Manora in Basel

Like the supermarket, very special things there. Also the ladies at Lancome are very skilled and kind, always.The only issue I had was at the underware/ cloth department. Too many coworker who had nothing to do do, so I was disturbed many times if they can help me. Quite annoying. One asked even two times… she didn’t remember that she already asked 2 minutes earlier 😬

Great diversity of goods

I like that Supermarket. Maybe not very cheap one, but nice products, good location. And if you caught sales, you are lucky person. Because then you can buy great things for cheap price. Here you can find different clothes (womans, mans, kids), cosmetics, office things and a lot of others.

Best olive bread in town.

The shop assistent could really speak many languages.

My favourite shop in Basel.

In August, it was impossible to find a swiss hoodie as a souvenir for myself in Basel. The ONLY place in Basel that had Swiss hoodies in August, was this beautiful department store.This department store was clean and organized and from what my friends tell me, has an outstanding food court as well.I should add that I could have also purchased this hoodie at the airport but since experience has shown me its always more expensive there, I wanted to avoid it if possible.

Have been visiting this store since it was called Rhienbrucke, and have always loved it. Often stopped for lunch which was always good, however, this latest visit, ( 4 years since last visitwas disappointing. Felt more like a fast food place than a restaurant. I believe standards have changed.However, I still give a 4 because the rest of the store was still good value. People often say Switzerland is expensive, but there are great bargains to be had in Manor.Still worth a visit for the main store but would think twice about lunch.

Nothing special. A bit expensive place. To look around is fine, but I would buy the things in another cheaper store.

Great place for shopping and have amazing offers

Good options for buying a bit of all: gifts, clothes, food, electronic stuff. Prices a bit high, in line with the swiss standard. The food area is very good, with high quality products, although a bit pricy

Extremely pricy and very long queues for French fries etc. Readymade food is available immediately but pasta, noodles...long wait.I wont go there often

Horrible watch repair service ……had to wait for half an hour just to have my newly purchased Tissot watch strap adjusted which I had purchased from Manor itself. And in the end when the guy gave me the watch to try on the strap was still loose, all the time wasted.

They always have some nice surprises. Always find what I am looking for. Slightly overpriced though

Very good AVM. You can find vry good products with proper prices.

Good selection of products but the service has room for improvement. Specially in the food department. If there are self checking machines and sometimes they need to do the random checks, than they should have people around available, and not make the customer start looking stupid searching for their employees who should be immediately on the spot.

Very good quality things, I made big shopping this black Friday and I always love there things, best I can recommend any one to try

Best place at basel for shopping all stuff

One of the main shopping malls in town. You can find pretty much everything you need here.

Lot of choice and brands.One lady in the staff was rude with us when we were looking for the box of the wallet I just bought. She could have used other words to be less rude and more clients friendly.

Good shopping experience. Found everything i needed and wasent pestered by a single annoying sales person. Gotta love Europe!

You can go there for a variety and quality food with paying a little more. It has multiple floors almost all items sold feom veg, meat to electronics.

My favourite place you shop, it has every thing I needed from electric appliances to Iphone pro max to some of best clothes, toys and food item. Staff has always been very polite and overall an excellent experience.

Didnt have a horrible experience, but not a very great experience.Had an AC home delivered which was causing issue and it could not be replaced unfortunately but they reimbursed the amount.I had to take the AC myself with 3 days of the purchase as it was not functioning correctly.Ideally I would say they should give me a replacement as it was only 3 days after purchase.I like to give the benefit of doubt but the sales people seem not to be concerned about the customer.

This place and majority of the sales people in here are so depressing. Theyre rude, cold, couldnt be bothered and unfriendly. Frankly, I dont understand why they work there and as a customer service agent if they just spread hate.

MANOR has pretty much everything from food to electronics. Exelent selection if you are looking for a Gift. 1 star minus as it is often very full of people which means you have to que most times.

Super cool shop. An old timer. Their Nike line-up is very up to date.

You can get everything here from small furtiture to a hair lazer device, shoes, clothes and toys for kids. However I prefer going in other stores as the shop assistance are very unfriendly.

I just love this mall. Lots of choices to buy in brands and the staff is nice. Quick shipping and returning, lots of good sales. I like the restaurant also on the top and the groceries in the basement. Good location.

Always a good ratio: quality - price.Always good sales in January and July.Good quality food in the supermarket.Starting in the morning and half an hour before closing time, you can have a delicious meal in the restaurant on the top floor, and if you go up one more floor you will find a terrace with a beautiful view of Gross Basel.Perfect place

They have good discount now and lot of Valentines stuff. It is nice to go back there. I bought shoes, 50 bucks. Not bad.

Modern warehouse with best items. What you are looking for is available. Good quality. Then a superb Supermarket below the ground-floor. Very nice arranged, best quality. Exciting to shop here. Gourmet foods par excellance. The perfect place for your needs in a relaxed atmosphere.

Great departmental store. Options for some items is limited but overall it carries almost everything. The sale is July is worth a shout.

Manor has an excellent restaurant on the 5th and 6th floor. Buffet breakfast and lunch and early dinner. The Summer sale is on. The selection of bags wallets and scarves is good and many brands under one roof. Elevators on all floors. Rear rooms on top floors. Great cosmetics and perfumes section. Also a jewelery section. It situated in the city centre so great to start your day with a breakfast of egg and toast smoothie or stop for a bite for lunch. Accessible by tram with great shopping nearby too. Books and toys section too.

Great selection of clothes, souvenirs, kitchenware etc. The top floor restaurant is superb, offering a tasty and healthy selection of food at decent prices. I always make a stop here when in Basel.

Amazing.Gopro question? They have the answers or organise the correct answer. That is in general an example for the staff in Manor. They arent cheap because they sell high quality. Stunning again and again. Nice books cool sportswear. Passionate staff.Wheelchair accessible everywhere.Super restaurant on the top. High educated friendly sellers and professionals in electronics fashion food and so on.Lovely.

Bad customer experience from the customer service section only. Needed help with some urgent coloured prints after buying craft material for my kid. Every employee directed me to customer service who would help. The representative telany from customer service was rude and only replied its not possible.

very nice food section downstairs. ground floor really smells bad (to mebecause its overloaded by the whole cosmetics department. top floors a bit crammed and hard to find stuff.(5 stars for food, 3 stars for rest)

One of the few super stores in Basel. Nice choice and excellent food part without being over prized like others on the other side of the river. The restaurant is actually very nice although on the pricy side for a self service. Food is good and fresh though.
