Manolis Studios in Kos

I have been to these studios many times before and will always keepComing back. Lovely little studios basic but very clean. All you need. Pool and pool area are superb and kept spotless. No fighting over sun beds There is a lovely bar snack bar and great bbq every Friday. The thing that makes these studios is the lovely family that own them. Always friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you.

Nice and clean flats near the beach and everything you need:markets, bus stop to get to the airport, car and bike rental places, restaurants and the gelateria.Swimming pool is amazing and there is a little bar where you can buy drinks and something to eat.Nice and friendly host.

Schönes Familien geführtes Unternehmen, jeden Freitag BBQ für unschlagbare 12 Euro, die ganze Familie ist vor Ort, an erster Stelle natürlich Maria und Babis!Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen nur wenige Gehminuten.Es gibt kleines Frühstück und Snacks für Zwischendurch. Eine Bücherecke ist auch vorhanden. Ich war total zufrieden und empfehle Manolis weiter

Alles super, sind sehr angenehm überrascht. BBQ jeden Freitag sehr lecker und reichhaltig für 12 €. Maria und Babis und der Rest der Fanilie sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zimmer topp sauber. Familiär und absolut empfehlenswert. Ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand: Taverne "Kastri" gutes Essen und nette Bedienung. Wir sind insgesamt drei Wochen hier und werden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft wieder wählen. Diese Unterkunft hat auf jeden Fall mehr Sterne verdient obwohl alles sehr einfach gehalten ist. Wir sind seit ewigen Jahren in Griechenland Gast und waren selten so angenehm überrascht. Wer allerdings 5 Sterne braucht sollte diese auch buchen! Hier ist es authentisch und nicht schicki! Really nice place close to beach and a small supermarket. Pool is really nice and clean. Rooms are great with an extra €5 per day for AC but worth it. Main town is a bit of a walk so best done later in the day. Also car hire only around 100m down the road.

Couldn’t be happier here! Babis and his family do everything physically possible to ensure your stay is the best it can be. On Friday nights they host a family ran BBQ and it’s on par with some of the top restaurants on the island, if not better! And for the price, it’s phenomenal. The pool isn’t ever over crowded and the drinks/food are very reasonably priced. It’s a stones throw from the beach and the local supermarket is literally seconds away, you can’t go wrong. I genuinely have no idea how this is rated a 2-star. If you love a personal, family ran, happy place, this is it for you.

Upon arrival we were told it would cost us money for air conditioning and it would be an additional €5 each day. Wifi was free but stops working around 11? And randomly stops connecting constantly throughout the day.First morning, we use our stove and it can’t even get hot enough to cook an egg. We get it swapped and the new one would turn off so you’re constantly messing with the dial. Second morning, the kettle wouldn’t turn on and was leaking so we had that swapped.fourth morning, the power cut out for over an hour throughout the village and the same happened on the fifth morning and this is not the hotels fault but it is a precaution. Fifth morning the water stopped working for a while randomly in our room,then on the sixth morning we were woken up by our air conditioning beeping frantically and wouldn’t stop. when we turned it off, it wouldn’t turn back on. Since the water shut off, it has been trapped with air or something for the last two days so it spits water everywhere randomly. The rooms were clean, however the cleaning was random and the toilet bin wasn’t changed everyday which is unsanitary. When checking out we asked for compensation for all this trouble and he didn’t apologise and we still had to pay full price. Unbelievable

I stayed at Manolis Apartments for a week and enjoyed my stay. Lovely family run apartments - Babis and family very friendly and helpful. Very clean and in a great location - near a supermarket and the beach. I would stay here again when I return to Kefalos.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Μειον:. Γυαλινη πόρτα εισόδου που περνάει το φως και δεν ενδεικνυται για ύπνο. Καλή η κουζινουλα του δωματιου. Ωραία θερμοκρασία στην πισίνα. Καλό θα ήταν κάποιος να ταιζει τις γατουλες.

😃 great location: very close to the beach, to a small supermarket, and to an ATM. Nice swimming pool, works well for family/children😕 During our 7 days stay, there was one day with water supply problems. Apart from that, street cats and cockroaches show up specially in the evening (not in the bedrooms, but in the common area).

Sono stato ospite a cena, di un amico che soggiornava in questa struttura, ed abbiamo mangiato dellottima carne con patate e verdura. La struttura si presenta bene, con piscina e bar.

Ein nettes familiäres Klima, ein Familienbetrieb halt. Der Pool ist sauber, sowie die Unterkunft. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe zum einkaufen und wird in nur 3 min erreicht. Ideal für die kleine Küchenzeile in dem Zimmer. Des Weiteren befindet sich der, unserer Meinung nach, schönste Strand der Insel in unmittelbarer nähe, Agios stephanos. Wir empfehlen auf jedenfall ein Leihfahrzeug zu mieten um weitere schöne Erlebnisse zu genießen, da zu Fuß von dem Hotel nicht viel mehr als der Strand und der Supermarkt zu erreichen sind. Wer keinen großen Luxus benötigt und auf ein nettes Umfeld hofft in einer Unterkunft die nicht überfüllt ist, ist unserer Meinung nach hier genau richtig!

Маленький отель с кучей достоинств и только с одним недостатком - расположение у дороги. Если вы не спите как труп, то будете просыпаться в 6 утра от грохота подьехавшей мусоровозки.В остальном все хорошо. Просторные номера, нет комаров, балконы, полотенца, маленькая кухня, посуда и холодильник. Санузел старый но все работает. Рядом магазин, пляж, остановка, ресторан. Завтрак очень скудный: яичница с тостами и растворимый кофе. Ночь в сентябре стоила 25 евро (если в руки хозяину)

Friendly, Clean, & Excellent Value.We booked a very last minute stay, without too much time to look into things as much as normal, and booked Manolis Studios through Booking.Com less than 24 hours before our flights. I think we dropped lucky. The studio was large enough for Me, my Wife, and 12 year old son, with cooking facilities, fridge, cutlery etc. Bedding and towels are provided too. Everywhere was very clean, and the pool is one of the best/cleanest Ive seen. The place is family run, and Babis, and the rest of the family are very welcoming and helpful. There is a small bar, and snack bar on site offering breakfasts, lunch etc. There is a beach and watersports about 50 yards away, and a decent supermarket too. Would have no hesitation in coming back.

This was an amazing place to stay the family which run the place are extremely helpful and funny and dedicated to making your stay good. The scrambled eggs are the best I have ever tasted and the other food was all just as good. The views are stunning and rooms are perfect for your needs would highly recommend unless you are a really fussy traveller. Plus Kos us an amazing island to visit and the locals are very friendly and the food very good with plenty to do.

siamo stati negli appartamenti e le camere sono pulite , i lenzuoli li cambiano ogni 3 giorni .sono gentilissimi e ci ritornerò volentieri, grazie a Bambis ,Maria ,giosefina , la mamma e il papa

La camera non è nulla di che, un po scarsa. La colazione è buona abbastanza ricca. Si trova sulla parte più bella del isola e la spiaggia e vicina.
