Of all the restaurants we tried in Inhambane, this was by far the best. The food was delicious. Steffan is a great, friendly chef. The steak with mushroom sauce is a must try. The chili con carne tacos were also great.

We stopped by the restaurant for dinner - what a wonderful place! The staff is super friendly and the owners came by personally at the beginning and end of our meal to check on us. The quality of the food is top-notch. The pasta is all handmade, and you can certainly taste the quality. The seafood is fresh and the R&Rs are amazing!The owners also explained to us that Mango Beach is an ecolodge and they take pride in reducing their carbon footprint and supporting local, sustainable businesses. Wed love to come back again!

Once again we had a lovely evening and yummy dinner at Mango Beach Restaurant. We walked from Tofo, arriving there for stunning sunset views, enjoying mojitos, natural juices and super cold beers. Then we all loved our dinner: curries, enchiladas, pizzas, fresh fish, etc. The ambience was very nice and the hosts were excellent, attending to all our many demands! After that they drove us back to Tofo, brilliant service! I recommend Mango Beach Restaurant.

Ive been to Mango Beach restaurant on 5 separate occasions - and on each occasion I had a different delicious dish. Im amazed you can order anything from a seafood platter, to vegan korma to a custom calzone and still consistently eat something absolutely delicious.On top of the food,its an amazing place to have drink before sunset - as its situated in an absolutely beautiful location.Lastly Stefan and Paula are incredible people - arguably the kindest, most helpful people in Tofo who always provide service with a smile. Its always a pleasure to see both of them around town. Backed by an incredible kitchen and serving staff, Mango Beach restaurant is not a place to be missed when you arrive in Tofo.

Amazing place to go for a holiday, the heat is a bit much during the December months with average temperatures being around the 30s and uv index being 11 to 13. If you come prepared however, youll have an amazing time. I would also recommend bringing and frigde, fan, extra towels and a lot of mosquito spray and doom.

New Years Day - excellent breakfast, service & host Steffan. Idyllic setting overlooking the bay & safe swimming. Can recommend for a day on the beach, with the beach bar & restaurant to escape to when the sun gets too much!!Mike & Lynn (Clear Waters, Coconut Bay)

My family & I had a wonderful celebration lunch at Mango Beach. The food is outstanding & the view is breathtaking.

Food was excellent and service very friendly. All their food is fresh and they make their own pasta daily. Also cater for vegetarian and vegan.

Place was beautiful, food excellent n staff was very friendly but having lights switched off at 9pm to 9am was a huge low down. We went for a night out n came back to darkness n we had to leave again in de morning for a tour and took a shower still in de dark we couldnt charge our phones no power. It felt like a boarding school n very disappointing. We couldnt stay up till late had to sleep early.
