Manor lost his spirit ! No more professional sails people. The range choice is not anymore what used to be. Manor became just another big store .

If you’re in Lucerne, and find the food too salty, or overly priced, this is the place to go. At a flat price of CHF3.90, you get to stack up a whole plate of hot veg to the amount you like along with your favourite main dish of chicken snitzel (CHF9.60or lamb (CHF16.40or prawn skewers (CHF12.90). Fresh Salads work the same too.Check out the rooftop dining space when you’re here to get a view of the Old town while enjoying your meal.

Very bad experience, I went there on Black Friday , They forget to give me a 50% discount , so Ive asked them about it, they said they will return my money back right now but its doesnt work. AndI have to pay twice. They told me they will return my money back in 24 hours. Now, its 4 days through , still get nothing back from them. They just ignored me. So bad

Exclusive collections....the cutlery section is lovely. Very sophisticated range in kitchen utensils, dinner sets and also bar items. Must visit place in Lucerne.

Including many brands things from perfume to accessories. Also office things and clothes. Quiet big and helpful staffs.

Good customer service, however I couldnt find single blades for my safety razor.

The average quality is low but sometimes you can find something good enough. The only affordable store in Lucerne for poor immigrants like me.

I had a great tea time on the top floor of this department store. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

MANOR has a fantastic delivery service it’s quick and not one of the fine glassware water glasses were broken despite being tossed about after delivering. I es shocked to find them all in one piece and so carefully packaged.

Nice salad bar and other items to eat. Pretty crowded but nice enough. They have high chairs for babies.Finding a table is everyman for themselves but once you’re settled there is a good selection of food.Looks like the locals eats here which bodes well, because I think it’s fairly ‘cheap’ for Switzerland.

They have cool stuff, and lots of time on discount! Its really good for the tourist to explore and shop! They have sometimes cool discount on Swiss made watches!

Very bad service! They told me it should take no more than 3 to 4 weeks for a product to be repaired and Ive been waiting for almost 2 months and still no idea about the status of the product itself. I had already issue with another product I bought in the electronic department. Just to make an example (but I repeat, it is just an example, I could write here a long list): I called for the third time and the contact person tried to forward the call to the responsible guys and I didnt get any answer even after 4 minutes of waiting time. This is not the way clients should be treated. I recommend you to avoid this place completely.

Great place for lunch with a roof top eating area ideal for sunny days. Large selection of meals, including salads, meats and fish and vegetables, and range of delicious cakes. Reasonably priced for Switzerland. 12 to 1 pm can be busy. Great views over the city and surrounding hills and mountains

Great view good food and good price

This store has so many wonderful things from clothes, to household items, shoes, souvenirs, swatches, make-up, chocolate and even an amazing restaurant! I would highly recommend the restaurant. Authentic Swiss food for a great price. Its in the form of a cafeteria, so you may look around and choose what you would like. LOVE this place!

If you look for reasonable products, its a high end store with high end pricing. However the range of products is pretty good. They have many great brands to suit all genders. Chanel, Dior, Mercedes (perfumes), CR7 and FCB among others.

They have a small Sephora here and carry REN Skincare. No need to go to Jelmoli Zurich. The household section is not bad and I buy my natural cleaning products here.

Family friendly, inexpensive decent food and during lunch time, between 11.30 to 13.00 is very crowded.

Good place to eat something quickly. Its not pricey, not quite cheap thought. For example, in the case of the salad buffet: you pay 6, 9 and 13 CHF each for a small, medium or big size plate, which you can fill with everything you want. There is a roof where you can eat outside by good weather... the sights are definitely worth it!

Apart from the clothes store several people do not know that Manor has a fantastic food court called Manora on the topmost floor. Excellent food options available here and you get everything from a nice meal cooked by chefs right before your eyes to a Movenpick Icecream to finish off your food.

It has to cope with a city-centre location. It is never as good as EmmenCenter. But, they do it well.Sadly, always full of tourists.Toilets on the 4th floor

Its an OK place to shop clothes, from many know brands, shoes and home accessories, from decorating to electronics, there is also a drugstore.On the top there is a very cool restaurant overlooking the ceilings of Lucerne.Personal mostly unfriendly, unfortunately!

Quick self service--Slightly tacky even though food may be freshly prepared. Too crowded mostly and simply not my type.

Here you will find everything you need from Cloth until sports articles. One thing you should do is take a coffee or a drink up in the terrace. You will find a really nice and peaceful view.
