great price. This place is my new second home when ever I pass through Addis Ababa.

Es un Hotel muy nuevo y esta en buena zona...alejado de los bares y discotecas q estan a dos calles...El personal super atento..el desayuno es buffet y esta bastante bien y variado. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, y las camas super comodas.

Wonderful friendly place like home

Très satisfait de cet hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir .j’ai séjourné plusieurs jours là bas à Addis Abéba en Éthiopie à 10 min de l’aéroport. Le personnel ainsi que les responsables sont disponibles et très agréable . Les chambres sont propres avec en plus à ma disposition la wifi. Les repas sont bons et copieux . Qualité prix au top je recommande cet hôtel . Je remercie le propriétaire ainsi que le personnel pour cet accueil très chaleureux .Fasika P . Maraval
