Mangan in Manila

I must say that the food was good, I had the Sig sig Rice and it was a big portion, the Ice Tea that was served to me had a weird taste of tap water and way too sweet! Probably not mixed properly!The atmosphere was really weird, the staff weren’t smiling at all not talking to each other it felt like we were unwanted!

Food was enjoyable until I found a long hair in the Java Rice , lost my appetite wouldnt finish the meal.Will not return there, at least they reduced the cost of the bill

This place has been in existence for a number of years already but this is the FIRST time for me to dine here. I really do not know what stalled me from eating here…must be the Kapampangan cuisine which I know I can also have in Cabalen.Anyway, the ambience of Mangan is of course very different from Cabalen. Very much it looks like a set for a nostalgic movie! The price may also be a bit overboard when compared to Cabalen’s but actually one dish can be shared by two so it comes out affordable.I had the adobong pusit and sisig fried rice and though a bit salty the taste was good. Their menu looks very interesting that it makes me want to go back to sample everything!The service was good. Orlando was simply such an attentive staff!

Food was really good. Our new fave place for bibingka.

Delicious and inexpensive. Good service too. Loved the crispy adobo and suam soup :)

Serving time was too long. Server said our order will take 20-25 mins, it arrived on our table 45 mins after. Server (Joannewas not very nice, when i complained sinabayan pa ako na nagsalita without listening to me 1st. Disappointed.

Not for big number of guests. Tiny tables, small space, small meals, mediocre food. Service? They took too long for water to arrive.

Nice Filipino food

Very nice food.

This is a popular restaurant serving Filipino food and by Filipino, I mean that they have dishes from all over the country. The food here isnt outstanding but its not bad either and the prices arent bad which is why this place is popular. Personally I like the Sinigang na Bangus and the Sisig Tofu eaten with the Tinapa rice and downed with a fruit shake like a Melon shake. This place is located inside the mall so parking shouldnt be difficult.

I ordered kare kare with oxtail and it was watery and BLAND! Even the side bagoong.
